About: I have cared for and trained my dog, my mother’s and grandmother’s dogs. I have also provided a variety of personal home-care services to senior citizens, special needs children & nannied off and on throughout my early adult life. I love caring for and helping others. I substitute teach during the school year and I would love to care for pets during the summer time! She was on time even though it was really early. She even had an impact crate in her car in case of bad/crazy drivers. 2. She sent us very detailed updates including pictures, number of water breaks, and potty breaks. 3. She brought our boys back to the hotel twice! I love my fur babies and would want nothing but the best love and care for them if I were away, and can promise I would do the best for yours as if they were my own! I’ve had experience with really social pets as well as more shy and protective ones and respect them accordingly. I’ve also been around the smallest kittens to the largest dogs so I’m comfortable with whatever size your pet may be. I promise to be your pets stand-in parent when you’re not home and give them all the love I have to offer! I’m currently working part time and will have plenty of time to play with your pets! I am typically here during the weekends as well! Whatever is typically done at your home, I’m more than capable of handling! If your pet needs to be crated at night or leashed during walks around the house please let me know and I’ll be happy to oblige!

At pick-up time, they were glad to have us visit, but didn't seem completely ready to leave, We cannot imagine a better experience for our pups. “Our dog Lady had the time of her life with David, Krysta, their boys, and her new best friends, Archie & Flash. We were heading to the beach for a portion of our vacation, and our condo did not allow pets. We needed her to be nearby and found David and Krysta through Rover. We got great pictures and videos of her time with the family, and their nice backyard and house was perfect for her. She was treated like a member of their family. In fact, when we got there to pick her up, she was trying to go back in their house and keep playing. :) So thankful we found this nice family to take such wonderful care of Lady!”

I didn't want to be the worry wart Mom but I guess I was. I was so relieved when I heard from her. The cool part is that the dogs met outside. Farley loved her two lttle friends right away. Never did the Mr Macho stuff he usually does around other dogs. I knew they would all get along great. I will recommend Barbara and Rover to everyone I know that boards their dogs. About: I have cared for and trained my dog, my mother’s and grandmother’s dogs. I have also provided a variety of personal home-care services to senior citizens, special needs children & nannied off and on throughout my early adult life. I love caring for and helping others. I substitute teach during the school year and I would love to care for pets during the summer time! It is my goal to at least work part time on top of another part time job! :) I have an apartment where I can keep pets for a short amount of time; we have a nice walking area and a dog park.

“Erik totally exceeded my expectations in every way. When I saw how happy and just overall well kept my dog hootie was when I came to pick him up , I knew I made the best decision on who to pick to take care of my dog. Erik too my dog hootie out for long walks everyday, which is one of my dogs favorite activities besides playing, or fetching tree branches. Overall, I can honestly say that Erik provided my dog the best care. I wish I had baby sitters for my kids when they were young that would have been as great as Erik was with my dog. My big 185 lb Boy Hootie even looked like he went to the groomer’s when I picked him up. Erik really showed me that he really has that love for animals and I’m so happy we were able to experience such great care for my mastiff. I would definitely recommend Erik, especially if you have trust issues. Erik definitely knocked down that wall of “fear” I had with leaving my dog with anyone.
