“I cannot say enough great things about Francis! She watched my senior dog, Madi, for a week while I was on vacation. Just before I dropped her off, Madi had been scratching and developed an issue with her eye pressure and had to start eye drops. Francis welcomed her with open arms. A few days into her stay, Madi needed a follow-up vet visit, and Francis took her in and handled everything—including her meds and eye drops—with so much care and attention. Madi is also on heart meds and requires extra support, and Francis went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and well looked after. She sent me daily updates and photos of her relaxing on the couch or exploring her big backyard, which gave me so much peace of mind. I knew Madi was in loving, capable hands. Francis is kind, thoughtful, and clearly has a huge heart for animals—she had a senior dog herself so she understands. I wouldn’t hesitate to have Madi stay with Francis again. I stay at home but of course may go out for groceries or a small amount of time to the gym. My doggies are well taken care of and spoiled and would love some furry friends to play with. My backyard provides a good area for bathroom breaks and is cleaned on a regular basis. Dogs are allowed on the furniture and bed and are an integral part of my daily life and routine. They are very loved and they know it! :) Bathroom breaks are frequent as I keep an eye on their needs and the water bowls are always clean and available for them.

About: I've owned and trained large and small dogs for more than 20 years. I love meeting and caring for others pets as well as my own! My schedule is extremely flexible and can accommodate almost all requests! I only work two days of the week in the office and those can be rotated to fit most schedules. This was my first time using Rover and I have to admit, I was very hesitant to let strangers into my house and more importantly let them be alone with my dog who is a very shy and timid rescue. I expected the worst. Boy oh boy was I wrong. Jose and Alexis were BEYOND accommodating. The first day they came over to start a walk, my dog was terrified and wouldn't approach or leave with them. Jose and Alexis were so communicative about the situation and sat at home for 90+ minutes doing everything they could to get Layla comfortable with them. It worked, above and beyond. The next 2 days, they came by and everything went very smoothly. Lots of pics, videos and communication, before, during and after their walks/runs. It's hard to articulate how great this experience was and we will be enlisting Jose and Alexis' services moving forward for any and all things pet care related. “Cindy and Steve were great about hosting our older puppy. He needs a close eye on him since he hasn't fully grasped certain commands to keep him safe (like "drop it" or "wait"), and I wasn't worried at all about his safety while he stayed at their home. From the pics it was clear he was getting lots of attention from everyone, and he really seemed to enjoy meeting their little girl, who's great with dogs. We appreciated the quick communication and updates, and are so glad our guy's first night away from home went as well as it did. “Nicole and her family were wonderful with my pug and French bulldog! They are a true dog family and Nicole has prior dog experience that was very helpful in terms of gauging behavior, interaction with other dogs, and any individual needs. They gave them lots of playtime as well as breaks/rest, asked good questions, and shared photos & videos. Nicole has a large fenced-in yard that my dogs loved tearing around in. Their family also were able to help on short notice when I had a family emergency out-of-state, which made a huge difference. Thank you SO much for caring for my pups!”
