“After a few questionable experiences we found Luke and Signe. We have boarded with them three times so far and each experience has been wonderful. When we arrive for drop off the pups aren’t terrified or fighting to get back in the car. Instead they eagerly hop out and head for the gate to get inside and run around. When we arrive to pick up the pups, they are excited to see us but not blowing through the fence and us to leave there. Communication is great, I never wait for updates and they answer any questions in a timely manner. They also send pictures on a daily basis. I will continue to use Luke and Signe until they retire.”

About: I have almost always had cats, my whole life. I put 20 years because here and there I've moved house and even country (But I am 33 years of age). My oldest cat is turning 9 years old this year. All three are well behaved and get along together which says a lot I think. I clean their litter box daily which is a necessity with three (and I clean under and around the one without a lid so I know what it means to really have to keep it in check). I have a water fountain which I scrub and refill periodically. They are fed Blue Wilderness because it seems to be the better quality food in stores. It's worth it for me because I love them a lot.

My household also has a Doberman and my own Cavalier. I’ve raised 3 of my dog’s Cavalier puppies until about 3 months old. I know my way around big and little dogs, I am athletic and willing to walk for extended periods of time, and I have much experience around animals of all kinds. I work a small job from Tuesdays through Thursdays in the afternoon. Tuesdays I’m not available after 3:00, Wednesdays I work only an hour around 5-6, Thursdays are 6-8. I have a fenced area for when animals need to be taken out. I’m very comfortable crating or keeping dogs out, whatever the client prefers. I’m also very comfortable around big dogs, and have no problem handling any dog that seems too strong or uncontrollable.

I've bottle fed calves and lambs, raised dogs and leash trained them, cared for horses, chickens, almost always had cats, and even kept pet rats! I worked at a dog kennel and groomer at one time briefly, although the environment of a kennel leaves much to be desired as animals kept as pets are best kept in a home environment where possible. So I do have way more free time on my hands now that I don’t go to class in person ! Every pet is unique , so it is very important that I tailor my care to their specific needs or preferences. Caring for pets in clients homes requires a lot of responsibility and attention to detail but I am always up for it ! We can meet before to discuss your pets needs , routines , and any specific instructions . I will follow feeding and water routines as told and administer any prescribed medications instructed by the client . I love to exercise with pets , such as playing fetch, going for walks , etc . About: I’ve had dogs ever since I was 4 we recently just had to put down our 15 year old pit Bull. I have a 10 year old pit mix that I hold near my heart. I hope as you look at my profile and see me you also believe that I will treat your dog as one of my own and give them the best care while you are away. As of right now I work from home, so that means I am free all day to give your dog the love and care they deserve! I do not have a fenced in yard but i am a couple blocks down from a dog friendly park that we could walk to or even just play in the spacious back yard. About: I've been caring for dogs for over 8 years in all stages of life and am certified in canine/feline CPR. About: I grew up with pets in the home, and have raised multiple litters both cat and dog. And have volunteered at shelters and pet stores working with the animals. About: I have 3 dogs small and large. All super well taken care of and walk atleast a mile everyday. I also groom my own pets every month. Due to my work schedule, he may occasionally assist with visits to ensure the fur babies receive consistent, reliable care. “Just got home from a weekend away, leaving Sadie with Andrea, Patrick, Cooper and Koda for the first time. Although Sadie was hesitant of Cooper and Koda initially, she was immediately comfortable with Andrea and Patrick.
