About: I only take in one pet (and siblings) at a time. I think it's less traumatic for the pets if there are not other animals around when they are separated from their family. I do everything that I can to make the experience fun and loving. I love both cats and dogs for different reasons. I’ve had pets my entire life until recently. Since most of my pets died of old age, I am experienced with geriatric pets and their special needs as well. I follow your instructions on pet-care. I've watched many dogs and cats in different homes with completely different schedules and rules. I am an early bird so if you have dogs, I like to walk early before it gets too hot. But again, if your dog is used to sleeping in, I can work with his schedule. I do this for fun as well as extra income. I only take up to two pets at a time and they must be siblings. I may take in a third depending on circumstances. Just ask! I am mostly home with the pets. I even have my groceries delivered! I go the gym most mornings for about 1.5 hours. I started pet-sitting to fill the void after my last pet died. I’ve been pet and house sitting professionally around the world since 2016. I board dogs or cats in my home in Port Charlotte. I love to travel and am open to pet sitting in your home anywhere in the world, as long as it's somewhere I'm interested in. I am always interested in Eagle Rock/Glassell Park, CA, as that's where my son lives. I am an early riser so I like to walk the dogs as the sun is rising and then again at dusk. I have a large fenced-in yard so the dogs have a lot of freedom, but I don't leave them alone outside. I am working on house projects so I am almost always around. I am accepting up to two sibling dogs/cats for boarding in my home. I prefer crate-trained dogs as they feel more secure in their crates and it's less traumatic for them to be left at a stranger's house. I am flexible on this depending on the age of your dogs. Most of the time, they are free. I am finding that most dogs just follow me around since I am actively working on the house. The house is fairly new to me so there are many projects to be done!

As a retired horse trainer and long-time dog breeder, I bring a wealth of knowledge in animal health, behavior, and communication. I've personally trained service dogs for mobility, and I'm passionate about helping dogs overcome behavioral challenges. With your permission, I can address specific training needs your dog might have, such as potty training, leash manners, or breaking other bad habits, ensuring their time with me is both enjoyable and productive. Rest assured, your pets will be treated as cherished members of my family during their stay. Our home is a calm, adult-only environment, providing a peaceful and safe space for your companions. I'm available at anytime to make sure your pet is well taken care of. I have dedicated my life to animals and I love it. My extensive background includes not only general animal well-being but also specialized expertise in handling animals with specific needs and successfully training dogs and other animals through positive methods. We do not have any small children or any children. Just adults that love animals. I'm committed to ensuring every pet under my care feels loved, safe, and comfortable. My flexible availability means I can accommodate your pets' schedules and individual requirements at any time. Pets always have fresh water and are fed as scheduled by the pet owner. We do board cats and they are kept in a seprate area of our home. We have a very large lani and pool and a small dog pool available for your pets. Your pets will never be unsupervised when they are in our pool area. I have a very large screened in lani that the dogs can run and play in. I do have a small fenced area for little dogs. I do not leave the dogs outside unattended due to risk of over heating, escaping, cane toads, poisonous snakes and fire ants. I walk the dogs as many times as they need to, to go potty. I've been told by multiple pet parents that other sitters just put their dogs out in a yard unsupervised and their dogs were attacked by other dogs. I'm always supervising your dogs.
About: I have a cat Liam who I care for and I help my family care for their cats and dogs as well. I have pet sit/house sit for 3 years now. I'm consistent with my check ups and walkings/feedings. I stick to a schedule all the time. I'm also always all over the areas from Venice to Riverview, I can always do drop by, a quick walk. I'm flexible with my schedule to fit your pets needs, and any last minute bookings! I'm currently working at 2 jobs and still have free time for your pets! I work as a house cleaner and receptionist, I love staying active and just hanging out with animals. My desk job gives me 3-5 hours of an extended break Thu-Sunday. Outside of that I am I clean homes and offices around the Venice, Sarasota, and Bradenton Area. My family and I have 3 cats, Liam, Munchkin, and Sunni. We also have a chihuahua mixed, shes our oldest. I keep our pets on a feeding schedule and in charge of food and keeping it stocked. I am very strick about their feeding schedule and food quality. Before I even became a cat parent I did extensive research just trying to find the best quality and affordable food, litter, toys. I've always wanted the best for them and treat them as an baby. Our cats also love the outdoors so I also walk them, harnessed or off but they well enough to stay close when we walk. I've also taught Liam a few tricks for treats (he'll do almost anything for treats).

Your pets are safe while in my care! They are in good hands! My best friend owns a pet transporting business that I work for. I am covered under her insurance!We go allover the United States bringing people their new furry family members! I have experience from small to large! I’m currently home full time so my schedule is very open and very flexible. Your pet will never be alone! I will always be here to watch over and care for them. My house is very minimal. We do not have wires or shoes and small objects laying around that they can chew on or put in their mouth.
