Sammi originally stayed with Aurora for 2 nights, but she had such a great time that I allowed her to go back for a third 🙂 Aurora does an exceptional job of making sure your pup is comfortable in her home. She takes special note of the things they enjoy, their triggers/traumas…and operates accordingly. Not to mention, she takes the most stunning photos of your dog and sends multiple updates throughout the day, so you aren’t left to wonder how they are doing. Sammi came home happy and slept like baby on our 8 hour road trip to South Carolina after her stay. It’s safe to say, Aurora will be my go to sitter anytime I am in the area. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!”

About: I have cared for and trained my dog, my mother’s and grandmother’s dogs. I have also provided a variety of personal home-care services to senior citizens, special needs children & nannied off and on throughout my early adult life. I love caring for and helping others. I substitute teach during the school year and I would love to care for pets during the summer time! It is my goal to at least work part time on top of another part time job! :) I have an apartment where I can keep pets for a short amount of time; we have a nice walking area and a dog park.

“Tracey was our knight in shining armor for this trip. Our regular sitter at home backed out last minute and we had to bring our dog with us on vacation to a facility that didn’t allow pets. I was a wreck trying to figure out how to navigate the situation when I found Tracey who was only 5 mins away. She graciously took our Sophia in, who had never been away from us before, despite her being very nervous. I was also not 100% sure about the potty training situation since she had not stayed anywhere away from home before, but Tracey reassured me that it would be fine and took her in so we could enjoy our trip; mostly stress free. I was also a little apprehensive as well as my little girl and she sent us pictures and updates so we could have peace of mind during her stay. Sophia seemed to warm up to her quickly which was also reassuring. So grateful we had this option.”

“Crysta was AMAZING!! I had a unique request: help me get my three dogs to my wedding. Our dogs are a very big part of our lives and we knew our wedding wouldn’t be complete without them. We’ve always dreamed that at our wedding we would be surrounded by our family and friends and our dogs are the most important members of our family. Crysta made our wedding complete! She stepped in when no one else could and accepted the request without hesitation. I scheduled a meet and greet just to make sure she got to meet them first and we talked through our wedding timeline. I asked Crysta to be at our Airbnb for 4 pm, let them have a quick potty break, and take them about 15 minutes down the road to our venue, wait while we take some family photos with the pups, then bring them back to our Airbnb. Let me tell you, she exceeded my expectations TREMENDOUSLY!! She arrived out our house around 3:30, let them have a longer potty break than I asked for, and made it to my venue ONE WHOLE HOUR before the wedding started. She went above and beyond to make sure my dogs were cared for and got to and from the venue safely. I’m not from Destin, I was just in town for the wedding from Houston, but whenever I am back in town and need help with our dogs, she will be the FIRST person I call. She was so kind and friendly and she treated our dogs like they were her own. Words cannot describe how happy I am that I found Crysta. I think my dogs were just as happy, they loved her!! About: I’ve owned a few dogs growing up and I took care of feeding, bathing, and walking them every day and walks were every other day. I’m off work usually by 3:00-3:30, Monday through Friday but have weekends off. Your fur babies are welcome into our home whenever a play date is scheduled or if you need a weekend get away I’m more than happy to come to your home to take care of them. Their comfortability is my #1 priority. I make sure while I am at the owners home I either take their dog(s) on a walk or if there’s a yard go outside and play for 30-40 min to get the zoomies out; then go back inside, feed and relax, outside break one more time before I leave.

She was on time even though it was really early. She even had an impact crate in her car in case of bad/crazy drivers. 2. She sent us very detailed updates including pictures, number of water breaks, and potty breaks. 3. She brought our boys back to the hotel twice! About: I grew up with dogs and have never lived without a dog. They are family to me. They are indoor pets allowed on the furniture. I have showed dogs in confirmation, Rally and obedience. I am retired from the medical field and work from home. I have a lot of time to spoil your pets with walks and cuddles I offer a free met and greet with every pet owner. I find it important to establish a rapport with the owner and the pet. For home stays in your home, I don't just feed, walk and play with your pet, but bring in any packages that may have been left on the porch, take out the trash and recyclables and alternate lights.

I had a lot of animals growing up as a kid and it would feel weird if I didn’t have one around I use to babysit animals as a side job in school to make money on the weekends and always enjoyed it .i love being around different pets I’ve always said I have more dog friends then actual friends !! :) I also use to volunteer to walk dogs after school for the shelters never felt like work to me just fun and full with love! Sammi came home happy and slept like baby on our 8 hour road trip to South Carolina after her stay. It’s safe to say, Aurora will be my go to sitter anytime I am in the area. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!”

About: I have cared for and trained my dog, my mother’s and grandmother’s dogs. I have also provided a variety of personal home-care services to senior citizens, special needs children & nannied off and on throughout my early adult life. I love caring for and helping others. I substitute teach during the school year and I would love to care for pets during the summer time! It is my goal to at least work part time on top of another part time job! :) I have an apartment where I can keep pets for a short amount of time; we have a nice walking area and a dog park.

Will take pets for walks and have plenty of play time. Have spare room if pets would like to sleep and family room with futon. No cats are in the house. Two small dogs of my own. They get along with everyone. I work from home and occasionally need to go to post office and bank. Can take dogs for ride If they would like. Doggie park is 3 miles or less away. Dogs must be flea free and get along with other pets. I look forward to treating you pet with great care and compassion.
