They did not force themselves onto her and waited until she was comfortable for closer interaction. The environment was clean and calm and we felt comfortable leaving our dog there. Our dog came home and did not seem "traumatized" as she has been with other boarding experiences in the past. About: I have almost always had cats, my whole life. I put 20 years because here and there I've moved house and even country (But I am 33 years of age). My oldest cat is turning 9 years old this year. All three are well behaved and get along together which says a lot I think. I clean their litter box daily which is a necessity with three (and I clean under and around the one without a lid so I know what it means to really have to keep it in check). I have a water fountain which I scrub and refill periodically. They are fed Blue Wilderness because it seems to be the better quality food in stores. It's worth it for me because I love them a lot.

My household also has a Doberman and my own Cavalier. I’ve raised 3 of my dog’s Cavalier puppies until about 3 months old. I know my way around big and little dogs, I am athletic and willing to walk for extended periods of time, and I have much experience around animals of all kinds. I work a small job from Tuesdays through Thursdays in the afternoon. Tuesdays I’m not available after 3:00, Wednesdays I work only an hour around 5-6, Thursdays are 6-8. I have a fenced area for when animals need to be taken out. I’m very comfortable crating or keeping dogs out, whatever the client prefers. I've bottle fed calves and lambs, raised dogs and leash trained them, cared for horses, chickens, almost always had cats, and even kept pet rats! I worked at a dog kennel and groomer at one time briefly, although the environment of a kennel leaves much to be desired as animals kept as pets are best kept in a home environment where possible. About: I have owned and taken care of animals since I was a young child. I grew up on a farm in Ohio where we had dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, horses and even a llama! As an adult, I have owned my own animals and they always live very happy, luxurious lives. Spoiled but healthy is key! I’m great at following directions, and proper care is at the forefront of my services! I currently work from home and am home pretty much 24/7 with the exception of appointments, errands and adventures so I have lots of time to give to not only my own animals, but animals in my care! I have a fenced in backyard perfect for a little doggie “zoomies” sesh, and a clean and pet safe interior of our home. I am home 24/7 so I am able to provide attentive and constant care to your pets, updating often with photos and even videos!
