They are my world and I will treat your animals like my own! I have watched small, medium and large dogs with ease. I have experience with training my own and am comfortable with all dogs. I know having to leave your babies at home can be rough but they will be in good hands with me! I am a recent transplant to the area from Chicago where I was active in volunteering with several dog rescues! I work from home 2 days a week and have a very flexible schedule, I would love to come hang out with your babies while you're away! My office is only 4 miles from my house so I can step away as needed. I have experience with reactive dogs and understand they need some special attention. I am very attentive anytime a pet is out of the home and put safety first! I take my phone for safety but never use it while walking to ensure they have my undivided attention. About: **We are unfortunately unable to host unfixed dogs in our home for boarding/doggy daycare.** I have grown up with dogs and cats and have spent many years caring for them throughout my life. I currently have a senior dog I adopted from a local shelter and two younger dogs I’ve helped raise since they were puppies. Over the years I’ve learned how different each stage of life can be, from potty training puppies to supporting the slower pace of senior dogs. I’ve also cared for family pets while their owners were out of town, including both dogs and cats. I’m comfortable with dogs of all energy levels. Some love to play and stay active, others just want to relax and be near someone. I’m happy with both. I also have experience with raw feeding routines and daily care. My main focus is always making sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away. I have a flexible schedule as a stay at home mom which allows me to give consistent attention throughout the day. I homeschool my children but I’m still able to fully care for the pets in my home and keep up with walks, drop ins, and boarding. My days are structured in a way that allows me to adjust as needed so each pet gets timely and attentive care. Pets in my care can enjoy walks in your yard or around your neighborhood depending on what they are comfortable with. We also have a spacious yard that gives dogs plenty of room to move around and stretch their legs. Our home is calm and family oriented. Pets are always supervised and included in daily life. I am comfortable and have experience with large dog personalities as well as the medical and physical needs of seniors. And I can follow directions! I work full time as faculty at a local college, however my schedule has flexibility throughout the week as well as through the day. Typically I am available most days and locally can travel easily for pet care. Dogs can be boarded here as long as they are cat and dog friendly. There are 2 cats and I also watch our son's Brittany Spaniel during the week. For dogs that do stay here, they are allowed on the furniture as well as on our bed and there are multiple dog beds for their choice. Our backyard is fenced away from the road behind a privacy fence. For those dogs that like to swim there is a concrete salt water pool available during the season. Whatever directives the pet family prefers will be followed with updates regularly.

I am a first time mom, currently in the newborn stage. He was born February 6th. I am the primary parent and take care of him night and day, therefore i unfortunately can’t work. I do have support that will watch him while I do drop in’s, burnsides appointments I am mainly free!! In your home, I focus on maintaining a safe and familiar environment for your pet. I follow your pet's routine closely, ensuring their feeding, playtime, and exercise schedules are consistent. I also make sure to provide plenty of attention, love, and mental stimulation, even if it is just walks. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priority.
About: Dog mom to a female Great Dane, & female English Bulldog. Full time job at a local high school Monday - Friday 7am-220pm. I am free most weekends, but will be sure to communicate when I am not available for services Happy to meet your four legged friend before the initial watch if necessary/makes you more comfortable! Happy to send photos during our visit as I know how much we miss our babies when away from them.

“Camp Michelle as we now call Callie’s little vacation spot was just perfect. She is attentive to our dog’s little quirks - we have a needy Labrador Retriever. Our dog is not used to staying away from home. However she had a blast at Michelle’s. This was our first time working with Michelle and we will be back for sure. If you are looking for a real “dog person” then go to Michelle. She is AMAZING!”
