“She went overboard with my Teddy he is a slinky dog when it comes to eating sometimes he has problems with different types of food decides he doesn’t want to eat. She went out of her way to make sure he ain’t. I really appreciate everything. She did. Thank you very much, Michelle.”

“We were a bit apprehensive about leaving our 2-year-old Cavapoo, Ollie, with a sitter for the first time, but Sylvia put our minds at ease the moment we met her. She is incredibly caring and attentive. I loved receiving the photo updates showing Ollie happy and enjoying his stay—it meant I didn't have to worry about him at all! I can’t recommend Sylvia enough for anyone looking for a trustworthy pet sitter.”

“Bob and Susan are the best. They truly care about their four legged guests! Knowing that our dog was loved and cared for just as we would do, put us,at ease while we were away for the week. They both got to know our dog and his routine. We looked forward each day to the daily pictures and texts. Thank you for the great care you gave Baxter while we were away. I think he misses you and his buddy Bert!”

“Leaving our dog, Mazie with Sandee gives us total peace of mind. She is incredibly reliable and communicative, sending us multiple updates and photos daily. It is comforting to see how happy and relaxed Mazie is in her care. We always return to a happy, healthy dog and feel completely confident that everything is taken care of. We're very grateful that we have found her and highly recommend her to anyone who needs a trustworthy and experienced sitter.”

“Lori did a great job taking care of our two dogs. She communicated regularly and provided pictures. She was very flexible and great to work with. The dogs seemed very happy and comfortable in her home.”

“Kelly was very professional and communicative through the entire stay. She even took the extra step to have an additional helper as she knew this would be our puppy’s first overnight stay and wanted to make his stay as comfortable and safe as possible. We really appreciate all the photos she provided and so happy Finch had the best time! We can’t recommend her enough. Thank you!”

“Kelly is awesome! We went to Ocean City to spend some time at the beach and Kelly is just off the main route coming from Northern Virginia. She took great care of our dog for three nights and sent us pictures at the end of each day, totally unexpected. Besides being great with animals she is just a great person. If you are in here area I would recommend giving her your business!!”

“Paula helped us out with a last minute booking, she was incredible! Quick and clear communication! From my mom: “she's amazing sent me about 4 pictures letting me know he was such a good boy and getting along with other dogs. I was so happy to have her do that for me. Really happy with her! Definitely gonna use her again” thanks Paula!!!”
“AMAZING! Lacey absolutely loved being with Marvina and the entire group of new best friends! She played so hard every day that she literally collapsed every night and slept like a rock! It's so good to have her socialize with so many different types of animals! She doesn't even get opportunities to socialize with just dogs. BEST medicine ever. Marvina is an amazing individual. I don't know how she does it with the entire group of pets she has - but she always looks like it is just another day in paradise! What a wonderful woman. She loves our dog and treats her like one of the family. I can't imagine taking Lacey anywhere else!”

About: I am a proud pup and kitty parent. I have been taking care of pets professionally sine 2005. I provide daily dog walking, doggie boarding and kitty pet sitting services in the Milton area. Fabulous references to attest to my quality care. Contact me for a free consult. I look forward to adding you to the Animal Lovers family! I accept dogs that are friendly to all dogs and humans. No aggressive behaviors. I also can only accept potty trained dogs. I can administer medications and only work outside the home part-time so can easily provide potty breaks and walks every 4 hours. My dog Benny is very friendly and loves doggie company! I am available for daily dog walking Monday thru Friday and petsitting 7 days per week. I am available for boarding as schedule permits as I only take 1 dog, dog family, at a time. I have a home in Milton with a 6 foot privacy fence. I have 1 pup, a Yorkie poo who is used to welcoming fun pup friends. I am never out of my home more than 4 hours when I have pup boarders. Your pup(s) is my priority and treated like a member of my family.

“Our senior dogs were well taken care of! Communication was easy and location is conveniently close to the beach. Will use again! Thank you for your wonderful care!”

“Nacho is a very selective Chihuahua who immediately adored Nicole. He exhibited none of the signs of anxiety he generally does when he meets someone new (or even someone he has met several times). He accepted Nicole as one of his special people and behaved as well (if not better!) for her than he does at home. Nicole sent us photos of Nacho napping, taking walks and looking completely adorable while he was in her care; we could see how content he was and were able to have peace of mind while we were traveling. Nacho will definitely be staying with Nicole the next time we need a dog sitter.”

“Oh my gosh, what a wonderful experience for my dog and myself. This was the first time that my dog, Caera, spent time (3 nights) with a non-family member. From the time I made the booking, we met briefly with Neena, and throughout her booking, Neena kept the lines of communication open, via text and pics! I absolutely would re-book with Neena, as Caera seemed to enjoy her stay; and I love the fact that I have found an outstanding alternate caregiver for Caera.”

“We’re new to the area and needed a dog sitter for our pup, Piper—and I’m so glad we found Michelle! She was super friendly right from the first message and offered to do a meet and greet, which immediately put us at ease. Piper took to her right away! During her stay, Piper had an absolute blast. Michelle went above and beyond—she even took Piper on her boat (with my ok, of course!), made her homemade treats (always double-checking ingredients with me first), and ended the stay with a fun little crabbing adventure and a relaxing bath. For a New York dog, this trip was full of firsts! It’s such a relief to find someone I can fully trust with my girl. I’ve already booked Michelle for our next vacation. 5 stars all the way! Highly recommend!”

“Kelly was fabulous. My cats were well cared for as was my home. I got daily pictures showing her interaction with them, so clearly she did more than just fill up food bowls. I was very happy with Kelly & will definitely use her services again, as well as recommend her. My time away was much less stressful knowing my cats weren't alone the entire time. And of course, my cats were much happier too. Thank you Kelly ??”

“Siara took excellent care of our cat. He seemed happy and relaxed we when got back which only happens when he hangs out with a sitter he is comfortable with. We will definitely be booking with Siara in the future.”

“Chana was excellent! Our 3 cats came to trust her, which made us feel comforted. Chana was professional, flexible and spot on with her care. Also, she communicated well with me. I would use Chana again.”

“Katie was outSTANDING at taking care of our cat Skye! She was prompt and on-time for every visit, was communicative and gave Skye lots of love in our absence. I would highly recommend Katie for any pet sitting needs!”

About: It was never quiet growing up with as many as four dogs in the house at a time (plus a cat, bird, hamster, turtles, geckos, and fish - and working at a local horse barn throughout high school and college). It’s not quiet now as my senior rescue dachshund loves to let you know when the mail lady has dared to leave a package on the porch. All that to say, I’m comfortable and have always been around a variety of pets. Since Dec. 2023, I’ve been a volunteer dog walker for Humane Animal Partners (HAP), in Rehoboth. There, I’ve walked countless dogs, ranging from ones who are ready to take on the world to ones who need to know you’ve got their back and need you to go slow. I have experience taking care of older dogs, my first rescue was 9 when I got him and my current rescue is 11 and a slow mover. I work from home during normal business and have some flexibility during the day depending on the day. I can do overnight stays during the work-week, but need to discuss your pet’s daytime needs to make sure it’s a good fit. I’m happy to give your dog the time and attention s/he needs to be as relaxed as possible while you’re away. Between having shy dogs of my own and volunteering at the animal shelter, I give dogs space and allow them time to sniff and warm up to me before we go out. I’ll take your lead as to things I need to know about what makes your dog’s personality shine.
“Kendra was great! She came over ahead of time to get acquainted with my place and what I needed her to help with during my absence, and she took good care of my cats while I was gone. She even got pictures of them, which was amazing since they usually run from anyone who isn't me. I will definitely reach out to Kendra if I need further care in the future.”

“We cannot say enough wonderful things about Lori. This is our first time using Rover.com, we definitely were blessed with the BEST .. Lori went above and beyond in extraordinary circumstance while we had a blizzard in progress she made it to each appointed time and then came over extra visits. Lori went above and beyond to ensure our Evie had extra food & water since our area had travel restrictions in place during a 20" snow event. WE cannot say how much this meant while we were across the country. Truly, Lori is a Gem and we look forward to our "official" new kitty sitter when we travel. Thank you for loving on Evie like your own, it meant everything to Jeff & I.”

“It was a last minute request to Jacob because m y usual sitter had last minute plans. I was a little nervous that my dog would be shy, but was not prepared for him to not want to walk or interact at all. Jacob did get him out real quick to go to the bathroom, but he wanted to go right back in. The later visit in the day did not go any better. Jacob did the best he could, but could get Theo to warm up to him.”

About: I have grown up with dogs and adore them. I have signed up with rover.com to offer dog walking and pet sitting on a part time basis after work and on the weekends. In the past, I have volunteered at BARCS as a dog walker and have helped family members & friends with their dogs while they were on vacation. I enjoy dog walking and giving dogs TLC by cuddling or playing by throwing a ball around or tug of war. Most of my experiece has been with small and medium dogs of different breeds, however, I mostly walked large dogs at BARCS so I can help with large dogs as long as they are well behaved on a leash. Psychology background helps with understanding behavior. This background includes extensive work with college students that have documented disabilities. Patient and physically active throughout the year. Why I love dog sitting * This is an update to the profile information listed below. I adopted a Senior Boston Terrier 4 ago so I took a break from Rover.com. She is older now so it is a good time to get back on rover part time until my schedule changes. I have been a dog lover since I was a baby. My mom told me I used to chase the dogs in my baby walker. My immediate family owned small dogs and the rest of my family owned medium and large dogs. Some of the breeds that I had with my family were pugs and a Pekingese. I have taken care of Cocker spaniels, Yorkshire terriers, German Shepard and black labs who were owned by friends/family. When I volunteered at BARCS, I walked dogs that were mostly pit bulls, rotties and mixed breeds (usually pit bull mixes). My experience administering medication I have experience with routine items like giving heart worm pills and flea & tick spray/lotion, as well as some experience with ear infection medication. I am not opposed to administering medication it if the owner is willing to provide training and if the dog is comfortable with me. I work full time. I’m available on a part time basis in the evenings during the week and on the weekends. If I’m off from work, I’m happy to help as well. I treat other peoples dogs like family. I don’t offer dog boarding in my home because my work schedule doesn’t permit it. But, if I’m house sitting at another persons home, I’ll make sure I’m following the instructions/routine from the pet owner, give the dog/s plenty of TLC, playtime and food. I’ll also make sure the dogs are secure in their owners home, and keep the place tidy.
“Kitties seemed very well taken care of and the litter box looked great. House did not smell like cat poop/pee at all. Everything was just as we left it. We are happy and would book again.”

I feel comfortable cleaning a littler box and can handle multiple cats at a time. I am also comfortable administering some medication and handling senior cats.

“Andi is a caring person who took excellent care of our dog Benji, and our cats during drop-in visits. She arrived as scheduled, gave food and water as requested and took time to bond with them. When our flight home was delayed, she was able to stay for additional two days. We were extremely happy with Andi’s services and would not hesitate to book her again in the future.”

“Kelly was so wonderful! We had her watch our dog Lily so our kids can go to the beach when we checked out of our beach house. She has other dogs that got along great! I will use her again during our next trip to the beach!!”

“Nicola is awesome! She takes such great care of my pupper. She was the first person I connected with on Rover for doggy daycare, and she quickly eased all my nerves. My dog, Roland, gets super excited on the mornings that he knows he’s going to visit her and Luna!”

“I cannot say enough great things about Michele! She has given me my life back! I have two little rescues that are highly reactive and do not like anyone, so consequently I have been unable to leave them. After talking with Michele and getting a sense of her experience and patience with rescue.dogs such as mine I decided to give her a try...and it went beautifully! My dogs had a great time with her and loved her...and cannot wait to go back again! Michele is truly not just very much a professional but is gifted with animals as well.”

“Having just moved here from out-of-state, I was so pleased to get connected with Martha. “Lara was excellent; we will definitely rebook soon. She was knowledgeable and immediately made our black lab puppy feel at home. Lara provided detailed updates with pictures and videos all day long (and even provided some training). Our puppy played with a couple of gentle big dogs she was boarding at her home and came back to us tired and content. Highly recommend.”

“We are so grateful for Sherrie and her willingness to help us out last minute! She braved two out of three days walking our dog in the pouring rain, and still managed to make it fun for our rain-disliking girl. Our dog absolutely adored Sherrie from the beginning, which is rare for our dog as she is slightly anxious around new people. Sherrie kept us updated with great communication, which gave us so much peace of mind. She is extremely reliable, caring, and clearly an animal lover. We couldn’t recommend her more highly!”

“Chana is an amazing dog walker! She took excellent care of my three dogs, making sure each one got the attention, exercise, and love they needed. They came back happy, well-exercised, and relaxed. She even sent me a cute picture to update me, which was such a thoughtful touch! It gives me peace of mind knowing my pups are in such great hands.

“Our senior dogs were well taken care of! Communication was easy and location is conveniently close to the beach. Will use again! Thank you for your wonderful care!”

“AIKO had a little separation anxiety and was quickly loved and preoccupied and went on with his stay .. there were numerous updates and quick response to any questions that I had concerning AIKO stay ! He made a new friend and met other dogs . I was please with the environment very welcoming and clean !! Relaxed environment as well I am beyond pleased and looking at future dates . Thanks again”

“Martha is a wonderful, attentive caregiver and our Hazel loved staying w/her, her husband, and Danni… their sweet dog! She will be at the top of my list to take care of our dog.”

“I am so incredibly grateful for Samantha and her family. Her communication from the start was so reassuring. She asked all the right questions when I dropped her off and I knew she was in good hands. She sent tons of pictures and it was clear that Daisy was totally enjoying herself and felt comfortable in her new space. When I picked her up, my heart totally melted by how happy she was. I will ABSOLUTELY be using Samantha in the future! I highly recommend!”

“Our experience with Colleen was truly outstanding! From the very beginning, she demonstrated a level of professionalism and care that immediately put us at ease. It was clear that her top priority was Storm's well-being and comfort. Colleen took the time to ask thoughtful, detailed questions to fully understand Storm’s needs and personality, which spoke volumes about her dedication. Her home is not only beautiful but also a calm and welcoming environment—Storm settled in with ease. We felt confident and reassured knowing our dog was in such attentive and loving hands. Colleen went above and beyond, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommend her to anyone seeking top-notch, compassionate care for their furry family member! Thank you so much!”

“She treated reaper like he was one of her own. Provided him great friends to play with, a wonderful place to explore, and took many pictures to show us how he was doing. Will be using again.”
