During boarding or daycare stays, I'm also happy to reinforce basic training and offer guidance on grooming maintenance, body language, and behavioral changes that may strengthen your bond with your pet at home. Professional grooming services are available for pets staying in my care. Grooming recommendations, pricing, and service completion depend on your pet's size, coat condition, medical needs, and stress level. My philosophy is simple: I will never force a pet through a service. Their comfort, trust, and emotional well-being always come first. Booking Information To help protect my home while still providing every pet with the highest level of care, the estimated price for boarding and daycare includes a refundable cleaning/security fee. This fee is fully refunded after your pet's stay provided there is no excessive damage or extraordinary cleaning required beyond normal pet messes. I believe this allows me to continue offering a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for every guest while being fair to both pet parents and my home. My goal is simple: every pet should leave my care feeling safe, loved, understood, and excited to come back. I am generally home all day. I do work as a groomer for pets that are unable to got to salons, but I do this from home as well. So your pets will have round the clock love and care. You will need to provide any food and specific treats if your pet has a favorite or dietary restrictions/allergies. Pets are family. I will personally take them for walks throughout the day for fresh air and exercise, play with them and ensure they feel comfortable and lived while you are away. I do offer creating services, however, depending on the size of your dog, you may have to supply the crate. You pet will always be treated like family, but the details of their routine and activities will depend on your instructions. I respect that different lifestyles require different things (i.e crating vs free roam, scheduled feeding vs grazing, scheduled walks/potty breaks vs whenever they want to go out, etc.) and will maintain that sense of normalcy as much as possible. If you opt for grooming, and I am able to comfortably groom your dog, grooming will take place 1-2 days before your return. That way they have time to decompress after, and if they are stressed for parts, it gives leeway to do little bits over time.

About: Active Dog Loving Grandparents We enjoyed the pleasure of having pets our entire lives, they have brought us a sense of peace and joy and best of all unconditional love. Our best friends have been Boston Terrier’s, German Sheppard’s, American Bulldogs and Boxers. They are all unique in their personalities but all love to be loved, just like us. We are retired so one of us are at home all the time. We live on a great fence property with an awesome nieghborhood that we love to take walks around multiple times a day (weather permitting.) The dogs usually have a grand time taking a run around the property and playing. Should it be too warm of course they enjoy the air conditioning ? Now that our children are grown and married with children/dogs we occasionally keep their Boxer brother (Duke) and sister (Honey) and our grandchildren too. About: I've had my own dogs and a cat my whole life. Additionally I got my first horse at 12 and have been around large and unique animals forever (even pet deer and alpacas!) From my baby Miniature Pinscher to my Great Dane I am capable of providing individualized care. I am currently a student athlete at DSU. I ride on the equestrian team so after my one in person class I am typically in and out of the barn with lots of time to spare as everything else I do for school is online. Pet care fits into my routine as a priority. I recently moved to Dover for school, and miss my dog terribly. Prioritizing your dogs in my schedule is not just a job for me, but a source of happiness! We have a large backyard for fetch and a safe neighborhood for walks and adventures! One block over we have a small park area as well. We have no other animals in the house, just four college girls who are all missing our companions from home. In the house your dog can roam freely about and sleep in my room/bed with me, whatever they are comfortable with.

About: Ive owned dogs and cats since I was seven years old and grew up around animals my entire life. I currently have two large dogs and one medium dog that I trained and take care of. I have house sat for three families, with two medium to large dogs and a family with a medium dog and a puppy, each for a week at a time. I am comfortable with all animals including reptiles and can confidently handle large dogs. More than the physical aspects of caring for animals, I love to love on them with lots of pets and affection. Many animals are drawn to me despite being hesistant or fearful of people. While in your home, I am trustworthy and honest. I always treat all animals as my own and show lots of care and affection! I will let the animals out, feed them, water them, exercise and play with them. And of course give them lots of pets! If your pet makes a mess or has an accident, I will always clean it up and let you know.
About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and am super comfortable around them. I currently work for an animal sanctuary with older dogs and soon to have a couple horses and one goat there. I worked as an animal welfare officer previously therefore, I have a lot of knowledge on animals and their breeds. I also had chickens and Guinea pigs. I used to have bearded dragons too! Many many years of experience handling animals :) I currently work full time for a First State Animal Center and SPCA at their brand new sanctuary for rehabilitating dogs, senior dogs to enjoy the end of their life, and will have horses and a goat there soon. I am available Mondays, Tuesdays, and Saturdays all day. The rest of the week, I work 8am-6pm therefore, I can do evenings if needed after 6pm. I am more than willing to go to anyone’s house to pet/house sit or even just go to let them out or play/ feed them. I am willing to stay overnight for owner weekend trips if needed. Just need to let me know so I can arrange childcare for my son and also I have my full time job on Fridays and Sunday 8-6 but can be there after work if staying overnight! Also willing to pet sit any kind of pet!

About: We have been a dog family for the past 11.5 years! We love our dogs so much! We have an 11 year old Australian Shepherd/Border Collie mix and a 2 year old Aussiedoodle.
