About: Ive owned dogs and cats since I was seven years old and grew up around animals my entire life. I currently have two large dogs and one medium dog that I trained and take care of. I have house sat for three families, with two medium to large dogs and a family with a medium dog and a puppy, each for a week at a time. About: I currently have my own cat who originally was a feral cat. I grew up with at least one dog and one cat at all times. I help watch my sister's cats and I have given her older cat liquid medication by mouth for pain. Communication & Grooming I believe communication is one of the most important parts of pet care. In return, you'll receive detailed updates about how they're doing, including behavior, activities, and anything I notice that may be helpful for you to know. During boarding or daycare stays, I'm also happy to reinforce basic training and offer guidance on grooming maintenance, body language, and behavioral changes that may strengthen your bond with your pet at home. Professional grooming services are available for pets staying in my care. Grooming recommendations, pricing, and service completion depend on your pet's size, coat condition, medical needs, and stress level. My philosophy is simple: I will never force a pet through a service. Their comfort, trust, and emotional well-being always come first. Booking Information To help protect my home while still providing every pet with the highest level of care, the estimated price for boarding and daycare includes a refundable cleaning/security fee. This fee is fully refunded after your pet's stay provided there is no excessive damage or extraordinary cleaning required beyond normal pet messes. I believe this allows me to continue offering a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for every guest while being fair to both pet parents and my home. My goal is simple: every pet should leave my care feeling safe, loved, understood, and excited to come back. I am generally home all day. I do work as a groomer for pets that are unable to got to salons, but I do this from home as well. So your pets will have round the clock love and care. You will need to provide any food and specific treats if your pet has a favorite or dietary restrictions/allergies. Pets are family. I will personally take them for walks throughout the day for fresh air and exercise, play with them and ensure they feel comfortable and lived while you are away. I do offer creating services, however, depending on the size of your dog, you may have to supply the crate. You pet will always be treated like family, but the details of their routine and activities will depend on your instructions. I respect that different lifestyles require different things (i.e crating vs free roam, scheduled feeding vs grazing, scheduled walks/potty breaks vs whenever they want to go out, etc.) and will maintain that sense of normalcy as much as possible. If you opt for grooming, and I am able to comfortably groom your dog, grooming will take place 1-2 days before your return. That way they have time to decompress after, and if they are stressed for parts, it gives leeway to do little bits over time.

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and am super comfortable around them. I currently work for an animal sanctuary with older dogs and soon to have a couple horses and one goat there. I worked as an animal welfare officer previously therefore, I have a lot of knowledge on animals and their breeds. I also had chickens and Guinea pigs. I used to have bearded dragons too! Many many years of experience handling animals :) I currently work full time for a First State Animal Center and SPCA at their brand new sanctuary for rehabilitating dogs, senior dogs to enjoy the end of their life, and will have horses and a goat there soon. I am available Mondays, Tuesdays, and Saturdays all day. The rest of the week, I work 8am-6pm therefore, I can do evenings if needed after 6pm. About: I've had my own dogs and a cat my whole life. Additionally I got my first horse at 12 and have been around large and unique animals forever (even pet deer and alpacas!) From my baby Miniature Pinscher to my Great Dane I am capable of providing individualized care. I am currently a student athlete at DSU. I ride on the equestrian team so after my one in person class I am typically in and out of the barn with lots of time to spare as everything else I do for school is online. Pet care fits into my routine as a priority. I recently moved to Dover for school, and miss my dog terribly. Prioritizing your dogs in my schedule is not just a job for me, but a source of happiness! We have a large backyard for fetch and a safe neighborhood for walks and adventures! One block over we have a small park area as well. We have no other animals in the house, just four college girls who are all missing our companions from home. In the house your dog can roam freely about and sleep in my room/bed with me, whatever they are comfortable with.

About: I’ve had dogs since I was a baby. When I got to middle school my friend asked to watch her dogs while her family was out of town and I agreed. While Covid was still around I would do virtual school and take care of our dogs while my parents worked. I am hoping to do this part time while I am home from college (Between Middle of May and Early August). I am available any time during the day. I can feed the dogs or medicine if needed, fill the water bowls, take them outside (a fenced yard is preferred please or trained), I am willing to walk dogs to get any energy out.

About: I’ve taken care of many animals throughout my teen to adult years. I volunteered at a rescue taking care of mostly the cats. I’ve previously helped rescue kittens and dogs. I’ve always had animals around me. I’m a very big animal lover. I currently have 2 cats and 2 dogs and cat sit a kitten from time to time. I give the cats baths maybe once a month and the dogs weekly and I routinely walk the dogs. I watch the dogs while they’re outside while also giving them extra love. I love taking dogs on walks. “Cynthia was great with my 1 1/2 year old Sheltie. She allowed us to meet her and her pup a couple of weeks before our vacation, to make sure we all were comfortable with each other. Drop off day was hard for us since our Sheltie is only 1.5 year’s old and a rescue, we didn’t want to stress her out too much. Cynthia has lots of experience with rescues and was quick to pick up on her needs. During the vacation she sent us many videos and pictures, which helped a great deal.
