About: I have more experience with dogs, but I still have plenty of cat experience too. I did a lot of rescue work in the past which included tube feeding kittens, administering meds, and caring for very elderly cats. My own cat is a 14 1/2 rescue who was a declawed outdoor cat that no one thought I could convert into an exclusively indoor cat. But now you'd never even know he ever lived outside. I also have 3 grand kitties. Most of the cats I've had have been raised with dogs, so they are a little different. It seems that they are ever so slightly more flexible than cats raised alone or with other cats. So I have to consider my actions based on where the cat is at. If it's just sitting there and ignoring each other, that's what we'll do. If they want to cuddle and head bump, we'll do that too. I completely understand that unlike dogs, cats pretty much control the agenda.
About: I will love your cat, and spoil it as much as it will allow me. Whether that’s cuddles on the couch, in bed, or having to use the toilet. We have medical supplies in designated areas of course but sometimes the elderly lady we take care of will drop her pills and we just don’t want to put an animal at risk by boarding them with us at the moment.

I have very flexible schedule. I only work 230 to 530. When school is in I have to take my kids to school other then that am open. About: I have 2 dogs and a cat. My dogs are Angus (an 11 year old Bugg (pug/boston terrier mix) and Archie (a 5 year old Boston Terrier). My animals are well loved and cared for and I am very good at building new relationships with dogs and cats - meeting them where they are and working with them based on their individual cues and needs, not human expectations. Although I have no formal training, I have years of experience that has benefited me with extremely well behaved and happy animals. Before moving to Delaware, I was the unofficial dog/cat sitter for my neighborhood. I decided then that I would like to at least start doing this professionally on a part time basis. Now that I've been here for a little more than a year, the time is right for me to start. First with daily check ins and walks. Perhaps overnights with pets in my home on on a case by case basis since I have my own fur babies here. Your pets would be in great hands with me. I work full time from home and can do occasional walks and check in's during my work day. I have more availability after work and on the weekends. I walk my own dogs in the mornings, but I can check in on yours as needed. Either a visit to feed and play for a bit or for a quick walk. Overnight stays at my home for your dogs is a possibility on a case by case basis.

That quickly went away as soon as I met her and saw the beautiful “summer camp for dogs ” that is her home! Her property is huge for the pups to run around and play. I had some last minute changes including being later on pick up time due to traffic. I got up to date pictures and reassurance that he was having a great time. I highly recommend treating your pup to this sanctuary! About: I have experience with breeds extra small to extra large as we owned a jack Russell, chocolate lab, golden retriever, and mastiff/cane Corso mix at the same time. Currently, we have a 6 year old American bulldog named rosie who loves lounging and eating my daughter's toys. I'm a recently retired teacher with a ton of free time on my hands and a desire to have a more active lifestyle. I live in west Conshohocken and have no commitments outside of elementary school drop off/pick up. I would prefer to care for your pet in your home as I have a kindergarten aged child but will consider housing a pet for a short stay. We have a fencrd in grassy yard and 2 enclosed deck/concrete areas. I will provide background clearances from the state police, FBI, and Childline.
