About: I have had several dogs in my life through their entire life span. I recently lost my soul dog. Not ready to get another but because they bring me so much joy, I would love to take care of others. I have the time because I am retired. I also know the feeling of worrying that they are in the best care! I can assure you that they will be! I am retired for the most part. I teach yoga a few hours a week but I have plenty of time. I can take your dog for several walks, AM or PM. I do not have a fenced in yard but do have a very long leash to allow freedom in the yard. I also live in a great neighborhood with lots of dogs. My dog recently passed but we used to take lots of daily walks and had lots of interactions.

About: Growing up I have always lived helping others and even helping animals. As a young kid, I grew up surrounded by all kinds of animals. “Sydney is fantastic! She house-sat for us for five nights, caring for our elderly cat, Frankie, while we were out of the country. Frankie has medical issues that require frequent medication every 6–8 hours, and Sydney handled it all with ease. She had no trouble administering his pills and liquid meds and kept us updated with photos and messages at least three times a day. Knowing Frankie was in such capable hands made our trip much more relaxing. About: I have always had pets in life (dogs, cats, rabbit, hamsters, fish) and even adopted a dog to live with me when I was in college. The majority of my experience is with dogs and it spans all sizes and breads (from an 8-pound Maltese to a 70+ pound American Staffordshire Terrier). Over the last few years, I have worked with several animal shelters and opened my house to foster pets in need. During this time I have worked to train puppies and taken care of pets that required special attention due to illnesses. About: I’ve always had a dog in my life, and it was my responsibility since I was young to care for our family pets! I am 32, and at the age of 13 I started housesitting dogs/cats for neighbors and friends. Consistently in the last 10 years, I have taken care of pets for family and friends while they are out of town. I have a 15 year old dog who is blind, so I understand the desire to have someone give specific care and love to an animal with special needs. Every animal I take care of, I care for like it's my own! I have cared for multiple large dogs at once, dogs with high energy demands, as well as dogs as young as puppies or as old as seniors. I am a morning-person who loves to exercise early, so morning dog walks/pet care wouldn't be a problem! I also do not mind being up later at night, if that is what your pet needs. I am very good at following specific instructions for pet-care in one’s own home. My mom is a veterinary technician, and between her experience and having five dogs of our own (plus fostering dogs!), I've had the opportunity to be around all kinds of personalities, ages, and energy levels. I've also been dog sitting for over 10 years for friends, family, neighbors, and other pet owners. As a recent college graduate with a degree in Early Childhood Education, I'm responsible, dependable, and pay close attention to details. I take time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, feeding schedule, medications, and comfort needs so I can provide calm, reliable care while you’re away. I’m especially experienced with cats and pets requiring medical attention, including diabetic care, glucose monitoring, insulin injections, and recognizing signs of hypoglycemia. About: I have had several dogs in my life through their entire life span. I recently lost my soul dog. Not ready to get another but because they bring me so much joy, I would love to take care of others. I have the time because I am retired. I also know the feeling of worrying that they are in the best care! I can assure you that they will be! I am retired for the most part. I teach yoga a few hours a week but I have plenty of time. I can take your dog for several walks, AM or PM. I do not have a fenced in yard but do have a very long leash to allow freedom in the yard. I also live in a great neighborhood with lots of dogs. My dog recently passed but we used to take lots of daily walks and had lots of interactions.

We left for 9 days and have 3 dogs and I was so nervous and had a thousand questions and accommodations I needed fulfilled. Samantha was absolutely incredible. If I could give 100 stars I would. My dogs were so loved and cared for the entire time they were in her care. The pictures I got each day were just filled with joy in each of my dogs faces. If I could afford to send them there for playtime everyday I definitely would!!!
