“The fact that Courtney is a vet was one of the reasons I reached out to see if she was able to watch Sunny for a weekend while I was out of town due to how anxious she can get. Let me tell you, she did not disappoint. During the meet and greet, she asked about emergency vet info and offered her office as an option for urgent but non-emergency situations since I don’t have a primary emergency vet. She was aware of Sunny’s needs while she was there. Courtney also kept great communication and sent lots of videos and pics during her stay. I would 10/10 recommend her and will definitely be booking services with her again when the time comes!”

About: I have had dogs in my home my entire life who have ranged from sedentary to pulling you down the street! I take time to understand each pets unique needs and make sure that our time together is well spent from the owner's perspective and the pet's! I work full time from 7-4pm Monday to Friday. My availability is anytime after 4pm but before 9pm on weekdays and anytime after 8am but before 10pm on weekends. I live with my fiance who is a veterinary nurse, our 10 year old dog, and 8 year old cat in an apartment. We have easy access to a large park with walking trails and can easily find fun routes around New areas!

About: 🛑 PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING🛑: I own 2 cats. Even though my Cats have their own room your dogs must be ok with or have been around cats and knows basic commands. If your dog is medium or large size you MUST bring a cage. I will only use the cage for when I'm at work and I need to let the cats out their room. But when i'm home the dogs have free range even on my bed 😂 Before 2021: I've been pet sitting/walking for friends/neighbors for 5 years & on certain occasions I've been a dog/cat boarder for them, but I've been a dog walker for 5.5 years. 2 of the recurring dogs that I pet sit has had health issues, so I'm able to follow strict instructions given by the owners to take care of their pets in the best way possible whether it's just for a walk or pet sitting. UPDATE JULY 2025: Sorry to any specific owners but unless you are one of the 4 clients I've had since age 20, I will NOT be pet sitting/dropping in on CERTAIN snakes and ALL spiders. My soul will leave my body. The only reason why that is, is because I have a good rapport with the 4 clients and known some of their snakes since they were either in an egg or as a baby so I know their temperament . I'm okay with other reptiles, certain snakes, & pet birds. Some examples are Bearded dragons, geckos, chameleons, Iguanas, African Egg-Eating Snake, Western Hognose, Children’s python, Kenyan sand and Rosy boa. DM for list since there's a caption limit. UPDATE JULY 2025: Depending on my boss I work from Mon-Wed 11pm-7/7:30am, Fri-Sun 6pm-2am, off days maybe Tuesday (after 7:30am), Thursday & sometimes Friday. I will communicate if I happen to work a double or if I'm late since I have to rely on other coworkers to relieve me from my shift. Due to work I will not be petting sitting pets that can't stay alone for more 4-6hrs anymore. But if you need drop-ins for your pets medicine time especially for some of my older clients on all the apps I've been on I remember I will gladly do that when I have time. This is mostly for the cats and small dogs I might be open for boarding. I do own two cats they are up to date with their shots. I know how they react to other cats since I had them for a year, but as for dogs I'm not too sure until I get my own dog. Also, for the most part my yard is fenced is just one side of the fence has not been fully fixed yet so when we are outside in the yard they will be on harnesses for the cats and dogs since I will be outside with them. I also have a an in ground pool that's covered. Also, there's a mix of stray and outdoor cats in my neighborhood and for some, they like to hang out in my front and backyard (they do get in from the broken side of the fence). Mainly for shelter underneath my porch since it's elevated and hides them from this ungodly heat. Plus it doesn't help that me, my dad and my neighbors, do occasionally feed them if we notice that they get too skinny and one of other neighbors bought one of those insulated and heated shelters for the cats to stay in during the winter last year. Fun fact that's how I ended up with my 2nd cat as pet.

About: I’m a devout animal lover with three dogs of my own (including a senior) and one cat. Caring for animals is truly one of my favorite joys in life! My ultimate goal is to give your dog a home away from home when they’re in my care. My dogs range in age from 5-11 years and weights of 11lbs to 55lbs. My cat is 7 years old and a tabby. My senior dog has lung cancer so I’m also experienced in delivering oral medication, round the clock care and attention, and moving at their pace. Your baby will be well taken care of. I work remote so I am able to give your dog lots of love and attention throughout the day. Your dog will be able to take potty breaks every two hours in the fenced-in yard and spend time outside. We typically go for walks in the early morning and late evening. My Rover calendar is flexible updated daily so that I can support any urgent needs, where necessary. Boarding & Daycare: My ultimate goal is to give your dog a home away from home! I only board one dog at a time so that I can give them adequate individualized attention all throughout the day. You will not find a sitter in Wilmington that is as attentive as I am. My pets are kept separate during boarding. Your dog will have access to the entire first floor and the fenced in-backyard. I have a dedicated bedroom for boarding where I can sleep with dogs who may have separation anxiety to ensure they are comfortable. About: Dogs have always been a part of my life in my personal and professional life. I worked for a small business in VA for about 5 years throughout high school and college and have started back up since I started my own Graphic Design business! I've cared for dogs (reptiles and other exotic pets as well) of many different breeds and personalities throughout the years and have always loved every minute! I run my own graphic design business and have a second job in the afternoon (2pm-7pm) but all other hours can be filled with playtime for your pet! I can drop by in the morning, midday, and night as early as 8am and as late as 10pm (unless specified as an overnight). If you are looking for an overnight service, please be aware that I will be away for your home for 3-4 hours at a time to fulfill other routine walks and my work. Visits will always have play time and enough walk time for sufficient exercise. I always make sure to give a lot of attention and make them comfortable even though you're away and will stick as close to your normal routine as I can! In the summer, I'm careful about temperatures especially if they walk in the street and take special care of cold climate breeds.

Pet care fits naturally into my routine because I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and making sure they feel comfortable, safe, and cared for while their owners are away. I currently have very open availability through May 31, 2026, which allows me to accommodate a wide range of schedules, including weekdays, weekends, and daytime visits. After that, I will continue offering flexible availability with more evening availability during weekdays and open availability on weekends. I’m dependable, communicative, and happy to work with owners to find a schedule that best fits their pets’ needs! I will follow all instructions provided to ensure your pet’s routine is kept consistent and comfortable while you’re away. I will make sure they are fed on schedule, have fresh water, get their walks, playtime, and any medications as directed. About: I've lived with and cared for dogs for my entire life; I love all animals, big, small, young, old and anywhere in between, the more animals the better! I have experience with dogs, cats, rats, hamsters, and fish and I get along with all of them. I am available for early mornings and late nights as well as weekends. I am also familiar with and unphased by the less glamorous sides of pet care, I don't mind cleaning up after puppy accidents, I have some experience grooming our shaggier four legged friends, and I know how to administer most puppy medications. I work from home so my availability is wide open for whatever you and your animals need. I am an extremely active person so there is no limit to much I will love and play with your pup, but I will also be patient and sensitive to nervous dog and cats. There is no puppy personality that I don't love. I can't wait to meet your dog! I work remote Monday - Wednesday. I also have weekends and evenings available for more involved activities. When im not pet sitting i like to take my own dog for hiking/ camping adventures! A typical day starts with breakfast and a nice romp around the yard, or brisque walk around the neighborhood so your dog can go potty and get out some morning energy. I have a flexible schedule at work so i can take frequent breaks to play and attend to your critters needs. In the evenings, im free again and i like to spend time being active, whether its a long walk, a game of fetch, or even an adventure to the park
About: I’ve had animal training internships including one at UPenn. I worked with law enforcement and detection K9s ranging from puppies to professional dogs in their chosen field. I’ve volunteered at an animal rescue since I was 7 years old. I worked with animals from all different backgrounds and disciplines ranging all the way from dogs to horses. I am currently working part-time so I can work around scheduling to be able to provide the best care possible for your animals at the most convenient times. I have education in animal husbandry, nutrition, and management. I follow instructions very carefully so however the owner prefers their animal to be cared for is how it will be treated.

“The fact that Courtney is a vet was one of the reasons I reached out to see if she was able to watch Sunny for a weekend while I was out of town due to how anxious she can get. Let me tell you, she did not disappoint. During the meet and greet, she asked about emergency vet info and offered her office as an option for urgent but non-emergency situations since I don’t have a primary emergency vet. She was aware of Sunny’s needs while she was there. Courtney also kept great communication and sent lots of videos and pics during her stay. I would 10/10 recommend her and will definitely be booking services with her again when the time comes!”

Ida went for one day of daycare before her boarding stay and seemed happy to be returning when we dropped her off.
