“Jessica was great. She responded very quickly on very short notice. Felt very good dropping Leif off and Leif looked great picking him up. I would use this boarder again in the future.”

“Megan W and her family were fantastic! Not only was she a delight to communicate with, my dog clearly loved her and her home, The pictures she sent of my furbaby showed him undeniably smiling ear to ear. She is a little bit off the beaten path which is exactly why I chose her as we were on our way to Rehoboth. It was an easy and short detour to drop our little buddy off on our way. Her place has plenty of shade, fencing, and other pups for my dog to enjoy. I will definitely be rebooking with Megan W in the future!”

“Sylvia was a perfect fit for our dog. Daisy tends to be a little shy but was best friends with Sylvia within an hour.. if that. Sylvia was great at sending me pictures throughout the day of my furbaby. Daisy looked very comfortable and relaxed. When I went to pick her up, Daisy had already claimed Sylvia as her person and did not recognize me for about 15 seconds..which felt like a lifetime. Although I felt alitte jolted..it showed me that my dog really liked Sylvia and that..my friends..is priceless. Thank you once again for becoming my dogs... person.. while we are on vacation.”

“Michele is very friendly and attentive to our dogs needs. I can tell she thoroughly enjoys watching after our dog. I've left my dog with Michele multiple times and have always received lots of pictures and updates on how my dog is doing while in MicheleI'd care.”

“I found Kelly in a moment of desperation when I needed a last minute sitter for my fur baby. Not only was she quick to respond but also came to meet my recent rescue before hand. I had never used a River sitter before and after meeting her in person and learning about her vet tech background I was confident she would take great care of my girl. She sent me daily pictures and updates and took excellent care of Zoya for me while I was away. I will 100% be booking her again!”

“My 2 girls were so happy with Sandee, i could not have asked for better care of my two spoilt pups! I am very grateful to Sandee for taking my girls for the afternoon, which freed us up to do the necessary things related to purchasing a home. I won't hesitate to go back to Sandee and trust her with my precious fur babies. Thank you Sandee!!!!”

“Marlee had a wonderful stay with Brenda (her second stay). Brenda truly loves the pets she cares for and has a very laid-back style. Her home is perfect for my senior dog.”

“Mary Sue cared for my dog for a week and it was a great experience all around! She was prompt to answer messages and sent updates and/or photos every day of their activities. This was my first time leaving my dog with someone who was not an immediate family member. Mary Sue video chatted with me before confirming the booking and she eased all of my worries. My dog came home exhausted from all of the fun they had - it was a great fit and I would highly recommend Mary Sue!”

“Paula helped us out with a last minute booking, she was incredible! Quick and clear communication! From my mom: “she's amazing sent me about 4 pictures letting me know he was such a good boy and getting along with other dogs. I was so happy to have her do that for me. Really happy with her! Definitely gonna use her again” thanks Paula!!!”
“Paige was great. She was available on short notice and was accommodating to a weird drop-off time due to bad weather. She was attentive to my animals needs and it was obvious my pup had a great time with her. She sent tons of pictures and videos and gave comprehensive daily updates. I would absolutely recommend this sitter and will be using her again in the future.”

Your pup(s) is my priority and treated like a member of my family.
“Camp Michelle as we now call Callie’s little vacation spot was just perfect. She is attentive to our dog’s little quirks - we have a needy Labrador Retriever. Our dog is not used to staying away from home. However she had a blast at Michelle’s. This was our first time working with Michelle and we will be back for sure. If you are looking for a real “dog person” then go to Michelle. She is AMAZING!”

“We are extremely grateful to Marvina for taking such tender care of our two pups. Knowing our pups were safe and loved in her home allowed us to enjoy our time with family in a busy city, which would not be fun for Fred and Daisey. 🐾🐾”

“Bob and Susan were the best. Homer was happy and exhausted when we picked him up. He had tons of playtime with their other houseguests and they provided us with plenty of photos and updates throughout his stay. We will absolutely use them again the next time we are in the area.”
“5-stars for Jen G! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I think we’re all nervous leaving our fur babies with a new sitter. No worries with Jen. She treats them like her own and they get spoiled with love and attention. Her assistants Baxter and Rigby were a joy for our Tanner to play with. He can’t wait to return! Jen’s communication along with many hilarious photos from their playtime were excellent and reassuring. Thank you, Jen!”

“Cory was friendly and knew a lot about puppies. We were very comfortable leaving our six month old Finnegan with him. He has a big yard and a fenced in deck. I would bring Finnegan the next time I’m in the area.”

“Nacho is a very selective Chihuahua who immediately adored Nicole. He exhibited none of the signs of anxiety he generally does when he meets someone new (or even someone he has met several times). He accepted Nicole as one of his special people and behaved as well (if not better!) for her than he does at home. Nicole sent us photos of Nacho napping, taking walks and looking completely adorable while he was in her care; we could see how content he was and were able to have peace of mind while we were traveling. Nacho will definitely be staying with Nicole the next time we need a dog sitter.”

“Rachel did a wonderful job taking care of my cats while I was out of town. My cats even came out to meet her and loved her. Very professional and reliable. I will definitely call her again when I go out of town!”

“I was in a pinch looking for a last minute drop in and Michele was able to accommodate us. I also had to change the time by an hour and she was still willing to accommodate. Michele sent pictures of Harley while she was visiting and everything went better than expected. Looking forward to using her again in the future!”

“We cannot say enough wonderful things about Lori. This is our first time using Rover.com, we definitely were blessed with the BEST .. Lori went above and beyond in extraordinary circumstance while we had a blizzard in progress she made it to each appointed time and then came over extra visits. Lori went above and beyond to ensure our Evie had extra food & water since our area had travel restrictions in place during a 20" snow event. WE cannot say how much this meant while we were across the country. Truly, Lori is a Gem and we look forward to our "official" new kitty sitter when we travel. Thank you for loving on Evie like your own, it meant everything to Jeff & I.”

“Jacob did an outstanding job caring for our rabbit, Bunny, while we were away. He was incredibly communicative, responded quickly to every message, and always arrived on time, staying for the full visit. He had no trouble giving Bunny her medication, sent thoughtful updates and great photos after each visit, and made us feel completely at ease. We also came home to everything spotless and exactly as we had left it, which we really appreciated. We wouldn't hesitate to book Jacob again and will absolutely be asking him to watch Bunny the next time we travel!”

“Siara was a wonderful sitter for our cat. She gave timely updates and shared cute photos. We did our meet and greet virtually as a video chat and she understood all of the directions, even the medications.”

“Marilyn was wonderful taking care of my cat. She kept me up to date and sent lots of photos. I appreciate how she cares very much. I definitely recommend her. Thank you Marilyn!”

“You will have peace of mind if you pick Jessica. She always takes such wonderful care of my cat. She sends updates and pictures. My cat is scared of strangers and he warmed up to Jessica. She is very dependable and trustworthy. I highly recommend this lovely lady.”

“We booked Leanne for the first time for drop-in visits with our kitty Bandit. Leanne was very prompt every day. She took good care of feeding, cleaning litter boxes, and playing with Bandit! I would definitely book Leanne in the future, and I would recommend her to any cat and/or dog parents!”

“Extremely calm and knowledgeable. Knew exactly how to introduce our Boston Terrier to her own dogs. Everything went smoothly. Her home was immaculate and organized. She sent pictures frequently. Our dog looked extremely relaxed and happy in her home. She came home exhausted from playing in their large fenced in yard. I felt very safe, leaving our precious pup with Meghan.”

“I cannot say enough great things about Michele! She has given me my life back! I have two little rescues that are highly reactive and do not like anyone, so consequently I have been unable to leave them. After talking with Michele and getting a sense of her experience and patience with rescue.dogs such as mine I decided to give her a try...and it went beautifully! My dogs had a great time with her and loved her...and cannot wait to go back again! Michele is truly not just very much a professional but is gifted with animals as well.”

About: I have volunteered at the SPCA for three years, taking care of small dogs, large dogs, and even cats. I even take care of people's pets in my neighborhood. Currently fitting pet care into my daily routine is no problem at all. I am a part time college student but I don't go back until the winter. I stay at home full time so I will be able to spend all day with your pet. As far as pets go, I have a very friendly lab mix named Kaya and a cat named Snickers. I also have two leopard geckos named Mushu and Yoshi. Kaya is fed twice a day, morning and evening. And Snickers is a grazer so he eats whenever he wants. I have a fenced in yard which Kaya adores. Whenever other dogs come over I let them out into the yard so they can run around and play. The yard is about half an acre and the fence is 4 and a half feet tall.

About: Animals have been at the center of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve cared for dogs, cats, horses, goats, birds, hamsters, and more, and I genuinely love getting to know each animal’s unique personality, needs, and routines. In addition to personal experience, I’ve worked for the AKC, which gave me an even deeper understanding of canine behavior, care, and communication. I’m especially attentive to pets who may need a little extra patience or understanding, including seniors, anxious pets, reactive dogs, or animals with unconventional routines. I also have firsthand experience managing separation needs in my own household, so I understand how important structure, safety, and individualized care can be. Whether your pet is high-energy, shy, cuddly, anxious, or somewhere in between, I pride myself on creating a calm, loving, and trustworthy environment where they feel safe and cared for. I treat every animal like they’re my own. Pet care is already a natural part of my daily routine. I have two dogs of my own, so my days are structured around feeding schedules, walks, playtime, enrichment, medications when needed, and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. Because I genuinely love animals, caring for pets never feels like a chore to me — it’s something I truly enjoy and prioritize. My schedule is flexible, which allows me to give pets plenty of attention, consistency, and companionship throughout the day. I’m also very mindful of maintaining routines that help animals feel secure and reduce stress while their owners are away. I always tailor my care to each pet’s individual personality, routine, and comfort level. In a client’s home, I do my best to maintain the pet’s normal schedule as closely as possible, including feeding, walks, litter box care, medications if needed, playtime, enrichment, and plenty of affection and companionship. I know how important consistency is for animals, especially when their owners are away. I’m very attentive to body language, behavior changes, and overall comfort, and I prioritize creating a calm, safe, and low-stress environment. I also understand that some pets need extra patience, space, or structure, and I’m experienced with anxious pets, shy cats, senior animals, and pets with unique routines or separation needs. Communication is also very important to me, so I make sure owners receive regular updates, photos, and peace of mind while their pets are in my care.

“Marlee had a wonderful stay with Brenda (her second stay). Brenda truly loves the pets she cares for and has a very laid-back style. Her home is perfect for my senior dog.”

“Cory was friendly and knew a lot about puppies. We were very comfortable leaving our six month old Finnegan with him. He has a big yard and a fenced in deck. I would bring Finnegan the next time I’m in the area.”

“Lacey was amazing with my fur babies, even my 55lbs of crazy lol. They both came home happy and calmer than I even expected, she needs to tell me her secret to calm my crazy girl lol. I will only be using Lacey for my fur babies care in the future!!”

“Jacqueline and her son took great care of our dog Ace. He had so much fun and was wore out last night after we picked him up. Jacqueline was quick to respond and kept us updated all weekend with pics of Ace having fun with his buddy Nutella. Would highly recommend Jacqueline!”

“She treated reaper like he was one of her own. Provided him great friends to play with, a wonderful place to explore, and took many pictures to show us how he was doing. Will be using again.”

“Samantha R. took amazing care of my new adopted dog Frankie this last weekend!! He came home looking so relaxed and happy which really put my mind at ease since he is still so new to me. Samantha sent pictures of him having fun with her dogs which helped me stay relaxed while I was away. I will definitely use her again and recommend her highly!!”

“Carlie and her husband were an excellent pet sitters for our Jack Russell dog. They were very caring, reliable and accommodating to our schedule. We traveled from New York and be were able to enjoy our vacation without worrying about our pet because she was in good hands.”

“Neena and her family did an amazing job welcoming my dog , Rosie into her home . Neena kept me informed about her stay and I felt totally at ease having her there . She was totally professional all the way . So happy to have found her to care for my dog when I was away .”

“She was wonderful with Aries and gave me updates the whole week I was away we felt great about leaving Aries. She is the best dog sitter by far and I definitely will be bringing Aries back. If you have a pet she is the one you want to watch over she plays with them give them good snacks all around great person we definitely will be back and thank you !!!!”

“We couldn't be happier with the care our pups received from Cori! From the moment we dropped them off, we knew they were in good hands. Cori went above and beyond to make them feel comfortable and at home. We loved getting regular updates and adorable pictures, which reassured us that our furry friends were happy and well taken care of. Thank you, Cori, for your exceptional service and for treating our pups like family!”

“This is our third time having Jenna watch our pups in our home. She does a wonderful job of keeping them safe and sharing photos with us each day. She also takes very good care of our home and leaves it very clean and tidy after her stay. I will continue to book Jenna as I know she is responsible, caring and communicative when it comes to my pups. Thanks Jenna!”
