“This is our second time with Julie caring for our cat Pixie and will not be our last. She is prompt about getting to our house to feed Pixie and does not simply feed her and rush out the door when she is done. Pixie is an extreme affection sponge and we love that Julie sticks around and cuddles with our little one while we are away. I always feel so guilty when we are gone for more than a day, but knowing Julie is going to be sitting with Pixie and giving her the attention she craves really helps me relax. Julie is also so sweet with Pixie. Pix has a habit of getting under foot and can be very chatty. Julie has the patience of a saint navigating the one cat obstacle course to get through our kitchen while prepping her meals. We are thrilled to have come across Julie on Rover and already have discussed with her our next booking, which will be sudden and unpredictable as we go into the hospital to have our first child. She is so open to when we said "yeah, it will be sometime between this date and this date and could be 2-5 days long and will be a very last second booking". Not only did she respond immediately, but she told us no problem, she will be around and to let her know. Shes the best and we so highly recommend her to take care of the fur babies!”

About: I’ve taken care of pets, dogs of all sizes, cats. I’ve given medicine orally, and insulin shots. I have sat for pets for several years for family, friends, neighbors, and coworkers. I love spending time with all animals between long walks, hiking, and just hanging out on the couch. I work full time but I telework several times per week. Weekends completely available. When I’m at the office my partner is home 24/7 so the pets will never be alone! I have a lead going from the back deck to the shed (across my whole yard) I have two very friendly dogs and cats. I can crate if needed & there is space available if your dog needs to decompress alone without other animals. I slowly introduce animals to make sure everyone coexists well. All dogs are fed separately to avoid any food aggression. We have an over sized, fully gated and covered back deck that the dogs can also hangout on with us safely.

I’m very reliable, patient, attentive and I honestly just enjoy being around them. I love being outside, going on walks, and making pets feel comfortable, safe, and cared for. I also have a very flexible schedule, so I’m able to give pets plenty of attention and consistency throughout the day. I’m comfortable with dogs of most sizes and energy levels, as well as cats, kittens, and puppies! Whether your pet is super energetic or more shy and relaxed, I’m happy to work with their routine and make sure they feel happy and comfortable while you’re away. I have a flexible schedule and plenty of time to care for your pets! Whether it’s a walk, a drop-in, or just some attention during the day, I’m happy to help! I don’t care for pets in my own home, but I’m very respectful and reliable when it comes to caring for pets in their own space. I always follow the owner’s instructions closely, make sure everything is secure before I leave, and give plenty of attention and care during my visit! I want your pets to feel safe and comfortable while you’re away.

“Mark did an amazing job watching our puppy Chloe for 13 days while we were on vacation! We were so nervous about leaving our new puppy for so long but from the moment we met Mark we knew we made the right choice. Mark sent us updates and pics while we were away which we loved. Chloe played with his other dogs during the day which helped with her ongoing socialization. At night Chloe slept on his son's bed. I know this made Chloe feel loved while we were away! About: I have been care for my family dog's since 5 years old, I have walked and bath dogs and perivously own cats and taken care of them before. I work part time and also currently in college, I am available after 5 pm on the weekends and I am available all summer as I am back from school. I would care up on the pets frequently and note any unusual behavior to ask the client if that should help a concern or not. I would also walk and provide the meals for pet as needed during my free time. I personally don't have a residence in my area to house pets, but in a client home I would make sure they have the required meal and walk them as requested by the client. If the service is available I'm will the perform the same duties I would in client house and make changes based on client's request
