Your kindness, reliability, and genuine care gave us complete peace of mind, and we’re so grateful for the time and attention you gave him. We truly appreciate you and feel lucky to have someone we can trust with our furry family member. With heartfelt thanks, Dave and Ana”

“Dana's boarding home is a pet oasis!! Our pets returned to us as if they had received some sort of week long puppy spa treatment, they were calm, happy and just overall well. Our neurotic belgian shepherd finally learned to relax and literally returned to us a well adjusted dog. We are so grateful: Thank you Dana!!!”

“Erica was awesome! She sent me daily updates and photos of my dog while I was away on vacation. I can tell my Max had the best time there! I would definitely have Max stay with her again 😊”

“Sharon did a wonderful job taking care of our French Bulldog Zoe while we were out of the country for 2.5 weeks. We received daily updates and it was clear Zoe was having a great time! We highly recommend her, especially for anyone whose dog had a medical condition (Zoe had back issues and Sharon was so attentive to them, it really put our minds at ease).”

“Karen is the best sitter. I have been with her for about 6 years and I trust her completely to take care of my dog. She gives him his medication and is very caring. I recommend her if you need a sitter for your dog. Janice S. Cranston”

“I was super nervous to leave Remy with a stranger for the 1st time, but as soon as I met Christina, I knew she was in good hands. Christina sent me so many pictures and updates of Remy having the best time playing in their amazing back yard, going on multiple (!!!) hikes, and snuggling with their sweet boy Frankie. If you have a dog with a lot of energy - look no further for the ultimate pet sitter! Christina, her husband, and their dog Frankie truly treated Remy like part of their family for the weekend, and I couldn’t be more thankful for finding them on Rover. If I could give Christina 100 stars, I would! Remy and I are both looking forward to her next stay at their home!”

“Torie was great with our two morkies, one of which has PLE and has some intense dietary restrictions. She was very communicative and quick to respond during the stay! Thank you Torie!”

About: My experience includes working with horses, donkeys, sheep, chickens, fish, reptiles, birds and more. I have my own dog Paul, and I've owned dogs and cats in the past as well. My most recent certification is in wildife rehabilitation, and I work part-time as an educator at an aquarium. I surround myself with animals and I hope to do so for the rest of my life. “Natalie was a fantastic cat sitter for my week away. She was very attentive and kept me updated on how things were going. My cats were so comfortable with her they all slept with her during the night. On my last night coming home from vacation, Natalie went back to check on my elderly cat to ensure he was okay as he has been struggling with some recent health issues. Natalie was professional and communicative. Her cat/house sitting gave me peace of mind on my vacation. Thank you so much Natalie for your hard work and dedication to my babies!”
“I feel so lucky to have found my new dog sitter Jamie! I was very happy to be able to leave my Betty in the comfort of our home. From the moment I met Jamie, I knew she was a devoted dog mom such as myself. She gave Betty her medicine, and spent quality time with her several times a day. I absolutely loved receiving wonderful pictures of Betty while on vacation. I could see in my Betty's eyes that she was happy being with Jamie while I was gone. Hurricane Henri did not stop Jamie from coming to my house. She traveled to my house during the hurricane to care for Betty and provided me with updates on my power outage. I have high expectations and Jamie exceeded those expectations!”

Pet care fits as I would love to hang out with a furry friend for a couple hours while they get the time they need to exercise. Feeding times are a must for all animals and I completely understand that dogs/cats are routine animals! This also means that they require feeding at regular times and exercise!

“Our Roo had a wonderful time. We picked him up and he was a very happy and tired boy. Suzanne has a great fenced back yard that is perfect for dogs. She’s very responsive and we so appreciated her taking Roo on fairly short notice. Thank you Suzanne.”

“I highly recommend Shelby! She provided top-notch care for Kuma and went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and happy. Communication was excellent and I was updated regularly with pictures and updates. I felt confident leaving my dog in their capable hands and will definitely be using their services again in the future. 5 stars!”
“Albert and Amanda are just amazing. Miss Nova had a blast visiting for the day and they helped introduce her and socialize with the other dogs. I felt so comfortable leaving her and so proud when we received pictures/video of her playing. This short visit was in preparation for a longer stay down the road and I couldn't have been happier with the experience and all the communication to plan for the stay. I would highly recommend Albert and Amanda as they are extremely knowledgeable. They are not only dog sitters but trainers who are willing to educate.”

I have open availability as long as there are no other appointments that day; I accept same-day appointments as well and shape to your needs. “Kayla was amazing with my dog! Each time I picked him up, he was happy, and clearly well cared for. She took amazing care of my pet even though he has a broken leg and has restrictions. I felt completely at ease knowing he was in good hands. Her services are absolutely worth every penny.”

“This was my first time ever leaving Ange. I was a little nervous, but everything went great over all. Carolina text me through out the day and made me feel so comfortable with me leaving Ange. I will definitely use Carolina in the near future.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Sue! She was so incredibly accommodating and patient with my dog. My dog, Sadie, was uncharacteristically anxious and scared on our vacation. She was having a really hard time separating from me at all. Sue took the time to get her acclimated with the new environment and allowed me into her home to give Sadie time to adjust and get comfortable. She played calming music for Sadie and gave her her favorite treat- peanut butter. By the time we picked Sadie up, she was very happy and more back to herself. Sue gave Sadie so much love and attention the whole time I was at the aquarium. I was able to have a good time, knowing my dog was in good hands. Sue kept me updated on Sadie’s progress with texts, pictures and videos. I am so very grateful and would recommend Sue to anyone seeking a great pet sitter!”

“I came into the area for the day and Elizabeth was so wonderful to watch my dog Daisy. She has such a lovely home and family. I would absolutely 💯% recommend Elizabeth. Daisy had a great day in her care!”

About: I have had dogs, various other pets, and have rescued quite a few wild animals throughout my life. My large immediate family always counts on me to watch their animals when they go on vacation. My son recently bought a house with a nice yard and he took his dog with him. As you can see from the photos, that dog and I spent a lot of time together. I still make his food from scratch and take him for hikes as often as I can. I make my own hours and now that I do not have a dog around pushing me to walk the town, several times a day, I feel this is a good fit to keep me active. I have a lot of experience with a 90lb nervous pitty, and have a number of safe and private locations in mind for walks. I also have a large crate and access to a large yard if needed. I genuinely care for Animals and will put in the effort it takes to ensure each unique personality has a great experience.
“Dana was awesome and Cali loved playing with her pups! She was able to watch Cali with such short notice and took great care of her! She sent me photos and videos throughout the day and kept me updated with how she was adjusting!”

About: I have a french bulldog pug mix named Bugzey. He is very aloof wifh other dogs but loves people and especially car rides through Ashaway!I have a Jack Russell terrier named Nyko that LOVES TO PLAY WITH TOYS!His favorite game is chase and catch with his pink beef flavored ball!He tend to hoard all of his toys!I also have a miniature pinscher named NEMO who is the leader of our pack.On walks he leads by 5 feet to ensure every aspect of the ambient terrain is safe. That is the canine pack that your dog will have a joyful time with.I love dogs and I have to stay home as my pug gets completely frazzled if I try to leave!Bugzey obviously has separation anxiety.I will do my absolute best to care for your dog as if it were one of mine.Your dog will never be unattended and my Nyko who is a JRT (Jack Russell Terrier)will surely show your dog everything he knows about staying actively amused and entertained for the entire day to make every second count! I am a stay at home dog parent. MY PRIORITY IS MY DOGS! I have lots of land all beautifully landscaped and live on a quiet country road surrounded by farmland and peaceful tranquility. Exercise is paramount to a healthy dog which is why we walk over a mile a day!We even use a stroller for our seniors that aren't as happy to walk for an hour.Exercise is included while your dog stays on our premises! I have a very large fenced in yard but still provide 24/7 supervision as I fervently believe that fur babies need protection. We love being outdoors and being active. Simba is my youngest and he is full of pep to playfully engage the most energetic of all dogs.Yes we go on walks but lots of off leash romps throughout my large fenced in premises as well.My philosophy is that a well exercised pet is also are the most vital healthiest and happiest.
“Margo watched Finn during the day when I had to go back to work. She had no problem accepting the challenge of caring for a young puppy and has many years of experience raising dogs of her own. Finn got along really well with her two dogs and was always excited to go to Margo's house when I dropped him off in the morning. My mind was at ease during the work day knowing that he was in excellent care. She sent pictures and updates of them going on walks together, playing in the yard with her dogs, and working on some of his training. If we ever go away on a trip, I will definitely use Margo to care for Finn again! She truly loves what she does and cares deeply for all her clients' pups.”

“Jessica was great with our springer who has a lot of energy. We contacted Jessica last minute and with no hesitation she was available. She made our dog feel comfortable all day. She sent updates and pictures !! We will definitely be using Jessica again in the future. Thank you so much”

About: I’ve had all kinds of pets growing up, including dogs, cats, birds, fish, and some friendly neighborhood chickens. I love them all! I’ve been walking dogs since I was a freshman in high school and I don’t think i’ll ever get tired of it! I have a very flexible schedule since I only have a part time job, and I take quite a bit of work from this app :) I love taking walks, so I provide anywhere from two to four potty breaks or trips outside throughout the day. I also enjoy hiking and I like to bring pups with a bit more energy to tag along. I’m more than happy to stay in your home with your pets if discussed and my main concern is that your pets are happy, safe, and just like you left them.

“Great experience using rover for first time. I couldn’t walk my dogs because of ankle surgery. Ashlyne responded right away and came over on short notice and walked my two dogs, an 11yrs old black lab and an 1yrs old black lab / Belgian malinois mix. They both liked her and went walking with her with no hesitation. Plan to use Ashlyne again and highly recommend her.”

Golden retrievers, golden doodles, bernadoodles, and the same fierce cat hazel. I have spent nights at theirs taking care of the dogs as they were on vacation. These were always my favorite times because I have never had a pet myself but I consider theirs my own. I am not currently working full time with a flexible summer schedule so I can make myself available to help you and your busy schedules!! I have a large backyard on a safe col de sac with very little road traffic. My cousins dogs love to roam around my home. At your homes I will always have an eye on the dogs outside, inside, and ensuring they are safe and happy at all times!
“We left our babies in very good hands with Morgan. While we were on vacation, she came every day and picked them up and took them for a nice long walk on some trails our dogs love. Every day we got an email when she picked them up, photos and comments from Morgan and an email when she dropped them off. We could even see the route they took and the distance and time of the walk. My elderly mother said they returned tired and happy. We would highly recommend Morgan. She is responsible, punctual and most importantly a dog lover. Our girls were in caring hands. We plan on reaching out to Morgan the next time we travel.”

“Remy loved her stay with Jessica. She got plenty of cuddles and playtime, I wasn't sure if she'd want to leave. Jessica was very accommodating and kept me updated including photos or videos every few days. I would book with her again next time I travel.”

“Hassle free, worry free, very good with my dog Bruno. did very well with introducing him to their dog and sent me pics and timely updates of how my dog was doing.”

“Natalia was great about sending pictures and videos of my dog while I was away. It was our first time leaving her and she helped put my mind at ease, and it made my kids happy to know their dog was well taken care of!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs my whole life. Growing up, my mother was (and still is) a doggy foster mom for our local shelter. We constantly had 4-6 dogs in our home, most of which ended up staying long term. I have years of experience caring for multiple dogs and senior care as well! I work completely from home which will allow me plenty of time to attend to your pups needs all throughout the day. I love to jog and hike, so your pup will be sure to get plenty of exercise and outdoor time with me! I provide a safe, calm, and attentive environment for every pet in my care. Working from home allows plenty of supervision, potty breaks, playtime, and attention throughout the day. While I do not have a fenced yard, all outdoor time is supervised and dogs will always be kept safely leashed. I’m happy to follow your pet’s usual routine, feeding schedule, crate preferences, and any special care instructions to help them feel comfortable and secure.”
About: Hello! I’ve taken care of my own pets since I was young, for about 8 years now as well as dog sat my older sisters two dogs and my oldest sisters three cats. I’ve also house sat for my cousins and grandparents various animals over the years and I love it. Meeting new pets warms my heart and brings me comfort as i’m not from the area it would be nice to get to meet some people from the area and make some new furry friends. I currently work nights so i’m free to pop over in the morning or afternoon and check in on the pets when needed or give them a walk! I love going on walks with my pets so if you want your pet to get a good walk in i’m your gal! I also really enjoy trying to teach pets new tricks with treats and positive reinforcement, and bathing animals so I offer bathing/groom services if needed.
“Our pup was in great care with Elisa and her family for a week while my family and I traveled. Elisa provided updates showcasing our pet’s happiness, comfort, and playfulness in her home. After sharing that our dog has congenital knee issues, Rob, her partner, even installed another step on their dog ramp for our dog to climb up comfortably. We hope to rebook with Elisa again when needed!”
