About: I've had dogs my whole life. They're such a big part of me and I absolutely love meeting them. I'll follow any specifacation you may have for your dog. I love taking walks and playing with them. I will also feed additional pets that you may have or clean yards if needed. I am currently in college in the afternoon for an few hours on monday through thursday. I can stay at the owner's house if needed. However, I can also do visits to feed and let out if that is more comfortable for the owner. I often like to go on walk with dogs I am taking care of, they are always on the leash on these walks. I also enjoy going out in the yard to play with them. I am not opposed to crates.

“This is our second time with Julie caring for our cat Pixie and will not be our last. She is prompt about getting to our house to feed Pixie and does not simply feed her and rush out the door when she is done. Pixie is an extreme affection sponge and we love that Julie sticks around and cuddles with our little one while we are away. I always feel so guilty when we are gone for more than a day, but knowing Julie is going to be sitting with Pixie and giving her the attention she craves really helps me relax. Julie is also so sweet with Pixie. Pix has a habit of getting under foot and can be very chatty. Julie has the patience of a saint navigating the one cat obstacle course to get through our kitchen while prepping her meals. We are thrilled to have come across Julie on Rover and already have discussed with her our next booking, which will be sudden and unpredictable as we go into the hospital to have our first child. She is so open to when we said "yeah, it will be sometime between this date and this date and could be 2-5 days long and will be a very last second booking". Not only did she respond immediately, but she told us no problem, she will be around and to let her know. Shes the best and we so highly recommend her to take care of the fur babies!”
About: My Name is Kat and I have had cats as pets my whole life, I have watched and taken care of my friends and families cats while they were away since I was a teenager. I am comfortable with all kinds of cats and understand their body language and when they are about to bite or need to be left alone. About: I have grown up around animals and have had both dogs and cats my whole life, as well as various types of small animals. I spent the last year working as an attendant at a Dog Daycare and Boarding center where I learned a lot more about caring for dogs in addition to my previous dog sitting experience. I have experience working with and handling dogs of all sizes and energy levels, specifically large dogs with lots of energy. I have a lot of patience for dogs who get anxious while their families are away and can help them feel as comfortable as possible. I rode horses for 10 years and For several years I worked leading pony rides and handling farm animals for a traveling petting zoo which has given me a well rounded understanding for taking care of animals in general. I am a college graduate and in college I would often take care of my friend’s animals when they were in class or away. At the moment I only have a cat and would love to get to spend more time with dogs again. I work in theatre as a prop and paint artist and a lot of jobs in the field are for a couple weeks at a time and are not always the most consistent. I have full availability on the weekends and have a very flexible schedule during the week, specifically in the morning and evenings but also can likely do mid day. I have helped my sister train her dog and can help continue any training and/or rules you have for your dog while walking and taking care of them. I can keep a close eye on them if they are likely to get into trouble or things they’re not supposed to. I will give your pets lot of love and attention while you’re away. I can also play with your dogs and help get their energy out during the day. My dog is very playful and I often have to run around with him in the yard and play with him in the house to help him calm down.

About: I volunteered at a vet clinic for a summer when i was 13. Ive been a dog groomer for 2 years as well! So ive worked with all size dogs with different needs and temperaments! I also had an ESA husky in college that lived on campus with me. As she got older she had specific needs. (medication everyday, prescription food, i had to help her up and down stairs, help her on walks and hold her up to use the bathroom, among plenty of other needs) She helped me become who i am now. About: Hi all! My name is Madison and I have many years of experience taking care of dogs and cats. I grew up with dog loving parents and we had two dogs I grew up with. They both crossed the rainbow bridge and it took years for us to recover. After 6 years without a dog, my mom adopted a German Shepherd who I often dog sit when my mom is away. I’m familiar with medication administration, special needs, and senior care, and I genuinely love creating a calm, safe space for your pet to feel seen, comfortable, and cared for. I’m comfortable dispensing oral medications and injections, and I previously worked as a pharmacy technician for eight years, where I prepared IV drips and administered vaccines. Rabbit Care 🐇 In addition to dogs and cats, I also offer care for rabbits and understand the importance of gentle handling, consistent routines, and a calm environment. Rabbit care can be booked under “cat”. I live close by, and i'm available on holidays, weekends, evenings, and early mornings during the week with a twenty four hour notice. I’m also available for emergency drop ins during the week on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday evenings, and anytime on the weekend. Since I already balance caring for my own dogs with work and school, welcoming your pet into that rhythm is something I’m very comfortable with. I don’t offer pet boarding with the exception of turtles, but I’m always happy to care for your pets in their own home where they’re most comfortable. I stick to your routine and treat your space with the same respect as my own. I’m mindful about feeding, medications, and safety, and check in with updates so you’re never left wondering how things are going.

“Outstanding! Alan and Luis provided extraordinary care for our Black Lab mix Annie while we were on vacation for a week. They are truly the best! Compassionate, friendly, caring, trustworthy are just a few words to describe Alan and Luis. The house is beautiful with a gated fence and a "kiddy pool". Annie truly enjoyed her stay and playing with the other guests as evidenced by her disposition when I picked her up and the the daily photos.
