“Sherry provided wonderful care for Denver and Bronco while we were away for 11 days. She spoiled them so much and allowed our family to truly relax and enjoy our vacation.”

“Maggie was great, she was super flexible and understanding! I’ve never left my dog with anyone before but I felt so at ease with Maggie’s updates and the friendliness of both her & her dog Moose with my boy Cody! Definitely recommend and will book with her again if needed in the future.”

“Luz was absolutely AMAZING! Not only did she take my booking last minute but she constantly sent me updates and from the moment you meet her you can tell she is genuine. She will love your pet like her own. 10000% recommend her!!!!”

“Maria was great! So friendly, attentive, responsive & easy to work with. You can tell she loves dogs and she took excellent care of my Remy! Knowing Remy was in good hands made it much less stressful to go on vacation. I loved getting pictures & updates and already booked her to watch Remy again. Thank you, Maria! :)”

“Ruth was wonderful, this was my first time using rover and having someone other than family watch Bentley. She sent updates which included pictures, leaving me feeling at ease. Bentley had a blast with all his new friends. Thank you Ruth!”

“Sean and Jill are great and Gwendolyn always looks forward to coming for a stay. I have a very tiny 4.5lb dog and very particular with whom I leave her with because of her size. I love the fact that they only take in small dogs as this tells me that they take the precautions needed to accommodate Gwendolyns size”

“Christine is AWESOME! We boarded our special needs, almost blind senior shih tzu with her last night and everything went great. Christine is responsive, easy to work with, super attentive to our little girl and clearly has a great deal of experience with all kinds of dogs. Our pup is a recent rescue who had been abandoned so she is quite anxious and has separation anxiety. We were worried about how things would go. Christine was fantastic with her and even had to wake her up this morning!!! We cant recommend Christine highly enough and have already booked her again for an extended stay when we have to go out of town this summer.”

“My dog, Atticus, age 2, had his first full day with Margaret a few days ago. He was very well taken care of including a couple of walks. He was happy to play fetch and take naps after walking. It was easy to tell by his face and composure that he had a great day...there was no visible stress when he returned home. Another dependable companion 'star' in his young life when I am not around! Many thanks, M :)”

About: Hi! My name is Douglas, Doug for short. Currently a proud papa to a golden lab named Sunny, and a grey longhair cat named Remy. My best friend is a pug/chihuahua mix named Taz. I also had an old man chihuahua named Finn, and I’ll forever miss him. I feel like I speak dog, I know how to tailor my personality to meet the needs of any dog. Cliche to say but I am better with animals than with people. I am responsible, gentle, caring, and a big rule follower. I have pretty open availability throughout the week so I have lots of time to hang out with your dogs! Let me know what you need and I should be able to make it work! I have experience with crate training my dog so I am comfortable playing with your dog in the house or yard, and switching them to their crate if needed.
“This was my first time with Laura & my first time boarding my dog at all & she was the perfect fit! All the updates, safety & enrichment I could’ve asked for, my dog even seemed disappointed to leave!”

“Araceli is an amazing pet sitter! Our little guy can be grumpy & challenging at times, but Araceli was so patient & caring with him! We are so thankful to have found someone who understands the quirks of small dogs!!”

“Nickimmy was great-totally recommend. She was super responsive when communicating about a nd treated Milo like he was her own family pet. My fiancé and I were very nervous to leave Milo with someone new to him, as we are anxious pet parents, but we both felt immediately comfortable leaving Milo in Nickimmy’s care. She provided frequent pictures and check ins, lots of walks and time outside, and she even comforted him when he woke up in the middle of the night howling bc he missed us! We will definitely leave Milo with Nickimmy again and can’t recommend her and her sweet family enough.”

“Kaitlin was outstanding caring for our 2 cats! She would share multiple adorable pictures each visit. As well as journaling our kitty activities. We were so fortunate to have Kaitlin care for our furry loves. She was so thorough we would rebook her in a minute!”

“Aly looked after my two cats while I was on a business trip for three days, and she did a very good job. She met with me in advance, and she kept the cats very comfortable while I was away. Upon my return, the cats were well cared for and happy. She was respectful of my home, and I recommend her services.”

About: I’ve loved all furry friends since before I can remember, getting my own puppy all the way back in 2009! I started pet sitting as a young teen for friends and family - regularly stopping by to check up on my fuzzy clients and ensure they got the best care possible (always keeping them safe, well hydrated, fed, played with, and exercised) while managing toys, any messes, and (of course) maintaining clear and consistent communication with pet parents. :) I’m a part-time student at an online university with lots of flexibility, so my availability is near-constant! Living in downtown Middletown has granted me considerable freedom when it comes to any commute - be that on foot, by bike, or by car. Safety, trust, and prevention are my top priorities to ensure a stress-free experience for you and your pet. When visiting or staying in your home, I strictly follow your feeding and medication schedules, practice a careful 'double-door' routine (whenever possible) to prevent bolting, and always check your yard gates before any outdoor play. On walks, I take a safety-first approach by staying vigilant, sticking to familiar safe routes, and avoiding greetings with unknown dogs. (If your pet is ever visiting me, rest assured my home is thoroughly pet-proofed, too!) I am a big believer in the power of a good Meet & Greet to make sure we're a great fit. I always keep local emergency vet info handy (along with my pet first aid kit) and will send you frequent photo updates so you can relax knowing your home is secure and your best friend is in great hands!

“Brittney is absolutely amazing! She has taken care of our 16 year old cat several times and is always so loving with our fur baby. She communicates everything so we know exactly how our cat is doing. When our cat got sick she gave her meds, sent us videos, and even offered to go pick up her medication. She always goes above and beyond to make sure our cat is happy, healthy, and loved!”
“Nikki was terrific with my kitties as I was out of town for 8 days. She delivers and additionally left my home in tip-top shape. My cats were very well taken care of and calm upon my return. I could not ask for more.”

“Brooke has taken wonderful care of our cat, Loki, and we couldn’t be happier with her service. She always provides detailed updates after each visit and sends great photos, which gives us peace of mind while we’re away. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about the pets she looks after and goes above and beyond to make sure they’re happy and well cared for. We highly recommend Brooke to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and attentive pet sitter!”

“It is commendable that Michelle was able to get my “feral” cat Madelyn out to sniff her hand!! And she relieved me from worry by caring for all my fur babies while I was gone over the holiday weekend including giving one of my cats his inhaler If anyone is looking for a pet sitter around East Hampton to drop in Michelle gets the job done. It was a perk to come home to a clean area as well.”

About: I’ve had cats since I was born and understand their energy and respect their boundaries. I have “cat-sat” overnight for the last 2 years on and off and they say their cats are more social when I leave.

“Julianne was phenomenal! She was fast to respond and very accommodating. I reached out a day before and she was able to come meet my kitten the next day! I was impressed with her response times and she was very professional. She was prompt, sent photos, and Maverick loved her! I will definitely use her again.”

About: “I’ve also owned and cared for cats for many years, up until I was 30, so I understand how to care for different personalities, routines, and needs. I’m comfortable with feeding schedules, litter box cleaning, playtime, medications if needed, and helping cats feel safe and comfortable in their environment.

About: My Name is Kat and I have had cats as pets my whole life, I have watched and taken care of my friends and families cats while they were away since I was a teenager. I am comfortable with all kinds of cats and understand their body language and when they are about to bite or need to be left alone. For cats that like to be left alone I can make sure they have food and water and check in on them so make sure they’re doing well, and for cats that are more friendly and love attention I will make sure they got lots of pets, snuggles and play time. My current cat loves attention but I have also had cats that only like certain people and understand that all cats are different. I want to make sure your cat is loved and cared for while you are away.
“Thank you again for taking good care of my kitty! Kelly is great she plays with my cat and pets her. It puts my mind at ease knowing my cat is getting more than just food while I am gone. She is getting attention and hopefully feeling more secure about me being away. I think my kitty really likes Kelly because the next day after I return she looks out the glass door a number of times meowing around the time of day Kelly comes. So I think she is looking for her! Kelly is great I recommend her!”

“Christine was fantastic! We have five cats that she watched for us on short notice while we were out of town over the weekend - two of the cats are special-needs and need medication, and two of the cats are fosters that required special handling. Christine did a great job handling the medication and special care of all of our cats, and she texted me photos and updates regularly!”

About: Hi, I’m Luz 🤍 I’m a proud dog mom to two fur babies: my sweet 4-year-old Cavapoo and my playful 1-year-old Toy Poodle. They are my world, and that love naturally extends to every dog I welcome into my home. I do things a little differently here. I keep my clientele small and intentional. Whether it’s a long afternoon walk, an evening stroll, or a cozy night in, I’m always present and available. I genuinely love being home with my babies, so boarding fits perfectly into my lifestyle. Your pup isn’t coming to a business, they’re coming to a home where someone is there, all day, every day. 🤍 The safety of every dog in my care is something I take seriously and never compromise on. “We’ve been looking for an alternative to commercial daycare because our dog used to come home completely exhausted. With Janelle, we picked him up happy and relaxed, and I know he’d been well cared for all day, which made such a difference! She was very communicative and friendly, and we’d happily book with her again.”

I typically know that if an animal is out of sight, then they must be getting into some thing so if I see that they don’t want to be near me, we go for a walk I’m always available for a pet or a cuddle in between my business calls. With the nearby trails, I am always out exploring with my animal friends

“Maria did exceptional with my baby Snoopy! I was really scared since he suffers from extreme anxiety (He’s a rescue dog). He did great with Maria. She kept me informed and would send me pictures. She was very caring, gentle and comforting. Snoopy did very well with transition. I will definitely rebook with Maria.”

About: Hi pet parents! My name is Natalie and I bring over 20 years of experience in pet care and wellness. For starters, I’m the proud owner of Mama and Me, an online bakery where I create healthy, organic treats for pets and their humans. Using my certification in animal nutrition, I focus on crafting snacks that bring joy to families while promoting the health and happiness of their furry companions. Additionally, I volunteer as an Animal Care Technician at a local animal shelter. I gained hands-on experience administering medications, collaborating with veterinarians on diet plans, cleaning kennels, and ensuring animals were comfortable and well cared for. I also am a rescue mama and have adopted 3 wonderful additions to our family - 2 dogs & cat🐾 (Kayot, Kiara & Blake) Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve been trusted to care for pets of all kinds—dogs, cats, birds, bunnies, and even fish in tanks of all sizes. From dog walking and grooming to cleaning habitats and issuing medications, I’ve always gone the extra mile to make sure every animal feels loved, comfortable, and healthy. In the future, I plan to pursue a master’s in Animal Science to deepen my expertise in pet health and nutrition. My ultimate goal is to work as a nutritionist for a pet food company, where I can combine my passion for animals with my commitment to helping them live long, healthy lives. I work from home every day & go to the gym about an hour a day. The rest of the time, I am home with the pack! My babies are crate and house trained and I own a car, which in case of emergencies, I could take the pet to its vet or owner in a timely manner.
“Josh was absolutely lovely!! He was able to get me in last minute, with great communication and response times. I got frequent pictures and updates, with my girl always happy and having fun. His dogs are so sweet and were very welcoming to me and my dog. I’m so happy I was able to meet him. I’ll definitely be booking again soon :)”

“Though new to Rover, Maritza was very good with our 15 yo Havanese Cisco for doggy daycare. There were two larger and younger dogs present as well. She’s working from home now, so she can take the dogs on frequent walks. She will soon have a large fenced in yard…even better! I will definitely use Maritza again, for overnights too.”

“Jenna was great with our anxious and jumpy pup. She took him on walks, spent good time outdoors, sent regular updates, and had a great, calming demeanor with him. She was very flexible even when we came to her last minute. Definitely recommend!”

“We’re so happy we found Dyan. We contacted her on short notice for a work trip to NYC, and she was incredibly responsive and kind. She took the time to ask about Rocky’s habits and routine, which made us feel confident he would be well cared for. Throughout the day, she sent updates and adorable photos. Rocky looked so happy and relaxed (seriously, he was smiling). It was clear he felt comfortable in her home and was getting lots of love and attention. We’d absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, thoughtful sitter. Thanks again Dyan!”

She was prompt with her responses while booking, and Opal loved her immediately when they met. She gave my dog lots of love & good exercise, and it's clear she really loves dogs & cares a lot about them.”

About: Boarding for turtles only 🐢 Turtle boarding is available due to their contained habitat and can be booked under “cat”. It’s limited and offered on a case-by-case basis to ensure proper care. I’ve grown up with both cats and dogs, and caring for animals has always been a huge part of my life. I have two dogs of my own, a yellow 8 year old lab named Odin and Ari, my sassy 4 year old husky shepherd. I’ve also fostered an 8 month old husky named Nala, so I’m comfortable with different personalities, energy levels, and needs. I’m familiar with medication administration, special needs, and senior care, and I genuinely love creating a calm, safe space for your pet to feel seen, comfortable, and cared for. I’m comfortable dispensing oral medications and injections, and I previously worked as a pharmacy technician for eight years, where I prepared IV drips and administered vaccines. Rabbit Care 🐇 In addition to dogs and cats, I also offer care for rabbits and understand the importance of gentle handling, consistent routines, and a calm environment. I’m also available for emergency drop ins during the week on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday evenings, and anytime on the weekend. Since I already balance caring for my own dogs with work and school, welcoming your pet into that rhythm is something I’m very comfortable with. I don’t offer pet boarding with the exception of turtles, but I’m always happy to care for your pets in their own home where they’re most comfortable. I stick to your routine and treat your space with the same respect as my own. I’m mindful about feeding, medications, and safety, and check in with updates so you’re never left wondering how things are going.
About: I volunteered at a vet clinic for a summer when i was 13. Ive been a dog groomer for 2 years as well! So ive worked with all size dogs with different needs and temperaments! I also had an ESA husky in college that lived on campus with me. As she got older she had specific needs. (medication everyday, prescription food, i had to help her up and down stairs, help her on walks and hold her up to use the bathroom, among plenty of other needs) She helped me become who i am now. Each pet that is in my care, is taken care of and protected like my own. My husky Nala is the reason I got into working with animals. Before her, my entire life I loved them. I can work with any temperament. I have a very unique but also flexible schedule!! The days that are shown available are days I can 95% of the time always do! Days shown unavailable (if needed by a good customer) i can work it into my schedule privately via message/text. these days i also go to the gym so there is gap period im unable to but it changes per day. Im always willing to talk about availability and scheduling! I will always do my best for accommodating times Creating a welcoming personality for any dog needed when entering their home/territory! Every dog is different and needs a different approach. Details are the most important to make sure your fur baby is comfortable.

“While my partner and I were traveling, we hired Josh to walk our dog while she stayed at my in-laws house. He made a great impression on them, on us, and most importantly, our dog, Willow! She couldn't wait for her daily walk with Josh. Even during a heat wave, he made sure our girl was exercised and stimulated. He dutifully sent us sweet pics of her after each walk that truly made our day. We looked forward to his updates and he really delivered! My in-laws were so impressed with him and said he was an absolute pro - we couldn't agree more. I highly recommend Josh if you are looking for a reliable and experienced dog sitter or walker. He was extremely flexible to our needs. You really couldn't do better than Josh!”

“Great job. My other half had a last minute trip that I couldn't plan work around so I wasn't able to meet up with Aileen beforehand, which isn't optimal, and had contacted her to walk Simon during my long day shifts. I was happy Simon was taking care of and she did a good job of checking in. Really thankful to have found a good option for the situation.”

“I found Michelle at the last minute and she responded within 10 minutes. She was able to accommodate a meet and greet and 2 dog walks for my little guys all in 3 days. She did great walking them and paying them lots of attention. Thanks Michelle!!!!!”

About: I have grown up around animals and have had both dogs and cats my whole life, as well as various types of small animals. I spent the last year working as an attendant at a Dog Daycare and Boarding center where I learned a lot more about caring for dogs in addition to my previous dog sitting experience. I have experience working with and handling dogs of all sizes and energy levels, specifically large dogs with lots of energy. I have a lot of patience for dogs who get anxious while their families are away and can help them feel as comfortable as possible. I rode horses for 10 years and For several years I worked leading pony rides and handling farm animals for a traveling petting zoo which has given me a well rounded understanding for taking care of animals in general. I am a college graduate and in college I would often take care of my friend’s animals when they were in class or away. At the moment I only have a cat and would love to get to spend more time with dogs again. I work in theatre as a prop and paint artist and a lot of jobs in the field are for a couple weeks at a time and are not always the most consistent. I have full availability on the weekends and have a very flexible schedule during the week, specifically in the morning and evenings but also can likely do mid day. I have helped my sister train her dog and can help continue any training and/or rules you have for your dog while walking and taking care of them. I can keep a close eye on them if they are likely to get into trouble or things they’re not supposed to. I will give your pets lot of love and attention while you’re away. I can also play with your dogs and help get their energy out during the day. My dog is very playful and I often have to run around with him in the yard and play with him in the house to help him calm down.
“Cole has been walking our goldendoodle for a close to 3 weeks now, and has been a tremendous help with giving our puppy the exercise he needs. Our pup is always so excited to greet him!”

“Brittany is INCREDIBLE! I have a very energetic, high strung, unneutered shepherd who is not the easiest dog to find a walker for. He absolutely loves Brittany and she goes above and beyond for him constantly. She is experienced with shepherds, reactive dogs, and high energy breeds and I feel very comfortable having her care for my dog. She always goes the extra mile by giving him fresh water, working on training with him to support what I’m working on with him, and is firm but loving with him. She handles him so well and he absolutely adores her. I can’t recommend her enough! Brittany has been walking my dog for months, is consistently reliable, has great availability, and excellent communication. She is so trustworthy and a pleasure to work with!”

I have experience with crate training my dog so I am comfortable playing with your dog in the house or yard, and switching them to their crate if needed.
“Christine has walked my new rescue twice now & has been great with updating me on how she was doing. I was nervous being a first time dog owner, allowing someone else to walk her & Christine put me at ease.”

“Briona is fantastic! She has been a huge help with walking my dog Charlie. She is genuine, reliable, and communicates well. It's comforting to know Charlie is in great hands during his daily walks.”

“Ruth was wonderful, this was my first time using rover and having someone other than family watch Bentley. She sent updates which included pictures, leaving me feeling at ease. Bentley had a blast with all his new friends. Thank you Ruth!”

“This was my first time with Laura & my first time boarding my dog at all & she was the perfect fit! All the updates, safety & enrichment I could’ve asked for, my dog even seemed disappointed to leave!”

“Second time buddy stayed with Brittany and her family and he had a good time. He didn’t come home clingy or anxious. Brittany kept me updated with lovely glamour shot of Buddy throughout the stay. Would recommend her without any reservations.”

“Lennox came home happy and exhausted. A good sign she had a great time with Wendy and her new friends! I appreciated how quick Wendy was to respond and the great care she gave our pup!”

“We are so grateful for the amazing care you gave our dog! From the very beginning, Careen were kind, reliable, and attentive to every detail. It gave us great peace of mind knowing our dog was in such loving hands. We could tell our dog was happy, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the stay. Thank you for treating our pet like family — we highly recommend your dog care service to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and compassionate!”

“Terrific communicator, very flexible and accommodating to our schedule and needs. Mark picked up and dropped off our dogs with short notice which was super helpful because we were on a tight and unpredictable schedule. He and his family were so warm and took great care of our dogs who were returned energized and happy. Will definitely work with Mark again! A+++”

“Ethan was able to take Zoey on short notice, which we really appreciated. We had never used a dog sitter before, but Ethan put us at ease. Zoey fit in with their Lola and cuddled right up to everyone. Ethan sent pictures almost daily. We think Zoey had fun. We will definitely use Ethan again and highly recommend him. Thanks Ethan!”

“Carolina was so accommodating and understanding. I could tell my puppy enjoyed being around her and her family. She gave his his meds as she was asked to and kept him on my same routine. Would definitely book her again.”

“My dog has bad separation anxiety so it’s very hard for me to leave her with anyone, let alone someone new! Janelle was great! She sent me daily updates and pictures and made phoebe feel loved. Soon after I left her there, my worries went away. I will definitely leave her with Janelle again!”

“Kathryn and Jeremy took excellent care of our dog Max while we were away for a week. From our first meeting with them, it was clear that they had experience taking care of dogs and were very understanding and knowledgable about our dogs unique care needs. We felt so comfortable leaving Max with them and when we picked him up it was clear he LOVED his time there and can't wait to see them again! Thank you Kathryn and Jeremy for taking such great care of Max!”

“We had a wonderful experience with Kristen who watched out dog for 10 days. He got lots of love and went for walks and hikes. We appreciated all of the photos and updates! We know he will look forward to returning to his home away from home!”

“Josh and his pups are the best! At drop off, our dogs are relaxed and comfortable. They love his fenced yard and playing with his pups. Josh has great communication prior to and during our trip. We are so thankful we found him!”

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover with experience caring for dogs of different breeds and personalities. I previously owned a male Boxer, and I currently have a Boston Terrier, so I understand the importance of providing dogs with attention, exercise, structure, and lots of affection. I’m a very active person who enjoys hiking and long walks, and I love having dogs join me for outdoor time and exercise. I also live in a safe, walkable neighborhood that’s perfect for daily walks and fresh air. I treat every dog like family and always make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and loved while in my care. Whether your dog enjoys being active or just wants companionship and attention, I’ll make sure they have a happy and positive experience! I have the summer off work ( starting June 23) so my schedule is open for both dog walking and boarding both during the week and on weekends. I have availability on the weekends and afternoons in the Fall. Doggy daycare hours are 9am-3pm In my home…I have a wooded backyard and a quiet and safe neighborhood for walks. My dog is very friendly and would love to have a friend over.
“Zoe was absolutely amazing! This was my first time having my dog stay with non-family and I was very anxious but we did a meeting beforehand and she sent me daily updates. Truly could not be happier with our experience!!”

“Maja and her family were absolutely amazing. I was so anxious since this was my first time leaving my fur baby for so long and in someone else’s care, but she and her family truly made me feel that he was loved and well cared for while we were away. She sent plenty of updates, photos, and videos that brightened my day every time. I felt completely assured that he was having a blast with her kids and fitting in as if he were right at home. I can’t thank Maja and her family enough for taking such great care of him and will definitely keep them in mind for our next trip away from home.”

“Christle was wonderful with my 2 dogs! She kept them busy and happy during their stay. She sent pictures and updates throughout their stay and was always quick to respond. My dogs will be staying with her again in the future.”
