“I can’t recommend Maria enough! She provided exceptional and extremely compassionate care for our dog, Pluto, who boarded with Maria and her family for almost 3 weeks. I was very anxious about leaving Pluto with a stranger because he has some complicated health issues. However, before Pluto boarded with Maria and her family, she came to our place to meet us and discuss Pluto’s needs. She reassured us that she knew how to deal with seizures and could administer Pluto’s pills. Maria was great about reaching out when Pluto was experiencing stomach problems and was very responsive whenever I reached out for updates. She regularly sent us photos of Pluto enjoying his time with other dogs. The fact that Maria also has her own dogs and boards other dogs was a huge plus since Pluto is always with our family at home or at doggy daycare, so he hates being alone. In addition to being highly experienced in pet care, Maria is also extremely compassionate. I always felt that Pluto was in the best hands possible. Maria made a very difficult situation for my family easier since we knew he was getting the best care possible. Thank you so much, Maria! About: I've lived with and taken care of dogs since I was 11 years old. Starting off in apartments where they needed to be walked. I've had my own dogs for the past 16 years. From puppies to seniors on daily medications, I've taken care of it all with my own doggos. We recently lost our doggy siblings, Tegan and Sara in May and July 2022 at 15.5 years old. We currently have a 6 month old rescue named Oswald. I love all dogs! I do not breed discriminate! I live on 3/4 of an acre with a 5' chain link fence surrounding the back yard. I also work from home, so I'm always here. With your permission, I may even take your pups on adventures while in my care! We do have a cat, but she owns the 2nd floor of our house (2 spare bedrooms), so it will not affect your pups stay as we will stay on the first floor. I work from home 9-5:30 M-F. Your baby will get to go out whenever needed in my fenced yard and I will give them love in small breaks during my own work day. They will not spend their days in a crate as I am here to keep an eye on them. I have a fenced yard. I do have a very dog and person friendly pup of my own who will be happy to play with your pup, too, as his favorite place is the dog park. We have few stairs that need to be climbed, 1-3 off our deck (we have a few entrances on the deck) that can be adjusted by closing deck doors as needed for seniors.

Laura and her family turned out to be the perfect people and place. With a beautiful, safe home out in the country, a deck and fenced in yard where he could play, a open-plan house where he was visible at all times, Laura’s place was perfect. And the bonus: three little girls who adored him and lavished attention upon him, much to his delight. Laura, herself, was wonderful, caring, professional, delightful. She took him on long walks which he loved, texted me photos and updates on this progress during the stay, saw to his every need and even made some recommendations to me as to feeding bowls which might slow his eating down (he snarfs up his food in seconds!). I was afraid he wouldn’t want to come home. But I think he knows he can go back and stay in this home away from home which he will definitely be doing the next time I need to go away without him. I can’t tell you the peace of mind that all this brought me, knowing that he was happy and being well-cared-for and loved.”

“Tyler was great! It was our first time hiring a sitter for our girls and using Rover. Tyler was excellent with communication, and even came to our home twice before our first trip to confirm all of the instructions. Everyday he showed up when he was supposed to and gave a detailed report of how each visit went. He was extremely careful when entering and leaving our home as he was made aware that one of our cats was an escape artist. About: I have always loved dogs. I have one dog at the moment and dog sitting fulfills my need for a second dog. I recently lost my first dog, Peekaboo the Cockapoo, and have been heart broken ever since. I do have an amazing dog Moose (3y/o 40# all American brown dog mix) and I don’t want her to ever feel lonely so hosting dogs or going to walk other dogs has been a great way for her to get personalized one on one attention! I love my dogs so much they bring me so much joy we love to take walks around my beautiful neighborhood 3 to 4 times a day we have space to play and beds to lay on and take naps in the sun, we look forward to getting the chance to meet you all soon ! About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and truly understand how much pets are family. I currently own both a dog and cat and have experience helping foster dogs of all ages and temperaments. About: My first experience was 5 y.o when I was selected to help train Fidelco search and rescue dogs. From then on, my whole life has been surrounded by animals of all sorts. From going to UCONN for large animal science, to always being the designated pet sitter for friends and family, to now- still doing that, running my own hypoallergenic cattery & working a couple horse barns! I bring years of experience with all sizes, ages, behavioral issues, illnesses and providing medications. Safety is my #1, with an obvious close 2nd, their happiness! I currently work part time at 2 barns, a few days a week, and no longer than 4 hours a day. I also run a cattery at my home, so squeezing in a quick walk or even accepting a night over, on short notice, isn't usually an issue for me! I currently do not offer for other animals to stay at my house, due to having my cattery and my elderly dog, but I'm more than happy to stay at yours and care for your fur-baby!

Inside, pets are welcome to get comfortable and are allowed on the furniture unless you prefer otherwise. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I’m respectful of both your pet’s routine and your space. I’ll follow all instructions closely, make sure doors and entrances are secure, keep dogs leashed during walks, and give you updates so you know how your pet is doing. About: Hi all! My name is Madison and I have many years of experience taking care of dogs and cats. I grew up with dog loving parents and we had two dogs I grew up with. They both crossed the rainbow bridge and it took years for us to recover. After 6 years without a dog, my mom adopted a German Shepherd who I often dog sit when my mom is away. I currently have my own 10 month old Corgi who is full of energy and two sweet cats. On my free time I also volunteer for Protectors of Animals and do the walking shift with the dogs in the shelter. About: I have had dogs for my whole life, and I currently have one of my own, so I have plenty experience caring for everyone's favorite friends, doing every day tasks, such as feeding and walking, but also administering medication and supplements if needed. I am currently attending graduate school with classes in the afternoon, but I am available Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings/early afternoons and the entire weekend. About: I've lived with and taken care of dogs since I was 11 years old. Starting off in apartments where they needed to be walked. I've had my own dogs for the past 16 years. From puppies to seniors on daily medications, I've taken care of it all with my own doggos. We recently lost our doggy siblings, Tegan and Sara in May and July 2022 at 15.5 years old. We currently have a 6 month old rescue named Oswald. I love all dogs! I do not breed discriminate! I live on 3/4 of an acre with a 5' chain link fence surrounding the back yard. I also work from home, so I'm always here. With your permission, I may even take your pups on adventures while in my care! We do have a cat, but she owns the 2nd floor of our house (2 spare bedrooms), so it will not affect your pups stay as we will stay on the first floor. I work from home 9-5:30 M-F. Your baby will get to go out whenever needed in my fenced yard and I will give them love in small breaks during my own work day. They will not spend their days in a crate as I am here to keep an eye on them. I have a fenced yard. I do have a very dog and person friendly pup of my own who will be happy to play with your pup, too, as his favorite place is the dog park. We have few stairs that need to be climbed, 1-3 off our deck (we have a few entrances on the deck) that can be adjusted by closing deck doors as needed for seniors.
