“Samantha went above and beyond for our boys! We were visiting family in TN for the holidays. One of our boys came down with sudden and severe Lyme symptoms while we were gone. Samantha spent many hours with him in urgent care on New Year’s Eve. She even bought the workers there pizza! She was great at caring for him and giving him meds after. Her fenced-in yard and house arrangement are perfect for our boys. She sent daily pictures and videos of our pups playing with her dog Mac and snuggling with her family. About: My children and I absolutely love dogs, especially my 8 year old son. I work in the school system so we have the whole summer off to enjoy taking care of your pets! I live seconds from a walking trail so your pup can get plenty of exercise, love, and snuggles! I am available all summer long while school is out. July 1 through the end of August. I spend a few weeks teaching summer school- on those days I am home by 1 pm. Your pet will be safely cared for in my two bedroom apartment- with lots of snuggles, nature walks, and toys. I’m currently a stay at home mom and I go to school online but outside of that I love taking care of my fur babies and other fur babies as well and have free time and availability to do so! My routine consists of starting the day at 7/8am and taking pup for walks, swimming, the dog park etc. and if you choose me for your pet sitter your baby (unless different needs must be met) will accompany us for a fun-filled day!🥰 I can do all day sits or overnight stays at your home. Whatever makes you and your precious fur baby happy.:) Note: I do have a 3.5 year old who usually accompanies me with my regular clients. If you choose me as your sitter this is good to note because I will only be able to be solo on some weekends. She has been around multiple different types of animals big and small since she was born. She is good with being gentle and knowing her boundaries but I recognize she’s still young so I can assure you constant supervision will be had for the safety of your fur baby and my baby. About: Hello! I’ve been professionally caring for animals since I was 12 years old and got my first dog sitting gig. Over the years, my family has had every kind of pet: horses, sheep, dogs, cats, birds, iguanas even! I find great joy in showing the animals I work with lots of love and guidance. I’ve trained my own and others' horses, dogs and cats over the years and it’s just the most rewarding experience. I work part time and mostly from home which allows me to be available all day to care for pets. I’m a big fan of a consistent routine with animals rotating stimulation (exercise, play, training or enrichment) meals, rest and balancing the three. I care for pets on my property which is almost entirely fenced in. I have professional kennels in a mixed use building with a residential portion attached. So I have the luxury of providing secure and roomy kennels with the addition of our cozy home area. I can take most types of pets and I’m especially suited to care for animals that do not do well in large boarding facilities, don’t do well with other pets or just want a more personalized, quiet boarding experience. I don’t believe it is always necessary to socialize dogs with dogs and right now that’s not something I do (unless they are boarding from the same owners). I focus on routine, a bit of training and connection with humans! I have a fenced in run where dogs can be off leash for playing, enrichment etc. I designed our kennels myself and had them custom built. Each stall is separated by concrete walls to provide a private and safe space. I chose mental fencing for the top of the partition and the door. I chose this instead of the plastic, glass or solid door options because it provides optimal airflow and allows them to see out. I also have private suites separate from that area.

About: I’ve volunteered at Dakin so my expertise is felines. I have rehabilitated, fostered, trained, and socialized any type of cat or kitten. Believe me, they’re just like dogs. My partner and I are both on-call medical professionals so one of us is always home during the week days. I’m at home during the weekends studying for school. Our time is very flexible! It’s best to keep pets separated until a day or two if they come into my home and then there’s a meet and greet. Otherwise, a meet and greet is essentially a day before before entering into their domain.

About: I decided to try letting a husky pull me on roller blades 27 years ago, and a bond was created that I am convinced was the greatest thing ever. I became an aspiring writer and began researching dogs, playing with them and loving them all the same. I understood that some people just had that dog thing, but I wanted to know why. Still working on my writing, and still researching, I started roller blading around Webster lake with a rescue puppy this past year. I remembered the incredible joys that a dog would have discovering the freedom, and it's really incredible. I don't claim to be a dog whisperer, but I have learned from studying dog behaviors and personalities. Honey has been incredible this season. Some dogs would rather just sniff, and it's arguably the most incredible of dog traits. Sometimes finding the space to run can be a challenge, but even just on a walk, it's all about giving them the chance to choose when you can. I have been an educator as a substitute and a paraprofessional, and enjoyed 20 years with a number of schools and institutions. Coaching tennis, track, and rock climbing, I love giving new experiences. As director for an adventure camp or as recreation games coordinator, I was able to incorporate a team into all the fun. Relying on the service industry for work, I have developed my communication skills in many fields. 3 years working for the May Institute with adults with severe disabilities gained me a humility not found elsewhere. In the Healthcare industry I found incredible individuals who just fit their calling, and you were better for being around them. The last 2 years I have traveled the state as a licensed pest technician solving homeowner problems, and keeping people safe. I enjoyed being a source of information, and health, and was careful to appreciate coming into someone's home and life. I'm currently planning on returning to school to attain my message therapy certification and utilize my background in health. It's a good plan with modification, and I am hopeful that Amazon flexibility will help. I'm the kind of person who starts with a smile, and believes that kindness is always an option. I understand that taking care of your animals and home is a sacred thing, and I will remain transparent and available. I’m a fun, energetic 22-year-old animal lover who has grown up around dogs my entire life and now has a 1-year-old cat who is truly my best friend 🐾 I have hands-on experience caring for dogs of all sizes and personalities—walks, feeding, playtime, and lots of love. Being a pet owner myself, I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your animals, and I treat every pet like they’re my own. Whether it’s an active pup or a cuddly cat, your pet will get plenty of attention, patience, and care with me Pet care fits seamlessly into my daily routine. I’m already used to structuring my day around feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and check-ins because I care for my own 1-year-old cat every day. I’m home often and plan my schedule to make sure pets get consistent attention, exercise, and companionship rather than quick drop-ins. Caring for animals is already part of my lifestyle, not something I squeeze in. I ensure that they are always well fed, looked after, and cared for to the best of my abilities. I love making sure that my pets are having fun and are safe.
About: I’ve always had dogs in my life since I was a baby, mostly large dogs so I know how to handle them and care for them. I’m able to administer medication if necessary, and I’m patient and attentive, so I can make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable and loved while you’re away. I understand each pet has their own personality and routine, so I always follow owners instructions carefully to minimize stress and keep things consistent. I currently work full time as a bartender, so my mornings and early afternoons are totally open for any care. Nights are a little harder as I get out pretty late. I have 3 cats of my own, I have to administer medication to one of them twice a day, and monitor his litter box use as he has chronic urinary blockages. I am able to feed, clean litter, walk and play with clients pets.
About: I grew up with multiple dogs at home and have watched many family pets. I have experience with some exotic animals and am willing to care for them as well. I have a very flexible schedule, I will be able to care for pets of all ages and sizes, with few or with many needs. I will follow instructions left for your beloved pets, will leash and crate them as need. I am ready for long walks and relaxing for all energy needs. I am not able to bring pets into my home, but will happily visit or stay at your pets home to fulfill any needs.
About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and previously volunteered at an animal shelter where I cared for dogs. I have experience dog sitting for various people over the years and can also administer medication. I’m currently working full time with weekends and holidays off. I arrive back home around 5pm. Anytime I’m not at work, I’m available to provide care! I have stayed at clients houses before to dog sit. I’m comfortable following all directions and am able to meet all reasonable accommodations to include playtime, picking up poop, and crating them.

“Samantha went above and beyond for our boys! We were visiting family in TN for the holidays. One of our boys came down with sudden and severe Lyme symptoms while we were gone. Samantha spent many hours with him in urgent care on New Year’s Eve. She even bought the workers there pizza! She was great at caring for him and giving him meds after. Her fenced-in yard and house arrangement are perfect for our boys. She sent daily pictures and videos of our pups playing with her dog Mac and snuggling with her family. We will definitely be using her again. In fact, if she’s not available, we might reschedule our vacation to a time she is!”
About: My children and I absolutely love dogs, especially my 8 year old son. I work in the school system so we have the whole summer off to enjoy taking care of your pets! I live seconds from a walking trail so your pup can get plenty of exercise, love, and snuggles! I am available all summer long while school is out. July 1 through the end of August. I spend a few weeks teaching summer school- on those days I am home by 1 pm. Your pet will be safely cared for in my two bedroom apartment- with lots of snuggles, nature walks, and toys. I understand different dogs have different needs and I will cater to each pup as needed.
