Chris met with us and our pup a couple times very close to the date of the trip a to make sure our dog was comfortable in the new environment with new person. Once it seemed like he was, we talked through our dogs reactivity with Chris who was very attentive and understanding. He even went out of his way to let his neighbor (who has a dog) know he’d have a reactive pup there which was very thoughtful. During the trip, Chris gave us great updates and we felt good knowing he was in good hands. If we need a sitter again for any period of time, Chris will definitely be top of mind. Thanks Chris!”

About: I have five years of hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats. My experience began when I fostered a mother cat and her six very young kittens. Several had respiratory infections, so I carefully administered their prescribed medication and monitored their care. I found loving homes for four of the kittens and adopted the other two. About: I got my first cat when I was 5, and he lived to be 14 (In the photos with me!), when he got older (10) he had periodontal disease resulting in teeth removal and required medicine daily, specific food and teeth care routine for many years, so I am well equipped with senior cats & cats who need frequent medicine/special care. “Cherie is truly a dog lover! Our little old Yorkie warmed up to her almost immediately. I was impressed at how Cherie slowly introduced Baxter to her sweet labs. Unfortunately, Baxter has separation anxiety which resulted in more than one episode of diarrhea during his stay. Cherie let me know but didn't complain, which I appreciated because I felt terrible about it! I will definitely call Cherie again and promise to give Baxter a little crumb of imodium before leaving him with her, something I genuinely wish I'd done before dropping him off this time!”

About: Hello! I grew up on 5 acres of land, with experience in just about every hooved or pawed furry friend. I also volunteered at a Humane Society for a number of years training and fostering dogs, so I am familiar with working with any little quirks or needs your friend may have. About: I have a multifaceted knowledge of dogs and cats of many breeds. My first job was as a receptionist at a veterinary clinic, and I have had many pets in my family over the years. Including a massive German Rottweiler, two tiny sphinx cats, and two bulldogs (that doesn't include the guinea pigs or bunnies). I have a well rounded knowledge of needs and medical necessities of different breeds. I have fed, bathed, walked and played with animals all my life, it’s like second nature. I live with several animals at home I feed, play, walk, bath and love on animals every day and have for the last 17 years. I am used to all different breeds of dogs/cats. In a clients home I am very flexible when it comes the to the individual needs of the pet and the parent. My daycare/dog hike times are; pickup between 8-9am and half day drop off between 12-1pm ($60), full day drop off between 3-4pm ($120). These times are a bit flexible, talk to me about working outside these guidelines! I have loved dogs and animals in general since I was a boy. I have worked as a professional dog caregiver for the last 15 years. My clients have always relied on my love of their dogs, consistency of care, and my flexibility with their schedules. I will take your dog on half or full day adventures in the great outdoors! I have been petting sitting for friends and neighbors for as long as I can remember, but have also been on the Rover app for a little over 6 years. I have loved getting to spend time with all of my clients pets and am excited to meet yours! It is my goal to cater to your pets needs when you are not there, so I make sure they are as comfortable as possible. I love going for runs, walks, and playing fetch. I can assure you that 100% of my attention and focus will be on your pet when they are in my care. I currently work Thursday and Friday from 6:00-2:30, but I am very flexible and will work with whatever schedule you give me! My boyfriend works from home so he will always be available if needed. About: I have been taking care of a large variety of dogs for 20 years. From eight weeks old to 16 years old, from pugs to chows and pitbulls to 140 pound malamutes I have cared for them all. I can come by to walk and feed your best friends once a day or stay and cook them meals as per your request. Making sure you're needs are met so you are comfortable is my top priority. About: I have had dogs ever since I could remember as a kid. I have experience sitting for small, big, old, young, and medically complex animals, also including cats and reptiles. I have administered medications/observed certain pets as well that needed a little extra attention. I really enjoy engaging your pets in the routines you have set for them and being silly with them to bring them out of their shells. I miss having my own dogs who have sadly passed from childhood and would love to spend time with them! I currently work early mornings, but can switch that around, Friday-Wednesday, usually off by 3pm. I would be able to house sit any of these days and do walks any morning and afternoon! “We weren’t able to book our normal sitter for our dog reactive pup and thought we’d have to miss a family trip until we met with Chris. Chris met with us and our pup a couple times very close to the date of the trip a to make sure our dog was comfortable in the new environment with new person. Once it seemed like he was, we talked through our dogs reactivity with Chris who was very attentive and understanding. He even went out of his way to let his neighbor (who has a dog) know he’d have a reactive pup there which was very thoughtful.
