About: Hi! I’m Stuss — a firefighter/paramedic and lifelong dog person based near Keystone/Dillon. Outside of work I volunteer at the Frisco Animal Shelter and with Summit Lost Pet Rescue, so I’m comfortable with a wide range of dogs: puppies, seniors, shy dogs, reactive dogs etc. I’ve also owned two dogs through their whole lives, so I understand how much trust it takes to leave your best friend with someone else. My setup is simple: I only take one dog at a time (or two from the same household). That means your dog gets my full attention, a calm environment, and care that’s tailored to their routine — not a busy “pack” situation. I donate 20% of my earnings on Rover to the local animal shelter/rescue work I support. My work schedule is 48 hour shifts, and then I have a block of 4 days off. Some of those days I go on adventures, and some of those days I chill around the house. Those "rest days" are when I open my calendar up for dog sitting, so, your dog(s) will have my company all day while I'm at home doing chores, relaxing, and getting outside. I love to hike year round and I will take your dog with me, if they're up for it. I always match the day to your dog. Energetic dogs can join for longer walks/hikes, and seniors can take it slow with short strolls and extra couch time. I live in a ground-floor condo at the end of a quiet street with trails and open space nearby. With your permission, I also drive a few minutes to local trailheads for variety, and I kind of specialize in knowing quiet places to hike without the crowds. I live alone in a quiet, uncluttered home — great for dogs who do best in a calm space. Dogs are welcome on the couch and bed (unless you prefer otherwise). I stick closely to your dog’s normal routine: meals, meds, potty schedule, exercise, and any special instructions.

About: I have grown up with dogs since I was a kid including two golden retreievers! I have been living in the mountains since 2015 and I have been lucky enough to live with roommates that have had dogs and a few cats! I have taken care of pets all the way from a husky puppy to an older dog who needed special care including giving meds everyday! Minnie can be anxious when away from home but was much calmer than usual when we picked her up. When Minnie needed space from Emma’s playful dogs, Emma gave Minnie her own space in the house. About: I have been taking care of a large variety of dogs for 20 years. From eight weeks old to 16 years old, from pugs to chows and pitbulls to 140 pound malamutes I have cared for them all. I can come by to walk and feed your best friends once a day or stay and cook them meals as per your request. I want to make sure you and your loved ones are as comfortable as possible while you are away. I do freelance work so I have pretty open availability. Making sure you're needs are met so you are comfortable is my top priority. If for some reason I can't meet all of your needs I will tell you before committing to something that doesn't fit my schedule or abilities. I am here for you. How I care for your pets and home is mostly dependent on your requests. I give medicine, food and exercise as requested. I can simply fill a food bowl, measure servings and even cook protein and veggies for your dogs if that is what you want. I am happy to keep you updated or send you pictures if you'd like. Walks are as far/long/plentiful as requested. I want to provide you with the comfort of knowing someone is there to care for your loved one as you would while you are away.
About: I have had dogs ever since I could remember as a kid. I have experience sitting for small, big, old, young, and medically complex animals, also including cats and reptiles. I have administered medications/observed certain pets as well that needed a little extra attention. I really enjoy engaging your pets in the routines you have set for them and being silly with them to bring them out of their shells. I miss having my own dogs who have sadly passed from childhood and would love to spend time with them! I currently work early mornings, but can switch that around, Friday-Wednesday, usually off by 3pm. I would be able to house sit any of these days and do walks any morning and afternoon! I ensure I understand expectations from every owner on their routines and desires. I ensure I keep the place clean and give the animals the space, as well as attention, they need! I try my best to mimick what their usual routine is so when the owners get back, the transition is smooth and less anxiety stricken for both parties.

We currently have 1 dog - a medium-sized, mild-mannered mixed breed named Baxter. Since we both work from home and are now empty nesters with a quiet house, we'd love to help you with dog care when you need to go out of town. We both have had dogs all of our lives, ranging from small dogs to labs, huskies, and shepherd mixes. We have taken care of dogs for friends and family on a regular basis. We take Baxter out for a walk in the morning and a walk in the evening so your pup(s) will get plenty of exercise with us if they'd like to. We don't have a fenced yard but will keep the dogs on leashes. We'll only book 1 family's dog or dogs at a time so it won't be too chaotic. About: Hi! I’m Stuss — a firefighter/paramedic and lifelong dog person based near Keystone/Dillon. Outside of work I volunteer at the Frisco Animal Shelter and with Summit Lost Pet Rescue, so I’m comfortable with a wide range of dogs: puppies, seniors, shy dogs, reactive dogs etc. I’ve also owned two dogs through their whole lives, so I understand how much trust it takes to leave your best friend with someone else. My setup is simple: I only take one dog at a time (or two from the same household). That means your dog gets my full attention, a calm environment, and care that’s tailored to their routine — not a busy “pack” situation. I donate 20% of my earnings on Rover to the local animal shelter/rescue work I support. My work schedule is 48 hour shifts, and then I have a block of 4 days off. Some of those days I go on adventures, and some of those days I chill around the house. Those "rest days" are when I open my calendar up for dog sitting, so, your dog(s) will have my company all day while I'm at home doing chores, relaxing, and getting outside. I love to hike year round and I will take your dog with me, if they're up for it. I always match the day to your dog. Energetic dogs can join for longer walks/hikes, and seniors can take it slow with short strolls and extra couch time. I live in a ground-floor condo at the end of a quiet street with trails and open space nearby. With your permission, I also drive a few minutes to local trailheads for variety, and I kind of specialize in knowing quiet places to hike without the crowds. I live alone in a quiet, uncluttered home — great for dogs who do best in a calm space. Dogs are welcome on the couch and bed (unless you prefer otherwise). I stick closely to your dog’s normal routine: meals, meds, potty schedule, exercise, and any special instructions.
