“We weren’t able to book our normal sitter for our dog reactive pup and thought we’d have to miss a family trip until we met with Chris. Chris met with us and our pup a couple times very close to the date of the trip a to make sure our dog was comfortable in the new environment with new person. Once it seemed like he was, we talked through our dogs reactivity with Chris who was very attentive and understanding. He even went out of his way to let his neighbor (who has a dog) know he’d have a reactive pup there which was very thoughtful. During the trip, Chris gave us great updates and we felt good knowing he was in good hands. If we need a sitter again for any period of time, Chris will definitely be top of mind. Thanks Chris!”

Several had respiratory infections, so I carefully administered their prescribed medication and monitored their care. I found loving homes for four of the kittens and adopted the other two. About: I've been an animal lover my entire life. Ever since I was a little girl I would bring home injured or stray animals to care for. I've raised an assortment of pets from parakeets, cats, fish, bunnies, chickens, ducks, and many dogs. Our dogs are like our children to us. It's our goal to provide the very best life we could possibly give them with lots of love, structure, exercise, a good healthy diet, and medical attention when required. Any animal that comes in our presence will experience the same treatment. I work full-time remotely. While we don't have a yard per se, we live in the mountains bumped up against BLM land with lots of hiking trails and areas to walk. Our dogs get exercised daily on the trails surrounding our home. With my at-home work schedule, I have the flexibility to take walks for my breaks and lunch hour and to get up and take care of things as needed through out the day. We get up early and go outside immediately so our dogs can relieve themselves then we go in and have breakfast. After breakfast, I start work while the dogs tend to relax on the bed behind me. I will take them out to potty again on my first break then on my lunch hour, we go for a walk through the forest behind the house. They get another potty break on my second break and then another short walk after I sign out of work for the day in the evening time. We free-feed our dogs but if we have other dogs in the house we will adjust the feeding and schedule to the visiting dog(s). We are normally in bed around 10 pm and our dogs are fully on our schedule for sleeping. If we need to step out for a bit, our dogs are good being left alone in the house but we do have a crate if needed for dogs that aren't good being left alone.

About: Hi there! All my life I have been an animal lover and for the last 8 years I have raised my own dog, and taken care of other dogs for families I used to babysit for. I can fit in any lifestyle your pet has, whether they are active or a stay-at-home. I can fit any accommodation as I work from home, love to exercise (so your dog would get plenty of it, if need be), and I'm incredibly flexible and will be normally free to help you more than not. At the same time, I raised my dog since she was a puppy so I do have experience with younger, more energetic dogs and overall I would simply love to help and treat your dogs like family. I grew up with many varieties of animals among the years and numerous cats and dogs. I have always been a huge animal lover and can't wait until I have the property and space to home more friends! Until then, I am eager to meet others' animals and help take care of them and give them lots of love! The very first thing I have always done at new people's houses with animals is greet all of the animals. I am a highly energetic individual with a strong eye that seeks to pay attention to the needs of other beings. I am looking forward to hearing from you and your pets I make my own scheduled so I am highly flexible and available for caring for your pets! I have two cats and a fish that I give lots of love and attention daily - and looking forward to caring more for other animals too! I do not have a home space in which I am capable of taking in others animals currently, but I take care of the pets at the owners home this same way! First thing when I get home is to greet my pets and give them attention and love. I play for a little and then check to see the water bowl is full (and for my cats that the food is also - I know dogs are on a schedule). With dogs, I would regularly schedule times to take them out for walks - and make sure I match them for however they wanna walk! (Slow, adventurous, running a little faster) I make sure that I have plenty of plastic bags and treats to take with on the walk. I do not like to leave dogs alone for more than 2-4 hours. I love interacting with animals and giving them lots of attention!
About: I have experience with dogs of all variety and sizes, from 10 pound Shih-Tzus to large Goldens and Labs! All ages are fine with me as well. I do not work in an office currently, so I have a lot of flexibility. I love to go on daily walks and spend time outside, so it would be a pleasure to have your dog join me! “We weren’t able to book our normal sitter for our dog reactive pup and thought we’d have to miss a family trip until we met with Chris. Chris met with us and our pup a couple times very close to the date of the trip a to make sure our dog was comfortable in the new environment with new person. Once it seemed like he was, we talked through our dogs reactivity with Chris who was very attentive and understanding. He even went out of his way to let his neighbor (who has a dog) know he’d have a reactive pup there which was very thoughtful. During the trip, Chris gave us great updates and we felt good knowing he was in good hands. If we need a sitter again for any period of time, Chris will definitely be top of mind. Thanks Chris!”

About: I have five years of hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats. My experience began when I fostered a mother cat and her six very young kittens. Several had respiratory infections, so I carefully administered their prescribed medication and monitored their care. I found loving homes for four of the kittens and adopted the other two. I later worked at a humane society and have also provided pet sitting for neighbors and family members. I raised my Doberman from 11 weeks old and have personally handled his basic training, exercise, enrichment, and daily routine. Having lived with pets throughout my life, I’m comfortable following detailed care instructions and giving every animal patient, attentive, and dependable care. Pet care is my primary professional focus, allowing me to offer dependable availability and give each booking my full attention. I provide walks, drop-ins, and limited boarding throughout the week. To ensure personalized care and a calm home environment, I board only one guest dog at a time, subject to availability and a successful meet-and-greet. I provide walks and drop-in care in my clients’ homes, as well as limited boarding in my own home. My home has a securely fenced one-acre yard with plenty of room for supervised exercise and play. I have a Doberman and three cats, with separate areas available so animals can have their own secure space when needed. I board only one guest dog at a time and require a meet-and-greet before confirming a stay. Introductions are handled gradually and supervised carefully, and pets are separated during meals and whenever supervision is not possible. Before every booking, I review each pet’s routine, temperament, feeding instructions, medical needs, emergency contacts, and behavioral considerations. Pet parents receive regular photos and updates throughout their pet’s stay or visit.
