“Lovenda watched my two-year-old mix breed dog Georgina for eight days. I felt confident leaving Georgie because Lovenda’s house was very clean with a fenced in backyard. Happily, Lovenda went above and beyond the excepted Rover duties to care for my pup. She took Georgie and her own dog Diesel swimming at the reservoir, hiking at Rye, and to play at the dog park. Diesel and Georgie became fast friends. Lovenda sent me regular updates with pictures and communicated promptly about pick up and drop off. About: Our family had dogs since I was a young boy; I've had many since then. I've also trained them. We also had fish, hamsters, birds, reptiles and lizards as pets. Some 15 years ago, one of my dogs went blind... I cared for him for 10 yrs after that until he passed away. He never left my side. A few years ago, I got another dog but she died of cancer last year. At the moment, I don't have a dog (she died) but I have 5 cats. I do rather well with both and my cats are quite used to dogs. I used to live on a ranch where we raised Arabians; I was responsible for feeding & caring as many as 18 horses. When I was younger, I rode often and played polo. My father passed 10 yrs ago and his wife sold our ranch. I am available to feed horses provided that I'm paid the time it takes to travel back and forth. I am available for cat/dog sitting & feeding. If you need dog boarding, please let me know if you pet gets along with cats. I work from home, so I am a home quite a bit. I also have a flexible schedule, and this can be accomodated to work around certain issues or conflicts. Please contact me with any questions, concerns, or comments. I have a large (unfenced) yard, but I am willing to take your pet on walks in my neighborhood, as needed. I live one block away from a park. I am home quite often, so your pet will rarely be left alone. I am available for drop-ins, visits, or even overnights.

About: I have had dogs since I was a kid and I couldn’t imagine life without them! I have helped family members, friends and neighbors care for their dogs over the years. I enjoy walking and playing with our dog and will include your sweet baby in our family walks and play! My backyard is safe and secure and has plenty of room for dogs to play and run! I have a doggie door and have found that dogs figure out how to use it with ease, if they don’t have one at their home. My grandchildren are here periodically and are also dog lovers! I’m currently working part time, 3 days per week, 4 hours per day. My dog and I walk about 3 miles, most days. About: I have been working with all different types of dogs my whole life. Ive owened Great Danes to Chihuahuas. Recently have been walking and sitting dogs for friends. Dogs have an energy that you don't get from working with any other animal or human. I have found working with dogs makes it more fun to "work". I currently am unable to own my own dog, but am very excited to be able to help other owners out. I also enjoy getting outside and being active. If your dog likes to jog, I don't have a problem doing so. Fetch or the dog parks are also fun alternatives, if I know owners are ok with it. I’m currently working overnight shift (9:45pm-6:15am)Sat-Wed, but have plenty of time during the day to take care of your pets needs. About: I have worked with pets for all of my adult life. I began working at an animal shelter in Kentucky and volunteering with several rescues at age 19. I have sense transitioned into a career in veterinary medicine. I have some training experience from previous jobs and have experience with many different breeds. I’m experienced with senior pet care as well as administering medication! I have recently found out I am pregnant so I am now home daily for pet care. Can provide frequent potty breaks for puppies or older pets. I also have a young dog of my own for playing. We have a small fenced yard, for larger or more high energy pets we do leash walk if okay with owner. I have lick mats and puzzle feeders for more high energy pets that I do not mind providing.

About: I've taken care of dogs, cats and other animals my entire life. I've worked at a few rescues and I feel like I can work with any pet. I have epilepsy and so I have had a very difficult time keeping any traditional job and so I have a lot of down time right now. I love animals. I remember when I was young, I wanted to be a zoo keeper and I spelled it "zoo kepper". Currently I have two dogs and one cat and they are my heart. My main concern in water. I want to make sure my dogs (or any dog) always has access to water. Everyone has specific ways of caring for their pets. About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life. I grew up on a family farm in the Midwest, we raised multiple breeds and 4H projects included dog training. I helped establish two dog training programs in two prisons in the Midwest. I served for a few years on the board of a nonprofit no kill shelter in the Midwest. I have two American Shelter Dogs that are well socialized and love going out on the trails. Both behaved well enough I am 100% comfortable off leash as long as trail rules allow. My boys are just part of life in the country. We live on 40 acres. I have 1.5 miles of walking trails. We go on regular walks at home for the week we don’t make it to the trails. I am self employed and try to maintain an available schedule. My home offers an open floor plan and the outdoors offers 40 acres with 1.5 miles of maintained walking trails. Outside time with your pup will be on leash until I am comfortable with our bond. Visits at your home will be an opportunity for play time in their own environment based on their likes and needs.

Happily, Lovenda went above and beyond the excepted Rover duties to care for my pup. She took Georgie and her own dog Diesel swimming at the reservoir, hiking at Rye, and to play at the dog park. Diesel and Georgie became fast friends. Lovenda sent me regular updates with pictures and communicated promptly about pick up and drop off. About: Our family had dogs since I was a young boy; I've had many since then. I've also trained them. We also had fish, hamsters, birds, reptiles and lizards as pets. Some 15 years ago, one of my dogs went blind... I cared for him for 10 yrs after that until he passed away. He never left my side. A few years ago, I got another dog but she died of cancer last year. At the moment, I don't have a dog (she died) but I have 5 cats. I do rather well with both and my cats are quite used to dogs. I used to live on a ranch where we raised Arabians; I was responsible for feeding & caring as many as 18 horses. When I was younger, I rode often and played polo. My father passed 10 yrs ago and his wife sold our ranch. I am available to feed horses provided that I'm paid the time it takes to travel back and forth. I am available for cat/dog sitting & feeding. If you need dog boarding, please let me know if you pet gets along with cats. I work from home, so I am a home quite a bit. I also have a flexible schedule, and this can be accomodated to work around certain issues or conflicts. Please contact me with any questions, concerns, or comments. I have a large (unfenced) yard, but I am willing to take your pet on walks in my neighborhood, as needed. I live one block away from a park. I am home quite often, so your pet will rarely be left alone. I am available for drop-ins, visits, or even overnights.

About: My wife and I have 2 dogs and a cat and have to restrain ourselves from getting more sometimes. My wife is a pastry chef (which means free, healthy, home baked dog treats!) and I’m a stay at home accountant (which means they’ll never be lonely and can get constant attention!)
