About: I’ve been pet sitting for years, starting back in my teens, and I’m comfortable caring for a wide range of animals including dogs and cats. I have experience with both puppies and senior pets, including those who need extra attention like medication administration (including insulin) and more structured care routines. I’m reliable, attentive, and treat every animal like they’re my own. Whether it’s walks, feeding, training support for young dogs, or gentle care for older pets, I adjust to each animal’s needs. I make sure pets are comfortable, on their normal routines, and well cared for while they’re with me. When boarding a dog in my home, I do my best to accommodate their normal routine and make them feel as comfortable as possible, like they’re at home. I have a fenced-in yard, and my own puppy enjoys plenty of outdoor playtime, so dogs who are active will get lots of safe exercise and enrichment. If a dog is more of a relaxed, homebody type, I’m just as happy to keep things calm with indoor time, rest, and companionship. I adjust to each dog’s personality and energy level. For any care—whether boarding, drop-ins, or walks—I follow the owner’s instructions closely, including feeding schedules, routines, and any special needs or medications, to make sure each pet is cared for consistently and safely.

About: I strive to treat everyone's furbabies with the highest level of care as if they're my own. I've cared for every age of dog and cat for...really my whole life. I can administer medications and keep an eye on and assist more "special needs" furbabies if needed. I am a Biology major and try to learn as much as I can to care for animals the best I possibly can. I am currently working on animal first aid but I do know human FA so I can spot an emergency and care for minor wounds. I am currently working as needed at my job but, even then, my days are really open. I do have medical appointments here and there so sometimes I just need to leave the house for those but I try to return to the house expeditiously because I dont want the animals to be alone for too long. I understand not leaving dogs (especially) for too long between potty breaks so I can work around that but I try to stay at the house for 95+ percent of the time I am sitting. I purposely work around the animal's schedule so that they can be as comfortable and cared for as possible. I try to get as much information from the owner as possible so that I can make the time as similar to when the owner is around. I know changes can be stressful so avoiding any as much as possible is the best. I am known to be a cuddler but if they want their space I can definitely give it. I can give outside time to the best of my abilities and can transport in my own car with great safety if needed (e.g. if they love lake play, etc.). For younger animals, I can give regular care and make sure the space stays clean and cared for as best as possible. I understand that they need more supervision and help. I also try my best to keep an eye on outdoor heavy animals and shy animals to make sure theyre doing alright during my stay as well.

Also in the house is a 3 y/o mini ausie who likes to stay in her own space inside the master bedroom. As well as a cat who has his own bedroom. All trash and food items stay in cupboards and off the counters. Bathroom doors are kept closed but a large water dispenser is available for thirsty fur babies.

I love spending time with dogs and making sure they're still happy while their parents are away! This is a win-win situation for both of us because your dog will be well taken care of, and I get to play with it! All fun aside, I do make sure to pay close attention and take care of each dog's individual needs. Everybody's unique so that will always be taken into account. I have a very open schedule, most of the time I only work at night and rarely for more than 6 hours. I can usually adjust my schedule as needed. Depending on the dog, I always take extra steps to guarantee that they stay safe. Whether that means taking extra note to make sure all doors to rooms are closed, foods are high out of reach, etc.

I am currently pet/house sitting full time throughout the summer and fall so I'm able to provide a high level of care for pets and homes throughout the valley! **UPCOMING HOLIDAY AVAILABILITY** THANKSGIVING Over thanksgiving (11/25-29) I will be camping in Southern Utah with my sister and her dog friendly labradoodle. I have a large truck camper that I will be staying in. If you have 1-2 dogs that need care during that time, I can bring them with me, so long as they are up for hikes and are friendly with other dogs. CHRISTMAS & NEW YEARS 12/23-25 I will be in the front range at my sister's house to celebrate Christmas. She has a friendly labradoodle. I'm open to taking 1-2 dogs with me to stay there as long as they are friendly with other dogs. 12/26-1/1: HEAVILY DISCOUNTED RATE FOR THE FOLLOWING ACCOMODATIONS: My parents and sister will then be visiting me in Carbondale area for the remainder of the holiday since I will have to be available for ski instructing during the peak season. If you need house sitting during those dates, I can do that, but would need to request my sister's labradoodle and 3 adults (my sister and my mom and dad) be allowed to stay there as well. Though I may have to work during a portion of those dates, my family is off of work so there would be minimal times that your pets would be unattended. Feel free to send a request and we can discuss in more details (I will adjust to the lower rates after we discuss). I will be part time ski instructing at Snowmass this winter so I still have a high level of availability throughout Dec-Apr as well. I've cared for my own dogs, roommates' dogs, friends' pets, Trusted Housesitter stays, and Rover sits over the past 10 years. I've cared for dogs from puppyhood to 13 years old. I've also cat-sat for friends, Trusted Housesitters, and Rover clients over the years. I'm more than happy to take them on walks, hikes, to dog parks, and out for potty/play breaks throughout the day. The longest I've watched someone's pet was for 2 months, and I loved it! I'm also happy to take them camping if that's their jam. Feel free to reach out with any other questions! A note on transportation - I have a truck camper (converted from a former ambulance) as my main vehicle. If there is any concern of me parking it on your property for house sitting or other services, let me know and I can park it elsewhere. It is reliable, 4WD and does super well on winter roads, so if you're up a dirt road, I have no concerns about being able to get there. If you have any questions about it, don't hesitate to ask! I currently am full time pet sitting for the summer and fall. I am very attentive and love morning, midday, and evening outings for fetch, dog park hangs, hikes, and walks. I can be available throughout the day full-time. After December, I will be part-time ski instructing for Snowmass. I am still available for all the same services but will need to be gone for a longer portion of the day if I'm working that day. I don't anticipate that it would be longer than 6-8hrs depending on how far away the sit is. A note on boarding - this is if you need overnight care for your pet or pets at MY home. House sitting is overnight care at your home or accomodations, sometimes I know that gets a little confusing. I much prefer house sitting in your home as I find that pets are much more happy in their own familiar environment with the all their comforts that they're accustomed to. If you need boarding outside of your home I can discuss a couple of options with you depending on the temperment of your pet and the length of the request. I will always be up front and transparent if I'm able to accommodate the request. I am very respectful and clean when staying at a client's house. I treat it like my own (if not better). I love going for walks with your pup and keeping them on a leash. I also don't give in to the cute puppy eyes when I'm eating my food and keep them to their parents' approved food and treats. I always make sure we are on the same page about your needs and expectations and that I am 100% available and able to commit. Because of this, I have never cancelled on a client after a booking is confirmed.

About: My husband and I have grown up with dogs our whole life! We love having our Stella in our life and she loves to play with other dogs. She would enjoy taking playing with your furry friend. Current work from home full time and will always have breaks to play with your doggie 💗🙂 We watch dogs all day and would love to have the company! We have a big backyard, plenty of room to run around. Dogs have easy access to come in and out whenever they would like. As well as many trails to walk nearby
