About: We had two cats growing up, one who made it to 20 years - how lucky! I always helped with cleaning litter boxes, that one's a given. But the true care started when our obese cat has constantly having hairball and kidney issues, so lots of messes and patience. We helped him loose some weight with more play and food motivated exercise. We also had a 'spicy' kitty who was a good practice in reading cat behavior and discipline. Now, I work with many different cats at the kennel, and it's really about moving slow and letting them come to you. I've had to pill some cats for medications, and I'll admit I hate to put them through that stress, but am totally willing to do so if needed.

About: I have been caring for dogs and cats since i started volunteering at the animal hospital in freeport il. I started doing that when i was ten years old. I have attended just under two years of schooling towards being a zoologist in the past as well. I started fostering with my grandma when i was 14, and I have successfully adopted out 12 pit bulls that would have been put to sleep :) I have pet sit since i was old enough to babysit kids, my grandparents on my dads side were missionaries and would always have me take care of their three cats Lucy,linus, and peanut. About: I’ve been taking care of all animals going on 15 years I have basics in first aid and training for dogs I can give meds as needed, i can train puppies as well as adults I also can handle senior dogs I’m currently a stay at home doggy mom. So I’m home constantly unless I have a doctor appointment. About: I have been working with all different types of dogs my whole life. Ive owened Great Danes to Chihuahuas. Recently have been walking and sitting dogs for friends. Dogs have an energy that you don't get from working with any other animal or human. I have found working with dogs makes it more fun to "work". I currently am unable to own my own dog, but am very excited to be able to help other owners out. I also enjoy getting outside and being active. If your dog likes to jog, I don't have a problem doing so. Fetch or the dog parks are also fun alternatives, if I know owners are ok with it. I currently don’t have any pets, so I’d love to be able to dote on yours while you’re away. About: I've worked with dogs as a Vet assistant for the last 7 years. I have always loved working with animals! I am a trusted dog sitter for close family and friends. I enjoy doing daily activities with the dogs I care for, loving on them, then sending them home refreshed with a nice bath so they are clean for pickup. I am available 7 days a week to care for pups of all ages and sizes. I am home most days all day, so I am able to provide complete supervision and activities for your pet. I am good with pets and making them feel comfortable and loved. I have a fenced in yard with a separate fenced yard just for pets. I have two friendly dogs that will keep your pet company with their stay, but will be kept separate and will not interact with your pups one on one.
