About: I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life and have helped care for them from when they were puppies through adulthood. Over the years, I’ve helped with daily walks, feeding, playtime, training reinforcement, and making sure they get plenty of attention and exercise. I’ve also helped care for dogs belonging to family members, which has given me experience with different breeds, personalities, and energy levels. About: I’ve been in love with dogs since I can remember, and my favorite type of work/volunteering has always involved them. When I was 15 I started dog sitting for my family friend, I watched and walked little Johnny twice a week for almost 2 years while his mom was out doing errands. After that, I started volunteering at the LoveJoy Foundation, an animal rescue in California. I walked dogs, cleaned crates, and even helped with vaccinations once a week at adoption events! My time at LoveJoy was one of the most rewarding experiences ever, and it taught me how to work with different types of dogs and different behaviors, including neurodivergent and disabled pups. I have a family dog of my own, sweet Montana, who will always be my best friend no matter how far apart we are. Montana is a bit older now, so we mostly enjoy hanging out on the couch together, but in his prior years I loved taking him on hikes, to the dog beach, and really anywhere that I went. I also have a crested gecko named Axel! I’m currently a junior at CU Boulder, so I do have school during the week but only for about 2-3 hours each day, most of the time I’m home to care for a pup! I absolutely love being outside here in Boulder, it’s too beautiful not to be, so walks and adventures are plentiful! I have a large house for your pup to roam around, but if it’s preferred that he stays in a crate during the day I can accommodate that too! My yard isn’t fenced, but we would have a lot of outside time at the park and on walks exploring all corners of Boulder. I do have experience dog sitting in client’s homes, I know that some dogs are probably more comfortable staying in their own home!

About: I am a total animal person :) I love all animals and especially dogs. I treat all dogs as if they were my own companion. I love to reward them with high quality treats and natural peanut butter. I grew up taking care of all types of animals. I had chinchillas, rabbits, dogs, hamsters, fish etc.. I have been training dogs for 28 years and have watched and read a lot of dog training videos and books. Lennon was a very diificult dog to train because she's incredibly smart, independent and not very food motivated. I understand how to deal with all types of personalities/ quirks and needs from my wide range of dogs I have cared for. I have watched 14 year old standard poodles with a lot of anxiety and medical issues, to a shy mini poodle or a collie that wants to chase Lennon all day every day. Also my dog Lennon has severe allergies and very sensitive skin etc. so she takes medicine daily and I give her probiotics and am always watching to make sure she's not having a bad reaction. She has gone into anaphylaxis twice and luckily I knew the signs and was able to get her to the vet just in time to save her life. I take dog care very seriously because of this, if I notice any change in behavior or red eyes etc. I will notify you immediately and see what the course of action should be. I value giving pet owners peace of mind because I know what it is like to be worried about your animal while traveling and theres no worse feeling. I love to send lots of pictures and videos so you never have to wonder how your pup is doing. I watched dogs on Rover for 2 years before in Georgia when I was married and unfortunately it was all booked under my ex's profile so you can't see all my reviews. I take my Aussie-doodle Lennon for daily walks and have multiple playtime sessions daily with fetch balls, plush toys, doing tricks, playing tug a war etc. I also have a big comfy couch downstairs I love to snuggle with my pup on. When the weather is nice I love to go on dog friendly hikes during (between 1-4 miles) nothing too crazy especially if it is hot outside. If your dog is snuggly, I offer snuggles. If they are play oriented I offer tons of play and my pup Lennon LOVES to play and chill (she's very insanely emotionally intelligent). She knows when to play and when to relax - which I love about her. I will always take dogs for walks (weather permitting) and take them out to potty every 3-4 hours minimum.

About: I’ve been pet sitting since I was 13, primarily caring for cats and dogs. My experience includes dog walking, feeding, playtime, administering basic routines, and cleaning litter boxes. I’ve especially worked with older cats and dogs, so I understand the extra patience, attentiveness, and gentle care they often need. About: I’ve been in love with dogs since I can remember, and my favorite type of work/volunteering has always involved them. When I was 15 I started dog sitting for my family friend, I watched and walked little Johnny twice a week for almost 2 years while his mom was out doing errands. After that, I started volunteering at the LoveJoy Foundation, an animal rescue in California. I walked dogs, cleaned crates, and even helped with vaccinations once a week at adoption events! My time at LoveJoy was one of the most rewarding experiences ever, and it taught me how to work with different types of dogs and different behaviors, including neurodivergent and disabled pups. I have a family dog of my own, sweet Montana, who will always be my best friend no matter how far apart we are. Montana is a bit older now, so we mostly enjoy hanging out on the couch together, but in his prior years I loved taking him on hikes, to the dog beach, and really anywhere that I went. I also have a crested gecko named Axel! I’m currently a junior at CU Boulder, so I do have school during the week but only for about 2-3 hours each day, most of the time I’m home to care for a pup! I absolutely love being outside here in Boulder, it’s too beautiful not to be, so walks and adventures are plentiful! I have a large house for your pup to roam around, but if it’s preferred that he stays in a crate during the day I can accommodate that too! My yard isn’t fenced, but we would have a lot of outside time at the park and on walks exploring all corners of Boulder. I do have experience dog sitting in client’s homes, I know that some dogs are probably more comfortable staying in their own home!

About: I have been around dogs for as long as I can remember and have always loved spending time with them. Over the years, I’ve gained a lot of experience caring for dogs of different sizes, breeds, and personalities. I enjoy taking dogs on walks, playing with them, and making sure they feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for. Being around dogs has always come naturally to me, and I genuinely enjoy giving them attention, exercise, and companionship while their owners are away. I am currently a student taking online classes from home while also working a part-time job, so I spend a lot of time at home and have a flexible schedule. This allows me to give pets plenty of attention, care, and companionship throughout the day and make sure they feel comfortable and well looked after. I live in a house with a small yard and am across the street from a small park, with a much larger park only a few blocks away, which is great for walks and outdoor time. I make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for by giving them lots of attention, playtime, and regular potty breaks or walks. Since I spend a lot of time at home, pets will rarely be left alone for long periods and will always have someone around to keep them company and stick to their normal routine.

About: I have had dogs growing up all of my life! I have a special place in my heart for dogs and I have volunteered with animal shelters and taken care of neighbors and families dogs. I am a Pilates Instructor and never work more than a 4 hour block so I have plenty of time in my schedule to help with pet care. About: I've lived with dogs my whole life and absolutely love them! I love being outdoors as well so this is the perfect job for me! My family got a dog about 10 years ago and I trained her to sit, stay, and come. I love being around dogs and I hope to meet yours! I have a super open schedule this summer, and I will most likely be able to walk your dog any time you want. “I’d never used the app before but loved how easy it was for Sam to keep me updated both times he visited to walk our dog. Our dog is an old boy and can be a little defensive at times, and pretty slow-moving, but Sam was super patient with him. Sam walked him for a full 30 minutes and from what I can tell, he just let our dog take it slow, sniffing (and peeing on) all the things along the way, which is his absolute favorite thing to do. I’d recommend Sam for sure, and will ask him back if we ever need help with our pets again!”

About: Ive taken care of pets on and off for the past several years! I love being around animals and creating a home away from home for them:) I have had families rely on me to feed, bath, walk, and play with them. About: I’ve been involved with animals since I was a kid and have a few different dogs since I was born. I also have a cat! I am able to care for senior dogs and puppies as I’ve had them both living in my house, and am able to administer medication or follow any special feeding/medical schedule that your pet needs!
