About: I’ve been in love with dogs since I can remember, and my favorite type of work/volunteering has always involved them. When I was 15 I started dog sitting for my family friend, I watched and walked little Johnny twice a week for almost 2 years while his mom was out doing errands. After that, I started volunteering at the LoveJoy Foundation, an animal rescue in California. I walked dogs, cleaned crates, and even helped with vaccinations once a week at adoption events! My time at LoveJoy was one of the most rewarding experiences ever, and it taught me how to work with different types of dogs and different behaviors, including neurodivergent and disabled pups. I have a family dog of my own, sweet Montana, who will always be my best friend no matter how far apart we are. Montana is a bit older now, so we mostly enjoy hanging out on the couch together, but in his prior years I loved taking him on hikes, to the dog beach, and really anywhere that I went. I also have a crested gecko named Axel! I’m currently a junior at CU Boulder, so I do have school during the week but only for about 2-3 hours each day, most of the time I’m home to care for a pup! I absolutely love being outside here in Boulder, it’s too beautiful not to be, so walks and adventures are plentiful! I have a large house for your pup to roam around, but if it’s preferred that he stays in a crate during the day I can accommodate that too! My yard isn’t fenced, but we would have a lot of outside time at the park and on walks exploring all corners of Boulder. I do have experience dog sitting in client’s homes, I know that some dogs are probably more comfortable staying in their own home!

About: I’ve had my own cat since I was 7, and I’ve spent the past 14 years caring for him. I started cat sitting neighbors pets when I was 12, and have continued to do so in my adulthood. I have experience with both indoor and outdoor cats, as I live with one currently. I have cared for both kittens and senior cats, and tend to be able to get shy cats to socialize. About: I am a total animal person :) I love all animals and especially dogs. I treat all dogs as if they were my own companion. I love to reward them with high quality treats and natural peanut butter. I grew up taking care of all types of animals. I had chinchillas, rabbits, dogs, hamsters, fish etc.. I have been training dogs for 28 years and have watched and read a lot of dog training videos and books. Lennon was a very diificult dog to train because she's incredibly smart, independent and not very food motivated. I understand how to deal with all types of personalities/ quirks and needs from my wide range of dogs I have cared for. I have watched 14 year old standard poodles with a lot of anxiety and medical issues, to a shy mini poodle or a collie that wants to chase Lennon all day every day. Also my dog Lennon has severe allergies and very sensitive skin etc. so she takes medicine daily and I give her probiotics and am always watching to make sure she's not having a bad reaction. She has gone into anaphylaxis twice and luckily I knew the signs and was able to get her to the vet just in time to save her life. I take dog care very seriously because of this, if I notice any change in behavior or red eyes etc. I will notify you immediately and see what the course of action should be. I value giving pet owners peace of mind because I know what it is like to be worried about your animal while traveling and theres no worse feeling. I love to send lots of pictures and videos so you never have to wonder how your pup is doing. I watched dogs on Rover for 2 years before in Georgia when I was married and unfortunately it was all booked under my ex's profile so you can't see all my reviews. I take my Aussie-doodle Lennon for daily walks and have multiple playtime sessions daily with fetch balls, plush toys, doing tricks, playing tug a war etc. I also have a big comfy couch downstairs I love to snuggle with my pup on. When the weather is nice I love to go on dog friendly hikes during (between 1-4 miles) nothing too crazy especially if it is hot outside. If your dog is snuggly, I offer snuggles. If they are play oriented I offer tons of play and my pup Lennon LOVES to play and chill (she's very insanely emotionally intelligent). She knows when to play and when to relax - which I love about her. I will always take dogs for walks (weather permitting) and take them out to potty every 3-4 hours minimum.

About: I have been around dogs for as long as I can remember and have always loved spending time with them. Over the years, I’ve gained a lot of experience caring for dogs of different sizes, breeds, and personalities. About: I love dogs (and cats!) of all personalities and especially love being active with them, such as going on hikes or jogs, playing fetch, or simply hanging out at the park. I love getting to know each animal's unique personality and learning what makes them them! I am available outside of the following hours: 2-4:30pm Monday-Friday, 5:30-7pm Mondays and Thursdays, and 4-6pm on Wednesdays. Other than these times, I am free to be booked! I have a large, fenced in yard with no other pets, which is great if your pet has trouble around other animals. I also live very close to North Boulder park! And when I am caring for your animal at your home, I am mindful of private spaces and boundaries, and I always make sure to entirely clean up after myself.

My yard isn’t fenced, but we would have a lot of outside time at the park and on walks exploring all corners of Boulder. I do have experience dog sitting in client’s homes, I know that some dogs are probably more comfortable staying in their own home!
About: My wife(Emerald) and I have experience as professional dog/house sitters. For two years we traveled with our own mobile dog grooming business. We are confident in our abilities to care for elderly and young dogs. We recently took care of a liter of 6 pups and momma till they were ready to be in their forever homes. I can fit in any lifestyle your pet has, whether they are active or a stay-at-home. I'm a mature permanent long term resident of Boulder, where your dog can feel safe and have fun while returning to time and time again. I work for short hours with a flexible schedule during the day, but always spend mornings and evenings at home. I go for walks morning and evening or at different times during the day.
