I have been breeding puppies and providing training for the last four years. Training is not exclusive to the puppies but for new owners as well. I provide information of fresh food diets in relation to overall health. I am available for leash training upon request. I currently only work two days a week, averaging less that 20 hours. I have two teenagers who are also home and available to help as needed. We have a dog door that allows the dogs free run of almost a half an acre of property. I have a fully fenced yard that keeps in two large and three small dogs with no issues. There are five dogs on the property to keep yours company. They are all up to date on their shots and and all very friendly. All five have been raised with each other, kids and 2 cats.

Spice went right to Kim when we got there like she'd known her all her life, and Kim said Spice was really good during her time with her. About: We nicknamed our home The Dachs Inn - a weenie wonderland! We’ve cared for Dachshunds for 15 years and specialize in meeting the unique needs of this breed, including dog ramps on our furniture and deck. Our home features a dog door with all-day access to a giant backyard for potty breaks, play time, sunbathing and squirrels!!! Plush dog beds are placed through the home and a giant sectional provides the perfect spot for cuddle time. Daily walks are provided, we even have a dog stroller for senior dogs or those dachshunds suffering from IVDD. I work remotely from home full time and, along with my retired husband, provide hourly drop-in care, play dates, overnight and extended boarding in our home. Additionally, I provide home visits and walking services to families located on the west side of Colorado Springs. Other locations throughout Colorado are considered on case-by-case request for extended care in your home (5 or more days). I have three dachshunds, ages 15, 10, and under 1 year. My dog-friendly home has a fenced back yard, we feed all visiting dogs separately, and can provide daily pictures of your baby’s activities. I can also provide regular weigh-ins, medications, and teeth brushing. I am very active and love going on long walks/hikes (up to three miles) upon request. While I prefer to host only smaller dogs in our home, I am open to all breeds for care at your home - including drop-ins, walks, and house sitting. I kindly ask that all dogs are current on all vaccinations, including kennel cough. For medical emergencies, we are established at Westside Animal Hospital, The Animal Clinic of Woodland Park, and the Emergency Pet Center.

About: All of my experience has been from personal pets and pets of family/friends. My current dog, a 4 year old Samoyed named Nimbus, trained at Under the Sun and is very accepting of other dogs. I also have a three year old toddler who is great with animals. I am a stay at home parent and so I would always be here with your pet. I like to play in the backyard with the dogs and if you are comfortable with it, I could take your dog on leashed hikes. My dog has free reign of the house and yours would as well. If I did need to run a quick errand, then your dog would be welcome to join or nap with Nimbus! I am a stay at home parent for our toddler and so I would always be around. We’re have a 4 year old Samoyed who loves other dogs and would be thrilled to have a playmate. if your dog enjoys activities, then they would be welcome to come with us on quick errands and or leashed hikes. I would, of course choose activities based on your preferences. I just want to stress that your dog would be treated like part of our family! I know that I want our dog to be comfortable and happy when I’m not with him and I would make sure that yours is as well. My main focus for care is just spending time with them and making sure they are happy! I have a four year old Samoyed who loves playing in our fenced and secure backyard and going for hikes. If your dog enjoys those activities, we would love for them to join! If your dog is older and needs a more relaxed environment then we are happy to just spend time at home with them! I do have a toddler that is not yet in daycare and so visiting dogs that are comfortable around kids would bee important from our end. We spend many days at dog parks and so our daughter is comfortable and good with other dogs and cats.

About: I have had pets my entire life, but as an adult only had dogs. I am a physical therapist by trade so I do have a health background. I have done insulin shots for a diabetic cat and ACL rehab for a dog. I have done bandages for small wounds from sharp rocks when hiking or a torn nail. Let me know your pups needs! I did Rover over the summer while ai was home and loved it! I do work outside my home, but my schedule and hours vary. If I need to check in on your pup or provide a snack, don’t hesitate to reach out. I do have some days where it can be 7-8 hours that I am gone, but I will let you know if that’s the case. I am married and the mom of 3 teen age girls who love dogs and want another one. They would love to cuddle, love and play with your dog while in my care! I will take your dog on daily walks with our dog pup and make sure they are happy! Our dog Tulsa loves other dogs and warms up quickly. She loves walks and hikes. She is not food aggressive at all but loves treats! Let me know what your pup needs. Tulsa is crated during our absence and I would prefer to do the same for your pup if we are out. When I am home, Tulsa gets free rein of the main floor and supervision in basement and upstairs for safety. She sleeps in my bedroom and night and I would do the same for your pup, or crate if that’s what you prefer. Tulsa is trained to ask to get on furniture but is sneaky sometimes. If your dog is allowed on furniture, we will allow that on our main sofa, but keep them off our front room sofa - it’s white. I can accommodate special diets and medication, but Tulsa does not have either of those.

About: My husband and I work remote from home so your pet is never left alone. We have a fenced in back yard and large deck area that allows for as much fun in the sun as your pet desires. We have 3 friendly golden retrievers but also have space to give your pet alone time or to keep them separated if needed. We do sometimes also foster kittens from TCRAS, but they are in a separate space and won’t have interactions with your pet. We are comfortable giving basic meds if needed. Our house does have a lot of stairs but if there’s a mobility issue, your pet can stay on the first floor which leads out directly to the backyard. We give the care we want our pets to have when they’re with someone else. My husband and I work from home Monday through Friday which allows for us to spend lots of quality time with your pet and guarantees that they’re not left alone. We are available for boarding almost anytime with enough notice. We have a fenced in back yard our pack love to play in. Our dogs are very happy, playful dogs who adore interacting and meeting new animals and their owners. They are all current on their vaccinations and covered by pet insurance. Our dogs are allowed on all the furniture but we can accommodate whatever your wishes are for your pet. We rovered for a bit about 5 years ago but then took a break when we took our dogs to rv all across America for 4 years! We have since moved from Florida to Colorado and we love it here.

She is very patient and calm with them and even brought a trainer with her to help with the aggressiveness. Now they jump in her lap. We can now go places we were not able to before. About: I'm Harmony, and taking care of animals has always been something I truly enjoy. I've looked after dogs and cats for friends and family—making sure they're safe, happy, and get plenty of playtime or quiet company, depending on what they need. Right now, I'm just getting started as a pet sitter and will be starting college classes soon, so I'm able to give your pet lots of attention and a reliable routine. About: I have newly received my Bachelor’s degree in Canine Training and Management at SUNY Cobleskill. My husband is a soldier at Fort Carson so I can easily get on base. The classes I have have taken covered basic training, walking, reading body language, and basic care/matinence. I have both experience working at a Doggie daycares and a grooming facility. I just completed my internship at Ridgeside K9 in Nashville TN, there I worked with a variety of breeds ranging in different sizes and temperaments. I just moved to Colorado Springs so my schedule is free for the first time in four years. I just moved to the area and need something to do with ny new found free time. I typically start my days around 9 a.m. and am up pretty late at night. I am currently renting and taking care of my three dogs so I am unable to house pets. I keep a strick schedule for feeding and giving medications often using lists to keep everything on track. My husband is able to take care of the dogs if I need to be away for any reason.
About: I have been involved with caring for household pets including cats, dogs, fish, birds, and ferrets for my whole life, and have been a pet sitter and a house sitter for 10+ years. What makes me their best friend is consistency, gentle but firm boundaries and unbelievable amounts of fun. I love older pets and can provide massage and calm stimulation for for our senior buddies. I understand the need for consistency and am delighted to help with basic medical care. I love when my clients give me a list of how their pet likes to be cared for, and what games they like to play, or even what silly nicknames they respond to. I'm devoted to building my business with Rover, and thus have great availability and lowered rates. I have my own dog and we thrive in an environment with exercise, enrichment, play and love. I have a "getting to know you" form with basic questions that help me keep consistency and safety. Be as detailed as you like, I'll follow it to a tee!
