About: Have dog sat a couple of times. I don't have a dog, but willing to have one around the house for those who need a dog sitter for a few days. My wife and I have opposite work schedule, so someone is home about 85 % of the time. Would be able to have someone take dogs for walks throughout the day, or watch them in the back yard Pets will be indoor. Have a fenced back yard when needed to go outside for bathroom needs. We don't have other pets , so your pet would not take away attention from your pet

About: My family has owned dogs for my entire life, so my childhood was filled with taking them on walks. Over the last few summers I began walking other people's dogs, as well as assisting my sister with pet sitting as a way to save for college. Now that I'm in college, I decided to continue working with dogs as a way to get out of the house and get a little extra money. I am still attending classes throughout most of the week and I have other responsibilities in the evenings, but Friday through Monday mornings are usually open for me. I have dealt with dogs of all sizes and am generally strong enough to handle excitable dogs. I am willing to take alternate routes and of course I will always pick up after your pet. I give ample time for the dogs to explore their environment, especially if they rarely get out of the house.

About: I have always had dogs growing up (Pit and Staff breed mostly )at one point I was living on a farm in Oklahoma with 6 dogs in total and a few farm kittens ! About: My wife and have had dogs most of our life and multiple dogs at the same time throughout our 15 years of marriage. She previously worked with HABIC (human animal bond in colorado) to train her dog as a therapy dog to work in hospitals. We currently have 2 dogs, Bear a 13 y/o pyrinesse and Sasha a 8 month old rez dog rescue. Dogs are always welcome here. Dog ages dont matter, Bear has a gentle spirit to him and he loves puppies. Our only requirement is the dogs do a meet and greet and as long as they are good with each other so are we. We can help with minor training i.e. potty training, crate training, sit, shake etc. if you request it. Currently there is someone home 24 hours a day to play with and care for your puppies. I work a flex schedule and my wife is home during the days. We have 6 foot fenced yard for room to run outside, but prefer for their comfort to keep the pups indoors in the ac. We do have a smaller dog run if you prefer your pup to hang out outside. Fresh water is always out. We have several dog beds so they have comfy places to lay and we will work with your feeding schedule. We are familiar with giving oral medications if needed. Treats are handed out on the regular because the puppies deserve them.

About: Growing up, I was always interested in learning about different dog breeds and had aspirations of becoming a veterinarian. Though I did not become a veterinarian, I do have a solid background and understanding of animal healthcare and wellbeing thanks to my undergraduate studies (B.S. Zoology, some Animal Science) and ongoing interest in pet health and dog training. While still in high school, I worked briefly in a pet boarding facility where I prepared morning and evening meals, administered medications, and supervised outdoor play for large groups of dogs. From this experience supervising large groups of dogs, I became more familiar with canine body language and behavioral cues. My sheepadoodle, Ivy, came home to me at about 10 weeks old; so I did potty train and leash train her with positive reinforcement using her favorite treats. I also had the opportunity to foster a litter of 5 puppies in college and potty trained them as well. In addition to my experience with puppies, I have cared for a few senior pups including my brother’s aging border collie and pitbull mix and my late Great Boxer (Great Dane/boxer), Grover. In my experience caring for senior pups, I became familiar with the medical issues that come along with increasing age such as arthritis, incontinence, deafness/blindness, and even cancer to name a few. My own pups have also had sensitive skin, digestive issues, and recurrent ear infections. Managing these health issues at times required daily cleanings, ointment applications, and attention to ensure that wounds or infections healed without interference. I work part-time in a hospital lab, with a fixed schedule. I work 4 days in a row, then I am off for 10 days. When I am not working in the lab, I am at home caring for my two young children (ages 3 and almost 2) and 5 year-old sheepadoodle. We enjoy spending time outside in the backyard or going for walks around the neighborhood. Any dog that steps paw inside my home is treated like family. If your precious pup requires *special* treatment, I try my best to adhere to any instructions provided. I have a large crate, along with dog blankets, if your pup is into that sort of thing. It is spacious enough for any standard medium to large sized dog. I do have a decently sized backyard with 6 ft privacy fencing all around, and larger smooth rocks surrounding the grass. If your pup is not great with tiny humans, loud noises, or just the general chaos of a young family, please consider a sitter with a calmer environment that better meets their needs.

About: *PLEASE READ* For House Sitting visits my dog Bucky will need to accompany me while im living nomadically. Every job I've done so far he has been with me with no issues. Meeting Bucky will undoubtedly answer some more difficult questions you might have about the quality of my pet care. Dogs are social animals and as humans we tend to spend so much time training them to be good we can forget we are the architects of their entire reality and to take time to just let them just be dogs. They're loud messy and impulsive. When we choose patience over frustration and offer comfort to a creature that cannot speak our language I feel that is engaging in the highest form of stewardship. A true non transactional act of service. I am currently living nomadically as a way to take my dog Bucky on his retirement journey of sorts. He DOES NOT have to participate in any tasks you hire me for but you can always opt in to that for free. **Please note that I cannot exclude my dog for over night stays at your location. Only walks and check-ins ect. My nomadic lifestyle is very much to your benefit, as it gives me a flexible schedule and the time and ability to focus on what you and your pets need. If you need a pet sitter for overnight or long-term care but aren't sure about having someone live in your home, that's fine! I just find a place to park. About: I walk, feed, bathe, play, and always give pups lots of attention! Dogs are my favorite and I always enjoy making new dog friends. I enjoy every little thing I get to do with dogs. I don’t work many hours during the week. I am available most days of the week so I am always able to watch dogs when needed. I am home every night so I can watch them overnight. I have a very friendly puppy who loves other dogs and can be around multiple dogs. I always make sure that anyones dog is in a safe environment. I hardly ever leave them unattended and unsupervised. We go for walks very often when it is nice out. I take my puppy outside to go potty at least once an hour if not more. I always make sure everyone is fed and happy.

Safety has always been my number one priority no matter what job I have been given. Risks and shortcuts are something I barely even know how to do, and instructions on what the owners want the sitter to do with their pets are the only thing that will be followed (along with basic common sense of course). About: I used to babysit two kids as a teenager. I grew up in a farm taking care of dogs and cows. I’ve taken care of multiple pets. Pet care fits perfectly into my routine! I currently work part-time overnight shifts on weekends, so I have plenty of flexibility during weekdays and daytime hours. I’m reliable, available for, walks, and extended care, and I always make sure pets get the time, attention, and love they need. I always prioritize each pet’s comfort and safety. I follow your routine closely to help your pets feel secure and relaxed. I provide constant attention, fresh food and water, clean spaces, and lots of love. I make sure doors and gates stay secured, and I’m always paying attention to their behavior and needs so they feel safe, happy, and cared for at all times.
About: I started walking dogs at an age 12 for an elderly neighbor who had trouble walking. I walked her min pin name Bouncer :) after that I got a dog at 14 (min pin/chihuahua) named Snickers. He lived for 13 amazing years and was my best friend. Fast forward to now and I have a dog name Bonnie. She’s an imperial shi tzu and is my best friend! I have availability most days during the week and all weekends! Just give me a couple days notice and we can make something work. Thank you! I’ll care/visit your pet in your home. Let them outside to use the restroom, play with him/her, and spend some time with them! Open to requests not mentioned!
