My miniature schnauzer, Charlie, has been part of my family for 7 years, and my newest addition, Billie, is a playful rescue who loves making new dog friends. All through my life I have taken care of all of my pets from fish, to cats and dogs, and even moths and butterflies! Back home in Minnesota, I used to take care of two cats, Lucky and Gnocchi, which Gnocchi is now in the loving care of my grandparents, and Lucky has been watching from above for more than a few years now. I later took care of my cat, Foxy, who has since joined Lucky and both are watching my progress from above. Now, my dog Bailey is at home with two kittens, Ava and Johnny, who are currently being cared for by my mom. I miss my fluffy friends back home, and would love to make some new ones around the area! I’m free for care all week, save for the hours I am at work, but I am always willing to drop in or stay over should the situation call for it. As a student in a veterinary technology program, animal care is already a central part of my life, and I structure my schedule to allow plenty of time and flexibility for pets in my care. This allows me to be reliable and attentive with dog walks, drop-in visits, and care while owners are away, without rushing or cutting corners. I’m used to planning my days around animals’ needs, including consistent feeding times, exercise, enrichment, and observation. Because of this, I’m able to provide dependable, focused care and give each pet the time and attention they deserve. I also take great pride in taking pictures and updates of the animals in my care. So you can also feel connected and comfortable being away from your furry companions. When caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, I focus on providing a safe, structured, and comfortable environment that meets each pet’s individual needs. I live in an apartment but am surrounded by nature trails, which allows for plenty of exercise, enrichment, and mental stimulation through regular walks and outdoor time. In my home, pets have designated, secure areas for rest, feeding, and play, and I carefully manage space to prevent stress or unsafe interactions. I do not have any permanent animals in my residence, which allows me to fully focus on the pets in my care, though I do foster puppies occasionally with proper separation and supervision. Safety is always a top priority—I follow secure leash practices, maintain a clean environment, monitor behavior closely, and strictly follow owner instructions to ensure every pet feels protected, comfortable, and well cared for at all times.

A little bit about me: I have been working in the pet care industry for over 10 years now! Both in pet boarding and in veterinary emergency. I love that I can use all of the knowledge I have gained to make sure that I am providing your pets with the best possible care they can get! Not only do I make sure they are always happy and safe, I also am able to get them the help they need, quickly, if something were to happen. Please do not hesitate to ask any questions, and voice any concerns you may have! They get to go for a walk every morning and evening with my pack, before I head off to work. If I’m off they get to go on any adventures I go on, whether hiking or paddle boarding, as long as it’s safe for everyone involved! Your pups are treated like family, they can be on the couch, the bed, whatever they want to do! Of course I will follow guidelines established by you but I always ensure to be respectful of established rules and requirements. I also ensure to keep the house clean if I am in your home, you’d never know I was there!
About: I'm a dog trainer who has been working with dogs for many years and feel comfortable around all sizes and personalities! I have an anxious senior dog of my own and a very high energy Jack Russel. I'm experienced in administering medications and caring for special needs pups as I've also had an epileptic dog. Open to dog walking, drop ins, and some house sitting! I'll have the utmost respect for your pets and your home. Experienced with cats, small birds, hamsters, and fish as well. I train with clients in the afternoons and evenings Wed-Sun and am available for early or mid morning walks or drop ins on those days. Monday and Tuesday I'm available all day! I'll care for your pets like my own and treat them with kindness and respect. I prefer to supervise my dogs while they're outside in the yard and I'd be happy to spend some time hanging out with them, playing fetch or tug, or working on new tricks! I'm comfortable getting your pets into crates if need be.
