About: I am an avid dog lover. I have had dogs my entire life, everything from small to large dogs. My husband and I work from home so we have all day to love on & snuggle puppers. We love hiking, going for walks, and sitting outside while the dogs smell the mountain air. We are comfortable with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and ages. We are free to just drop in and feed or walk them or have them join us at our place. Working from home allows us the flexibility to cater to your dogs needs. I’m currently working extremely part time so I am available most mornings and afternoons. I am available most weekends as well and sometimes for overnight sits. While we don't have a yard per se, we live in the mountains bumped up against BLM land with lots of hiking trails and areas to walk. Our dogs get exercised daily on the trails surrounding our home. With my at-home work schedule, I have the flexibility to take walks for my breaks and lunch hour and to get up and take care of things as needed through out the day. We get up early and go outside immediately so our dogs can relieve themselves then we go in and have breakfast. After breakfast, I start work while the dogs tend to relax on the bed behind me. I will take them out to potty again on my first break then on my lunch hour, we go for a walk through the forest behind the house. They get another potty break on my second break and then another short walk after I sign out of work for the day in the evening time. We free-feed our dogs but if we have other dogs in the house we will adjust the feeding and schedule to the visiting dog(s). We are normally in bed around 10 pm and our dogs are fully on our schedule for sleeping. If we need to step out for a bit, our dogs are good being left alone in the house but we do have a crate if needed for dogs that aren't good being left alone.

I miss having my own dogs who have sadly passed from childhood and would love to spend time with them! I currently work early mornings, but can switch that around, Friday-Wednesday, usually off by 3pm. I would be able to house sit any of these days and do walks any morning and afternoon! I ensure I understand expectations from every owner on their routines and desires. I ensure I keep the place clean and give the animals the space, as well as attention, they need! I try my best to mimick what their usual routine is so when the owners get back, the transition is smooth and less anxiety stricken for both parties.
About: Hi there! My name is Chris and I just moved back to the Boulder County area from Montana. I'm a former EMT and have many years of experience with puppers of all ages, sizes, and backgrounds. I would love to meet your pup! My schedule is very open and I take my own pup on walks when I can. I work remotely and only need my cellphone. I'm usually available from 7AM until 10PM every day. I have a great deal of experience watching, walking, and taking care of dogs in both my home and others homes. I request a simple schedule that I can follow for the pups and keep consistency, even if that means singing to them to get them to eat their dinner!

This time Annie had a small nail injury which occurred the night before drop off and Allie adapted Annie’s care routine as needed and sent frequent updates. Allie was also super attentive to Annie’s bathroom schedule and let me know when Annie missed an expected BM (TMI). Allie also kept Annie safe during the heatwave, making sure to walk her early or skip the walk when necessary.
