About: I have over 10 years of professional animal care experience and a lifelong passion for animals. I hold a degree in Animal Science with a pre-veterinary emphasis from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities and have experience caring for a wide variety of animals throughout my life. About: We are a loving family with a teenage son who has a deep love for dogs. While we’re not currently in a position to have a dog of our own, he has a strong desire to spend time caring for them and giving them the attention they deserve. He is gentle, responsible, and genuinely enjoys being around animals—whether that means playing, walking, or simply keeping them company. Our son is homeschooled, which means he’s home throughout the day and able to provide consistent companionship and attention to the pet. This allows for regular interaction, playtime, feeding, and supervision, helping ensure the pet feels engaged, cared for, and not left alone for long periods. His presence also makes it easier to maintain a steady routine and quickly respond to any needs the pet may have. About: We have always had dogs, but we are currently without a dog of our own and really want to have them around, but our travel schedule is making it hard to decide to get our own again. We would love to spend time with yours when we are not traveling. We are home all day and our schedules are very flexible. We love walks, playing , and hanging out with dogs. About: We nicknamed our home The Dachs Inn - a weenie wonderland! We’ve cared for Dachshunds for 15 years and specialize in meeting the unique needs of this breed, including dog ramps on our furniture and deck. Our home features a dog door with all-day access to a giant backyard for potty breaks, play time, sunbathing and squirrels!!! Plush dog beds are placed through the home and a giant sectional provides the perfect spot for cuddle time. Daily walks are provided, we even have a dog stroller for senior dogs or those dachshunds suffering from IVDD. I work remotely from home full time and, along with my retired husband, provide hourly drop-in care, play dates, overnight and extended boarding in our home. Additionally, I provide home visits and walking services to families located on the west side of Colorado Springs. Other locations throughout Colorado are considered on case-by-case request for extended care in your home (5 or more days). I have three dachshunds, ages 15, 10, and under 1 year. My dog-friendly home has a fenced back yard, we feed all visiting dogs separately, and can provide daily pictures of your baby’s activities. I can also provide regular weigh-ins, medications, and teeth brushing. I am very active and love going on long walks/hikes (up to three miles) upon request. While I prefer to host only smaller dogs in our home, I am open to all breeds for care at your home - including drop-ins, walks, and house sitting. I kindly ask that all dogs are current on all vaccinations, including kennel cough. For medical emergencies, we are established at Westside Animal Hospital, The Animal Clinic of Woodland Park, and the Emergency Pet Center.
About: I have had pets my entire life, but as an adult only had dogs. I am a physical therapist by trade so I do have a health background. I have done insulin shots for a diabetic cat and ACL rehab for a dog. I have done bandages for small wounds from sharp rocks when hiking or a torn nail. Let me know your pups needs! I work for the schools district so only planning to do this in the summer right now! I may continue into next school year, but want to insure I have the time needed for your dog! I am married and the mom of 3 teen age girls who love dogs and want another one. They would love to cuddle, love and play with your dog while in my care! I will take your dog on daily walks with our dog pup and make sure they are happy! Our dog Tulsa loves other dogs and warms up quickly. She loves walks and hikes. She is not food aggressive at all but loves treats! Let me know what your pup needs. Tulsa is crated during our absence and I would prefer to do the same for your pup if we are out. When I am home, Tulsa gets free rein of the main floor and supervision in basement and upstairs for safety. She sleeps in my bedroom and night and I would do the same for your pup, or crate if that’s what you prefer. Tulsa is trained to ask to get on furniture but is sneaky sometimes. If your dog is allowed on furniture, we will allow that on our main sofa, but keep them off our front room sofa - it’s white. I can accommodate special diets and medication, but Tulsa does not have either of those.
“I dropped my pup Monkey off for a few hours with Sarah while my partner and I went to the hot springs. Sarah had a few other dogs in the house and she let us come in and meet the pack/ watch Monkey meet them all. One of the dogs wasn't thrilled about the new member so we decided it was best to keep the pack split. Monkey had a blast playing with a new friend outside in the yard and inside, and Sarah sent me photos and a video which I loved :) I would definitely trust Sarah again to watch my baby girl!”

I am happy to be able to care for animals and give pet owners comfort in knowing their dear family members are being genuinely loved and cared for! It’s a wonderful and exciting time in my life that I am able to incorporate my passion for animals into my “work” and still be available for my family. I have cared for many different animals, rabbits, birds, fish, bearded dragons and hamsters. I am comfortable giving medications as well. I work from home so I have a very flexible schedule. My children are now all adults and planning to attend college. I am very active in general so I love fitting additional dog walks in! I am an active person who enjoys anything outdoors. I like to discover and explore hiking destinations with my family, as well as camping and backpacking. Spending time with my family, Roni and Dexter is a typical weekend for me.
About: I have been in the veterinary profession for 7 years, I am able to administer medications and available for any special needs your fur baby might have. I prefer to meet before booking but I understand emergencies come up. I am completely comfortable coming to your home and walking your kiddo or staying overnight while you are away. I have a St Bernard (4 yrs old), a tabby cat (14 yrs old), a Sphynx cat (1 yr old), and our newest addition is a Border Collie (6 months old). My cats love to lounge in the sun and the dog’s look forward to their walks and dog park time. I am currently working part time so I have plenty of availablilty to hang out and care for your loved ones. Weekends may vary based on my schedule. I have a fenced in yard with two dogs in the home, both are spayed females. We have plenty of fun playing in the sprinkler and dog pool. We also have tons of toys to fetch and chew on.
About: We are retired and want to give back by providing quality pet sitting. My husband and I were in the service industry- he was sales, and I am a nurse. About: I provide comfort, understanding and insight to all animals. I love dogs, cats and horses most of all but have cared for many other critters too. Pet Care is not so different from Self Care. Food, Water, Cleanliness, Playtime, Nap-time, Sleep-time, exercise, etc. caring for animals much like caring for children, but easier. My adaptability and patience for most situations is my strength as well as communication. If I am unsure about something I will ask, if something unfortunate happens I will tell you, if I make a mistake I will own it.
About: I’m here to help with your dog or puppy! I love walking, hiking, and being outdoors in my beautiful town. My dogs (vaxxed & fixed) are also great for socializing young pups as they are both very playful and friendly. During the winter and spring months I mostly WFH with 1-2 days in person each week. I love getting out for walks and hikes with the pups! I have a fenced yard and 2 dogs of my own. I do not crate my dogs while I’m gone, but I’m willing to work with you and your dog’s unique routine!
