About: Hi, I'm Piper! I'm a pet sitter in Colorado Springs. I cared for my own doggy from 2012-2023. He had to take several medications and was very specific on what he liked to do. I've also taken care of other cats and dogs besides my own. I've taken care of both big & small dogs and cats. Size does not matter only love. However, I am a smaller person and don’t have the strength to hold onto the leash when trying to walk an excited dog over 40 pounds. If the dog is over 40 pounds but doesn’t pull on the leash then I might be able to walk them. But sitting large dogs isn’t an issue. I currently have 3 pets of my own - my bunnies - Marilyn and Josie, and my guinea pig, Eddie. I have another pet at home who is technically not mine, but the owner is always away, so I treat her as mine. She's a young cat named Addie. My doggy passed away on Thanksgiving of 2023. So while I can care for dogs and cats, I can also care for bunnies and guinea pigs. I'm very much an animal lover and will love and care for them like my own. “We recently booked Michael’s services for an extended stay of 7 days. We have a 100 pound German shepherd named Alakay that doesn’t do well with other dogs. The entire time, Michael was very accommodating towards our needs and concerns. We were initially very nervous because this was our first time using Rover and boarding not at a local kennel. Just during the first day, we received updates on how Alakay was doing and Michael stayed in contact with us the entire time with pictures and updates on his day. We were able to enjoy our vacation worry free and know that Alakay was in good hands. We came back to a very happy Alakay and you could tell he enjoyed his stay significantly more than previous kennels we have booked. We will 100% book with Michael again!”

“Courtney went above and beyond taking care of our dog. She even clipped his nails, expressed his glands, and gave him a full bath before pickup, which we really appreciated. Our pup can be pretty picky, high-maintenance, and honestly a bit spoiled, but she took such great care of him. He usually doesn’t do well with other dogs, but Courtney clearly understands dog behavior and body language. She carefully managed his interactions and helped him slowly become more comfortable around the other dogs—he even ended up playing with them! She also kept us updated with photos and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind. We’re so glad we found her, and it really looked like he had so much fun during his stay. We highly recommend Courtney and would absolutely ask her to watch him again the next time we go out of town!”
