About: I have had pets my entire life, but as an adult only had dogs. I am a physical therapist by trade so I do have a health background. I have done insulin shots for a diabetic cat and ACL rehab for a dog. I have done bandages for small wounds from sharp rocks when hiking or a torn nail. Let me know your pups needs! I did Rover over the summer while ai was home and loved it! I do work outside my home, but my schedule and hours vary. If I need to check in on your pup or provide a snack, don’t hesitate to reach out. I do have some days where it can be 7-8 hours that I am gone, but I will let you know if that’s the case. I am married and the mom of 3 teen age girls who love dogs and want another one. They would love to cuddle, love and play with your dog while in my care! I will take your dog on daily walks with our dog pup and make sure they are happy! Our dog Tulsa loves other dogs and warms up quickly. She loves walks and hikes. She is not food aggressive at all but loves treats! Let me know what your pup needs. Tulsa is crated during our absence and I would prefer to do the same for your pup if we are out. When I am home, Tulsa gets free rein of the main floor and supervision in basement and upstairs for safety. She sleeps in my bedroom and night and I would do the same for your pup, or crate if that’s what you prefer. Tulsa is trained to ask to get on furniture but is sneaky sometimes. If your dog is allowed on furniture, we will allow that on our main sofa, but keep them off our front room sofa - it’s white. I can accommodate special diets and medication, but Tulsa does not have either of those.

She was on time for both meetings and her own dog is so very sweet. We’re so pleased they got along and Sara got them out and about on a beautiful day as well. Now we’re on a long drive home and our pup is actually sleeping in our car, something she never does, so we know she had a wonderful time playing with Sara’s dog. About: We nicknamed our home The Dachs Inn - a weenie wonderland! We’ve cared for Dachshunds for 15 years and specialize in meeting the unique needs of this breed, including dog ramps on our furniture and deck. Our home features a dog door with all-day access to a giant backyard for potty breaks, play time, sunbathing and squirrels!!! Plush dog beds are placed through the home and a giant sectional provides the perfect spot for cuddle time. Daily walks are provided, we even have a dog stroller for senior dogs or those dachshunds suffering from IVDD. I work remotely from home full time and, along with my retired husband, provide hourly drop-in care, play dates, overnight and extended boarding in our home. Additionally, I provide home visits and walking services to families located on the west side of Colorado Springs. Other locations throughout Colorado are considered on case-by-case request for extended care in your home (5 or more days). I have three dachshunds, ages 15, 10, and under 1 year. My dog-friendly home has a fenced back yard, we feed all visiting dogs separately, and can provide daily pictures of your baby’s activities. I can also provide regular weigh-ins, medications, and teeth brushing. I am very active and love going on long walks/hikes (up to three miles) upon request. While I prefer to host only smaller dogs in our home, I am open to all breeds for care at your home - including drop-ins, walks, and house sitting. I kindly ask that all dogs are current on all vaccinations, including kennel cough. For medical emergencies, we are established at Westside Animal Hospital, The Animal Clinic of Woodland Park, and the Emergency Pet Center.
About: Hey there! We are a husband and wife team, both lifelong dog people who've lived with dogs our entire lives. Our own dogs have ranged from 15-pound chihuahua to 100+ pound mastiff, so we've got hands-on experience with all kinds of breeds, sizes, and temperaments. Right now our home is run by two demanding huskies. We treat every dog that stays with us like part of our own family. Every dog has their own personality and preferences, and we take the time to figure out what makes your pup happy - whether that's playtime, cuddles, or just having company nearby. All our dogs get least two walks a day plus plenty of play time and treats in between. As two full-time remote workers, we're also flexible when it comes to scheduling and visits, so don't hesitate to reach out. Both of us work from home full-time so your dog will get constant supervision and love throughout the day. They get at least a mile’s walk every morning and evening (adjusted to each dogs’ needs and preferences), plus lots of play, treats and attention in between. Our home is fully fenced in with a huge yard giving dogs plenty of safe space to run, play and sniff off-leash. Pets are also never left unsupervised. Our two huskies LOVE other dogs and will happily keep your pup company too, so they are never lonely.
“Really appreciated John taking our last-minute booking to take care of my crazy Dalmatian. With high separation anxiety, I'm always uneasy about leaving Spice with someone she does not know. However, my husband dropped her off at John's house, and she was immediately engrossed with sniffing the backyard and didn't even know she had been left. John took her on a nice walk around the neighborhood, and she settled down immediately on the deck in the sunshine when they returned. No tantrums. She was calm and tired when we picked her up this afternoon. Woohoo! Will definitely use John again. BONUS: he lives close to where we do and is so convenient! Thank you, John.”

About: Over the years I’ve cared for a variety of pets— from puppies and kittens to cats and dogs—big and small. I love getting to know their individual personalities and quirks. I understand that each pet requires unique care and attention and look forward to caring for your pet as you would yourself. I am currently working part time so I’ve got the time and attention to offer your pet. My 3 yr old son is an animal lover like his mom and is in school part time. Aside from school drop off and pick up and the occasional errand —we are typically home. So hosting or walking a dog during the morning would be a great fit for our schedule. Mornings are best for me but happy to do afternoons. My son just may be tagging along. I have a small fenced yard. I am happy to walk dogs in my neighborhood or yours. I typically take my dog Goose on a 1-2 mile walk each morning after I drop my son at school. Ideally I could walk your dog and Goose together as he is very friendly. Our two friendly cats have indoor/outdoor access. Your pet will be as welcome in my home as you would like. Dogs are welcome on beds, couches etc. I have an area in my kitchen for their food bowls and will follow whatever diet you give.

I have a securely fenced backyard where dogs can play and relax safely. I specialize in caring for a small to medium size dogs up to 35 pounds and has experience providing a tentative care for senior dogs as well. I work Monday through Friday from 10:30 to 6:30 PM. I am home on the weekends and very flexible with times. Please bring your dog for an relaxing and loving experience! We love our evening and morning walks. “Estelle and her family were great sitters. This was our first time using Rover and we were so glad we did. Estelle and David were kind, they listened to our desires and needs for our dog Lily. They updated us with lots of pictures. We know Lily was in good hands at all times. Being our first time, we were concerned about our dog running off, but those concerns left the moment we walked in the house and saw that they put baby gates in the hallways blocking the dog access to the front door. When we picked up Lily, we knew she enjoyed her stay. We will definitely use Rover again and Estelle and David again as well.”
