About: I have taken care of a variety of animals, starting from a young age. My parents had a little farm and a love for Boxers, a very high energy breed. I have a preference for Great-Danes and other gentle giants, but I love all dogs! Our 1.5 acre backyard is fenced and ready for your pet to play, potty, and chill with our 8 year-old graying pup, Olympus. I walk my pet one mile everyday and often run another mile on my own since my dog is elderly and cannot run with me. Meals are twice, sometimes three times a day. I clean the floors, rugs, and all doggie blankets once a week to maintain a hygienic environment. I work from home so I am always around. I have a flexible schedule that can fit your pups needs. I can manage high-energy pups, I have air conditioning, and I have an insurance plan through Pet Care Insurance.
“Our little 8 pound Cavapoo Rozy had an excellent stay with Jenny and Luna! There was lots of play time, hikes, fetching the ball, snuggling and naps. She did really well with Jenny’s dog Luna who is much bigger but knew how to play with little Rozy. The daily pictures, videos and communication was both fun to see and reassuring to know that Rozy was in good hands. We hope to use her again when we need a dog sitter!”

“Jacob and his boys did an amazing job dog-sitting Tesla overnight! She was happy, well cared for, and clearly felt comfortable with the family. In fact, she didn’t even want to leave when we came to pick her up! It’s obvious he genuinely loves and cares for dogs. I would absolutely trust him with Tesla again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter.”

“Virginia was great as always with our three girls! Our oldest lab always gives us the cold shoulder when we pick her up from other sitters. It’s like she’s upset and punishing us for leaving her with someone else. This time, she was bouncing around and seemed so happy. Like she was saying “finally you found the right person to leave us with! I loved staying here!” So thank you so much Virginia and congrats on the new baby!”
“Darek was fantastic with my pup! She was a happy girl when I picked her up. On top of that, my trip ended up getting extended two extra days and Darek was so helpful and communicative during the whole process, it took a huge weight off of my shoulders as a pet parent! Definitely recommend him as a sitter and will be using him again!!”

“Thanks Tarah for Ranger’s visit. Sounds like he had a wonderful adventure filled visit. He was definitely tired but happy when we picked him up. We would love to have you watch him again!”

“We knew that Jackson took great care of our dog just by the way she interacted with him when we picked her up (obviously gave her lots of loving attention). He kept us informed on how she was doing, kept her busy with walks and socializing with other dogs. Jackson is now our Rover go to!”

“MaKaya, was excellent to work with. She was always responsive in communication. Her puppy and my old dog got along very well. My dog was very happy when I picked him up. I would highly recommend MaKaya!”

“The Dude is in such great hands with Will. He is happy when he arrives, and he is happy when we pick him up, and he looks happy (and relaxed) in all the update photos Will sends. Can't ask for a better sitter for The Dude when we travel.”

“Savannah was wonderful with Alice during her four-night stay! She communicated consistently, sent updates, and made me feel completely at ease while I was away. Most importantly, Alice absolutely loved her and came home happy and well cared for. I would definitely book with Savannah again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, reliable sitter for their dog.”

“Courtney and her two pups took great care of Hamish. She asked questions about what was best for him, sent me updates and pictures, and when I picked up my dog, I could tell that he was really well cared for. Thank you, Courtney”

He always sent updates with photos and videos and it always looked like Rocket was having a great time (out for walks, playing with Dean and his other dogs and having that happy look on his face). We would recommend Dean to anyone looking for their dog to be taken care of in Telluride.”

“5+ stars. Ulli is still a pup and this was the first time I left him with a non-family member. Ulli had a blast and came back happy and healthy. Nichole sent lots of pics of him out enjoying Tahoe life. She even went above and beyond by giving him a brushing and organizing all of his things for pick-up. Really the best. HIGHLY recommend.”

“Becca was great! Will definitely be using her next time we are in town. Our dog was able to play with hers and relax outside throughout the day. He did not want to leave his new friend when we picked him up. Would 100% recommend!”

“Virginia took care of our dog (Dia) during our recent visit to Durango. After our visit, we wished that we live in Durango and thus would have continued access to Dia's home away from home. The environment was top notch, and Virginia was wonderful with Dia who can be quite energetic and reactive. Virginia was a true professional and worked with Dia during her stay. Virginia also spent a significant amount of time at the end of the day to provide much appreciated and helpful training advice. We were so impressed that we brought Dia back for a second day and had more time to visit areas that were not suitable for pets. We were able to enjoy our time in Durango knowing that Dia was in a great place. Thanks Virginia!!!”
