“Yi Ling watched my dog over two weekends, and I was very happy with the care she provided. She was an excellent communicator, always punctual, and completely dependable. One thing to know is that she often watches more than one dog at a time. My dog did great in that environment and enjoyed the opportunity to socialize with other dogs. I would happily book with Yi Ling again!”

“Tamie was wonderful! She's very kind and easy to communicate with and my Baxter immediately felt comfortable in her home. I appreciated the photos and updates that she sent every day. I will definitely book with her again!”

“Laurel was so loving to our little dog Nova. She consistently shared photos and videos so we knew she was having a fantastic time. Thank you so so much for looking after her so well ❤️”

“Absolutely so amazing. I had return trip complications and Jessica was so accommodating about keeping my pup. Happy and fed until I could return home. I could not be more grateful.”

“Sidney was great and gave me many updates on my pup. My dog loved her golden retriever. She looked like she had a bunch of fun. I would definitely use her for future dog boarding needs!”

“Julia is an absolute gem!! 💎 She greeted Kaya at her door and before I even had her bag out, she’d found Kaya’s favorite spot to be petted! I felt so comfortable knowing my girl was with a wonderful pet sitter, it helped make my weekend that much better. The communication was great - the photos and video of her enjoying her best life with Julia’s dog 🐶 and out walking made me smile and know I made the best decision for her. Highly recommend!!”

“Darcy was WONDERFUL with my young dog, Bob and my sensitive, senior dog, Olive. She often sent photos and updates. She frequently took them to the dog park. She has a large, clean house and beautiful, grassy yard. I would not hesitate to leave my dogs in her care again.”

“Kimberly was incredible with my dogs. One is terrified of fireworks so we were hesitant to leave her over the Fourth of July. Kimberly got her cozy with a sound machine and lots of love. My other dog is a paralyzed high maintenance gal and Kimberly didn’t shy away from learning her routine at all. I can’t tell you what a relief it is to leave your babies and not be worried about them the whole time. And she sent lots of sweet photos! Thank you!”

“Riley was so happy with Dalia and Dainius and their daughter Milda! I’m sure she hardly missed me at all between their walks and play time. 😊 It was also wonderful how accommodating they were to watch her less than a week out! Highly recommend!”

“Ryan and Lorien were wonderful with our Charlie dog. Their sweet dog even shared their toy with him. Charlie was given lots of love and attention. We felt at ease having him there while on our vacation. Would definitely book with them again. Thanks!”

“Could not say more positive things about Nawal & Thomas! They went above and beyond with keeping me up to date about all the happenings and adventures my Greyson went on. They genuinely loved him like their own and he came home so incredibly calm and happy. Thank you so so much! Would book again in a heartbeat.”

“Shelly was amazing with Banjo! She helped me feel very comfortable leaving my dog with her and her pack. During the meet and greet she spent time ensuring all the dogs would get along well with one another. During his stay with her I received daily pics and updates about how things were going. Banjo had a blast and was well cared for! Looking forward to booking with Shelly again. Thank you!”

“Jeremy is very communicative and easy to work with! He was always sending us pictures to give us peace of mind. Our pup enjoyed his time at Jeremy’s and we would definitely have him go back.”

About: I’ve had the chance to care for cats for a couple of friends several times over the past few years, and it’s something I genuinely enjoy. I love getting to know each cat’s unique personality and making sure they feel comfortable and cared for while their owner is away. I’m attentive, dependable, and will provide daily playtime, if desired. I am happy to keep owners updated with messages and pictures so they can relax knowing their cat is in good hands.

About: I’ve always been trusted to take care of other’s pets while they’re away even before I was old enough to join Rover. I’ve owned all kinds of breeds, I’ve rescued and raised since kitten age. I’m comfortable with all kinds of cats, shy ones, frisky ones, lazy ones, etc. Trust me to keep your cat in safe hands! 🐾

About: I have cared for cats my entire life, including cats with FLUTD and asthma. I am comfortable administering medications, monitoring for symptoms or behavior changes, cleaning litter boxes (including robot litter boxes), and following specific feeding routines and care instructions closely. I understand that cats can have very different personalities and comfort levels, and I always take a calm patient approach to help them feel safe and comfy.

“Aj is absolutely wonderful with our two kitties and our home! Communication is quick, home visits are reliable, photos and thorough descriptions of the drop-ins are always provided, and most of all... both our cats (even our shy guy) are comfortable around Aj and get enough love/play that we get to come home to a happy house each time.”

“Brooklyn was fantastic with Tiger and Tanner! She was flexible, reliable, and gave them excellent care, which gave us complete peace of mind. We’ll definitely be booking her again!”

About: I have always been around animals, never in my life have I not had a dog. Growing up I volunteered at the local animal shelter walking, training and taking care of the animals there. Once I got my own car I started sitting for friends and family. As a massage therapist I took animal massage courses in school, I am very comfortable handling animals. I love being outdoors and active, I am very excited about being a dog walker. In my home we are very relaxed, allowing our pets lots of room and freedoms to play inside and outside in the fenced yard as well as lounge on the couches and pet beds. We don't use crates or keep animals separated unless instructed by their people, we like for the dogs to be together and play with eachother! That being said, we do have spare rooms for pets that have social anxieties. I am currently working part time so I have plenty of time to care for your pups! When I work I am home by noon to give potty breaks and lots of love and attention! My back yard is a nice fenced yard for safe play time and potty breaks. I have 2 dogs to keep your furbaby company during their stay. Crates are available if preferred for alone time or night time.
“Mike has been super reliable, professional and friendly. The first day we had some technical issues with the automatic door lock and he came by three times to re-try and troubleshoot until we could figure things out. We trust him.”

“Belinda watched out 5 cats while we were out of town, 2 of which need medication. She was friendly, had good communication, and listened to all the notes I had for our babies. She also sent pictures and kept me updated.”
About: I've house and pet sit for friends & family for years, due to my size I can walk more than one big dog at a time. I'm a Lyft driver so pets and home can come first during my work week without any worries because I set my own schedule at Lyft. I will provide the exact rules that you leave for your home and pets and act as if I could be you the parents as much as I able while you're gone.

“Anna is great and super reliable. Definitely eases our mind knowing our two cats were in great hands while we were away. Even our shy boy, who is so afraid of new people came out to say hi. I appreciate the detailed updates and photos. It was our first time working with Anna and it will not be our last. Thanks again! Until next time!”

“Sadie was fantastic taking care of our two cats. Both have different health issues and she took great care with the all the specific needs both require. She stayed over the holidays to look after them while we were away and came back to a pair of happy, loved kitties and also a clean home. Can’t recommend her enough!”

“Mark was attentive to the needs of my cat, Sparkle. dropping in twice a day, giving her attention and winning over her affections, she’s a very shy cat and doesn’t let just anyone be near her or pet her. Sparkle requires medication once a day, Mark had no problems giving it.”

“Julia was fantastic! She provided great updates and pictures and made us feel safe leaving our cats while we were traveling. Julia went above and beyond. We'll definitely work with her again in the future.”

“Erin and Sebastian went above and beyond in caring for our pup Percy! We had a last-minute request, and they were incredibly accommodating, responsive, and kind. Throughout the day, they kept us updated with plenty of photos and made sure Percy was entertained and comfortable. With his medical needs, including medication administration, they were attentive and thorough—we could tell he was in great hands. It’s clear they genuinely love and care for the animals they look after. If you’re looking for trustworthy, communicative, and compassionate pet sitters on Rover, I can’t recommend Erin and Sebastian enough!”

“George and Abigail are fantastic dog sitters. You can see they really love all dogs. Our dog Luna can be timid, but she gets so excited to go to their house. Her new besties are Mac and Gus, their dogs. She has a great time playing all day. I would highly recommend them for any type of Pet care !”

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life, but most of my pet care experience comes from my own dog, Tuna. I adopted Tuna in 2014, when he was a year old, and he lived with me for 12 wonderful years until he crossed the rainbow bridge in October 2025. I am becoming a Rover sitter to bring the companionship of a dog back into my life while offering other pet parents the highest level of dedicated care. Through caring for Tuna and my family's dogs over the years, I have extensive experience with all types of dogs, including highly active young adults and seniors requiring specialized care. As a former pet parent, I understand how stressful it is to leave your dog with someone else and trust they will be cared for as you would. I aim to ease that stress with loving, supportive, and dedicated care. I have included more detailed information on my experience below. Senior care: -Experienced in administering daily oral medications and supplements while managing strict dosing schedules. -Familiar with guiding dogs through physical therapy exercises, managing arthritis, and accommodating the slower pace of aging pets. -Experienced in managing complex nutritional needs, including transition care, dehydrated food, and preparing fresh meals from scratch. -Ability to manage specialized routines, including transporting pets to appointments such as veterinary acupuncture or maintaining routines for such appointments. Behavioral needs: -Experienced caring for a highly reactive dog with a history of abuse. -Familiar with reading dog body language, avoiding triggers during walks, and managing anxious or fearful dogs. -Skilled at establishing a calm, low-stress environment for dogs who need extra time to warm up to new people or spaces. Exercise needs: -Well-versed in safely handling dogs while hiking, camping, and swimming in the Colorado outdoors. -Accustomed to providing multiple structured walks a day, tailored to your dog's energy level. Hygiene needs: -Routine experience with monthly bathing, nail trimming, and ear cleaning. I work almost entirely from home Monday through Friday (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.). While I keep regular work hours, my job offers excellent flexibility. This means your pup won't be left alone; I am readily available throughout the day for potty breaks, neighborhood walks, and dedicated playtime. If your pet requires a specific medication schedule, multiple feedings a day, or extra companionship while you are away, I can seamlessly integrate their routine into my workday. When your pet is with me, they are treated like family. I aim to provide a safe, structured, and deeply affectionate environment so you can have total peace of mind. If they are used to cuddling on the couch or sleeping in bed, they are more than welcome to do so. However, I am happy to enforce any house rules and boundaries you already have in place. Overall, I maintain a very clean, organized, and pet-proofed home. All trash cans have lids, plants are kept out of reach, and miscellaneous items are never left out where a dog can reach them. I live in a third-floor apartment with no elevator. My home is best suited for dogs who are fully mobile or small enough to be easily carried, as we will need to navigate two flights of stairs for every outing. My apartment complex features a private dog park and plenty of walking paths. I also have access to a community doggy bathing station, which is perfect if your dog requires bathing while in my care.
“From start to finish I was absolutely amazed by the kindness and professionalism that I was shown! I always appreciate when my pup can do a meet and greet so I can have the peace of mind knowing he is comfortable in the environment I am leaving him in. During the stay I got pictures of how well my baby was doing. And when I had an unexpected trip to urgent care for my family member they were able to keep my pup happy for a bit longer than what was planned. He came home and crashed because he was so tired from his big play date! 10/10 would recommend!!”

About: Hello there! My name is Danielle and I would love to spend some time with your fur babies! I grew up with a bunch of pups running around (although I do not have any of my own now) and I have been sitting through Rover for almost 10 years, so I have a lot of experience to bring to the table :) Most of my experience is with rescue pups (including any quirks that they may have because of this) but over the years I've stayed with a bunch of elderly pets who require extra attention, meds, specialized care, etc. But I love to take care of all types of animals - I've been tasked to care for dogs and cats but other animals as well including lizards/bearded dragons, a few different types of large birds and even donkeys! I'm happy to work with you to provide the best care to your fur babies while I am watching them. I know different dogs and even different breeds can have wildly different needs and my goal is to keep them as calm and happy as possible while you are away. All my services are in your home only, including day care. Drop ins are for visits less than 1 hour (sometimes multiples per day), Day Care is longer visits (usually between 4-8 hours per day) but no overnights and housesitting is full time, 24 hour care including overnights. ***Rover has taken away full autonomy of our calendars. The Rover calendar only shows approx 80% of my housesitting availability. To see all available days (I update frequently), please look under "Availability" I freelance so I can work from home (aka right from your couch or home office.) As long as you can share your wifi password, I can be with them as needed. I can easily make sure I'm there to check in on them/work around their schedule. I'll most likely be with them more often than not during the day, and can stay with them all night as well. **Rover's housesitting calender only shows about 80% of my availability, below lists my full availability. I'll update regularly. If you're looking for something farther out/not listed, I'd love to hear from you! Available Housesitting Dates 2026 Oct 10-15th Oct 18-Oct 22nd Nov 22-27th I will treat your pets and your home like it's my own. I will try my best to keep your fur babies on their normal, daily schedule. The only difference is that I would be the human doing the feeding, walking, snuggling, etc instead of the pet parent(s). I find this works best for most pets, and their parents, especially if there is any separation anxiety. During our meet and greet, I'll ask all about their daily schedule so I know how to best care for your fur babies during my stay. I work from home (aka right from your couch or home office), so I can be there with them most of the day and cater to their normal daily schedule :) Please be aware - during extreme temperature months, outside time (walks, etc) may be modified for everyone's health and safety. For example, in the winter/cold months, walks will primarily be done around mid day when it is warmest and during summer, walks would be done early or late to avoid the hottest times of the day. I am happy to discuss this with you during our meet and greet to come to an arrangement that works for everyone
“Andrea and Pumpkin were great! We were able to do a meet and greet with them a few days before my dogs dog day care stay, which was very much appreciated! Andrea provided updates and pictures throughout the day and was very accommodating for my dog. Thank you again Andrea!”

“Ben is awesome! Super responsible, easy to communicate with and has extensive dog training experience. All of which means that we 100% trust him to take care of our dog and also provide enriching activities - leaving us with a tired and v happy dog at the end of the day!”

“Helped us when I was in a pinch to find a sitter for an early morning stay and took amazing care of Drax I couldn’t have asked for more ! Felt relieved knowing that he was in good hands while I was away”

I understand how important it is to feel confident leaving your pet in someone else’s care, so I treat every pet like they’re my own. I provide: • Safe, structured, and engaging walks • Attention to your dog’s pace, personality, and needs • Consistent routines to keep pets comfortable and stress free • Plenty of attention, playtime, and positive interaction My primary focus right now is to meet new people to help and new pets to include into my caregiving routine. About: I’ve been pet-sitting for friends and family over the past few years, and it’s become something I truly enjoy. Most pets warm up to me pretty quickly, and I enjoy giving them the attention, care, and love they deserve. I like to get dogs out for plenty of walks. I’ve found that regular exercise is one of the best ways to keep them calm, especially if they are anxious while you’re gone. Cats will get lots of petting and playtime as well. I know that leaving your pet in the care of someone new can be a leap of faith, so I’m happy to send plenty of pictures and updates. At the end of the day, I treat every pet like they’re my own and want you to feel confident they’re in good hands while you’re away. My routine is flexible and centered around each cat’s needs. I typically start the day by feeding them, giving any medications if needed, and spending a few minutes offering attention and affection if they’re in the mood. I know every cat has a different personality and routine, so I’m happy to follow whatever schedule they’re used to. Some cats love company and plenty of petting, while others prefer a quiet day and their own space. I’m comfortable with both and let each cat set the pace while making sure they’re well cared for and comfortable. I know that trusting someone with your pet and your home is a big decision, and I take that responsibility seriously. I make it a priority to follow your instructions closely (a written list is extremely helpful), keep your cat’s routine as consistent as possible, and make sure they always have fresh food, water, and a clean litter box. I’m attentive to any changes in behavior and will communicate with you promptly if I notice anything concerning. I’ll also send regular updates and photos so you can feel confident that your cat is happy, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away. I treat every home with respect and always leave it just as I found it.
“Allison is a very attentive person who walks both her dog and mine twice during a play date. She is patient with my pup who is very energetic. Her dog Milo is a sweetheart and he and Ziggy have fun together.”

“June was awesome! My little guy doesn't stay many other places but home and my friends. I moved away from my friends and needed the occasional sitter. She is very communicative and friendly. Dexter can be a timid pup but she made him feel at home for the day! Thanks again!!”

My home is very pet-centered, and I understand how important it is for animals to feel safe and cared for.
“Coral is a sweetheart and my pets loved her. She was flexible, respectful, responsive and available to walk Lucy at the last minute due to a change in our work schedules. And though that’s all I hired her for, she also paused to pet my kitties and share updates on them as well which was much appreciated during my long days at work. When the need arises again I will for sure ask her to come back.”

About: Hello, my name is May, and I use any pronouns. I grew up taking care of animals, and I have wanted to care, protect, treat, and defend them since I could breathe. I am a certified dog trainer and I have multiple years of professional animal care experience outside of Rover. My interests are medicine, welfare, conservation, education, and ecology. My skills are grooming, lodging, daycare, training, education, and medical care. I have even worked with dogs from k9 and search & rescue teams. I have experience caring for dog, cat, fish, turtle, chicken, guinea pig, lizard, and bird. I am a cat mother and fingers crossed a dog mom someday soon as well. I can take care of your pets/companion animals from any age, breed, or size. You name it, and I will be there for them. Common questions: What if my companion animal has a medical condition? You let me know what they need, and I can accommodate them, even if they have behavioral struggles. I am patient, understanding, and gentle. What if they need medications? No need to worry. I can administer medications via subcutaneous, transdermal, oral pills or liquids, or even instramuscular per perscription instructions. What if they are high energy? High energy animals have high activity levels, which means they require frequent exercise and attention. To accomodate these needs, I can be available for multiple daily visits, walk them, and even curate a training plan for them. Your animal family members deserve the best. They deserve a professional. Not just someone who loves them, but one who you can trust to care for them in every capacity while you're away in safe hands. My skills: ✨️ Administering medications (via any route; Oral liquid or pill, IM, SQ, Transdermal) ✨️ Grooming/Bathing ✨️ Nail Trims ✨️ Meal Prep & Feeding ✨️ Animal Behavior ✨️ Training ✨️ Medical Care Rover is something I fit into my life whenever I can while I work & continue education. Some seasons are busier than others, and that's normal. Companion Care is already a part of my daily life, so these requests come as a breeze for me. I try to update my calender monthly, but if things don't look right, if your other sitter isn't available, or if you just need someone ASAP, you are always free to message me any time in the app. I try to reply as soon as possible, but sometimes I don't recieve notifications, so it may take me a few hours to reply in some instances. My calender should reflect my un-availability at minimum. If you have any questions, please message me as I am flexible and will accommodate where possible. Keeping things fear-free as much as possible is a priority for me. I like to keep things calm, relaxing, and easy or neutral. When I meet them for the first time during the meet & greet, I wait for them to come up to me. It's what they are comfortable with. This helps everyone establish trust and familiarity. My hope is that I can be your go to whenever you need companion care. Sometimes, I use miracle tones to help with fear, it is soothing and calming for all. Wildlife or "Pet" TV is a great option to add to their environment while you are away as it helps them feel less alone and gives them something to interact with. I like to stick to a rhythm or routine. As I enter their palace, I introduce myself gently by using a high pitched soft tone and a treat. Then, I let them sniff me out before they welcome me through. Any grievances? No siree! Next, I like to start feedings and medications after activities. But, I take it at their pace.

Thanks!”

“Jeremy is very communicative and easy to work with! He was always sending us pictures to give us peace of mind. Our pup enjoyed his time at Jeremy’s and we would definitely have him go back.”

“Amber was amazing! She took such great care of Melek and was even kind enough to keep him a little longer than planned, which we really appreciated. Thank you so much for your flexibility and care”

“What a great experience we had with our pet sitting… Our puppy, Bentley, was so happy to be there. So loved and taken care of. He was definitely part of their family and I so appreciate that. We will definitely be back.”

“Jen has been one of my go to’s when looking for a sitter. I trust Jen and feel that Sloane is safe whenever I leave her there. Jen takes Sloane on walks and sends updates throughout the day, which I appreciate! And I know Sloane enjoys having a backyard to run around in.”

“We had a great experience with Alex. He is very kind and is a dog lover. He was great with communication and drop off pickup and being flexible with our times. He let us enjoy our trip but sent a few messages and took amazing photos of our dog Chip. He was thoughtful and gave us some prints and a magnet of his photography of our cutie pup Chip. We will definitely be using Alex again. Thank you!”

“Robert was a great doggy sitter! He got my my dogs to trust him and feel comfortable enough to get belly rubs and snuggle. First time I've seen that happen! He kept me up to date with pictures and videos and was just an all-around pleasant person. I take several trips a year and he is now my go-to doggie sitter! Thank you for treating my babies like family.”

“Kyleigh was fantastic, took great care of my senior dog with disabilities. Loved the photo updates and could tell that he was very comfortable while we were away on vacation. Will definitely try to request Kyleigh again next time.”

“Alejandra and Patrick took great care of our dog, River. They provided updates every night of his stay. We've never seen him sleep for so long after returning home.”
