I appreciated Amanda's proactive approach (e.g. thinking to add more litter to the box when it got low even though I hadn't mentioned this). She was also understanding and flexible with last-minute changes and requests (e.g. dealing with a problem accessing the house on the first visit, being flexible with my return time, and taking down the trash/recycling). About: I grew up always having cats in my home and sitting for neighborhood dogs! I have taken care of a variety of pets such as fish, tortoises, snakes, birds, dogs, and cats! Some of those animals have needed special care such as anxious dogs getting meds, paralyzed cats needing diaper changes, and fish that need water treatment! About: We can transport your furry friend(s) to my home and back to yours from 8:30a to 6:30p. I’ve owned at least one dog since I was 10 and loved everyone that has came into my life. From walking, to playing, to bathing (most of the time both of us by the end of it lol) it was a joy. I do have experience caring for senior dogs and puppies. I can administer oral medication. Currently I am staying at home full time as I just had my baby at the end of October ‘25. Have occasional doctors appointments during the week or random errands. There will be very limited time pups are left unattended. My husband also helps with the dogs and can sometimes take them to the dog park in Wellington or Ault. I have a new baby as of the end of October and have 2 female dogs in the home, one is 2.5 and the other is 13, the older one sticks to herself mostly but sometimes regulates the puppies and tells them to slow it down. Both are very well socialized and do not have any issues with other dogs. We can set up a time to do a meet and greet or work through a plan of separation (if necessary!! Normally it is not) which I have practiced and am set up for. I have my backyard spilt into 2 runs as well as an isolation pen. This is to help with any entrance excitement. If a dog is really pushy at the gate they’ll be put into a different section of fencing so they don’t push out. We have plenty of toys here, and ask that bones are not brought with to prevent any issues.

About: I am well informed on how to safely and properly administer shots and pills to various dog breeds , i also know how to wash and take care of various breeds! i am not a stranger to livestock i’ve been around it my whole life! Pet care fits really well into my routine. I’m a student at CSU (Go Rams!), and now that summer break has started, I’m available full-time with a very flexible schedule. I’m available for morning walks, daytime visits, evening care, and longer stays throughout the week and on weekends. About: I've been a dog person since I was a kid! About: Before attending CSU I worked for a professional pet care company for nearly 2 years where I managed daily walks for a variety of breeds, ages, and dispositions, administered specialized care and medication to dogs with conditions such as epilepsy, and fostered strong and trusting bonds with their owners. Now I am a proud owner of a gorgeous golden retriever and I am so in love. There are a few reasons why I would love to sit your dog: I would love to learn more, want my pup to interact with other dogs (we are planning on getting more) and really its just awesome to spend time with them. My 5 month golden has started training and he is not aggressive at all, rest assured. We also love to hike and go on walks, your pet will be well cared for!
