“Amazing experience. Great person and sitter. Immediately felt comfortable leaving our dog, and our dog gave no hesitation to walk in, stay, and be left. We have a nervous dog, so new places and people can make her hesitant. She immediately took to the sitter and the house. We received pics of her activities through the day and she seemed so happy and confident. If she is uncomfortable it becomes obvious quickly, once we received a pic of her napping and comfortable we knew we made the right decision. I am so glad we took our dog here, and she came home tired and stress free. Wonderful experience. Next time we come to the area this is the person we want to watch our dog.”

“Like many others, I am an anxious dog mom and can be a bit nervous trusting new people to take care of my girl, Jagger. She’s a sensitive soul, and I’ve had a few bad experiences in the past. However, I’m so happy to say that Dan exceeded expectations with my pup! I took her to his home for a day of daycare, and she had the best time. Dan has a nice home and spacious backyard, which is great for my dog since she’s a big girl and enjoys sniffing, running around and basking in sun like a lizard. He has two dogs of his own, which was a huge bonus for her since she loves making new friends. She loved Dan from the moment they met and loved him just as much (maybe even more!) when I picked her up. Seeing how she acts around caretakers is a huge indicator for me about how comfortable she is and how well she’s being taken care of while I’m away. Dan gets 10/10 stars for this. Even when I came to pick her up, she was still running over the Dan for pets and lovins! She was happy to see me and ready to go home but not in a “please get me out of here” way that I’ve experienced before with other daycares and caretakers. What’s more, whenever I reached out to check on how things were going, Dan responded to me in a timely manner. It was also extremely comforting to know that Dan has such an extensive background in animal care/welfare. It reassured me that he knows what to do if something is wrong with my pup. Overall, I’m really happy with Dan and how he cared for my sweet girl! I’m so excited to have found a good fit for my dog!”

Most dogs I've spent time with are high energy dogs like Australian shepard's but I've also spent time with low energy like Saint Bernards. I live in a camper but your fur baby will not be home alone! Our campground has a fenced dog run and I would love to visit some parks if comfortable. About: I have cared for my own pets for decades. I have sat with dogs from puppies to seniors. I love to calm their nerves and give them tactile care. I am currently retired and this has been goal for years to spend these years caring for others loved ones (pet) so they can travel. I lost my beloved Willis in June and decided to care for others pets to bring some joy I will be caring for pets in their own environment and will follow the owners instructions as to their care and safety. Any special needs will be followed per the owners instructions. My Willis was blind and diabetic for the last five years of his life.

About: I have had pets of all ages, from puppies to senior dogs and have cared for all their needs. Growing up with pets has helped me develop empathy for creatures that cannot verbally communicate with us humans. I am currently racing on the cycling team at Colorado Mesa University as well as studying and walking dogs will fit perfectly into active time off the bike. Bryanna is a dog trainer at heart and they learned a few new skills such as her touch recall. They got to sleep all together on their big comfy couch in their cool air conditioned home and play in their fenced in yard.
