“We weren’t able to book our normal sitter for our dog reactive pup and thought we’d have to miss a family trip until we met with Chris. Chris met with us and our pup a couple times very close to the date of the trip a to make sure our dog was comfortable in the new environment with new person. Once it seemed like he was, we talked through our dogs reactivity with Chris who was very attentive and understanding. He even went out of his way to let his neighbor (who has a dog) know he’d have a reactive pup there which was very thoughtful. About: I am 18 and I graduated highschool may 2026. I have a lot of experience with dogs and other animals. When I was younger I participated in dog training 4-h where I would take my dog and train him surrounded by a lot of other dogs. I also worked at a doggy daycare where I would watch many dogs at once and keep them all calm, fed, and happy. I have four dogs of my own, two Dalmatians and two chiawawa mixes. “We have been traveling for a week and changing plans due to the lack of snow so we made a very last minute request and Emma was super flexible and communicative. She took great care of Minnie! Minnie can be anxious when away from home but was much calmer than usual when we picked her up. When Minnie needed space from Emma’s playful dogs, Emma gave Minnie her own space in the house. We got updates and photos during the day too. We highly recommend Emma and would use her again if we’re traveling in this area again.”

About: I love big dogs, especially GSDs, but have experience with many ages, breeds, and sizes. I grew up with several labs. The last 10 years I raised a German Shepherd from 8 weeks that sadly passed away last summer. Needless to say I miss being covered in dog hair. I have experience with various personalities, separation anxiety, cuts/injuries, and administering medication. I enjoy taking dogs on walks, hikes, and going to parks, but can also just hang out with your pup if that’s what’s desired. I'm comfortable with everything from 8-week-old puppies to senior dogs (note for senior dogs: they will need to go up stairs). Your dog will be spoiled, loved, and probably a little tired by the time you pick them up. I work from home, so your dog is never stuck home alone. They'll have access all day, every day to backyard zoomie sessions in my large, fully-fenced yard, midday sniff adventures, and plenty of couch time in between. Big dogs especially love the backyard! I offer boarding seven days a week and doggy daycare Monday through Friday. Drop-off and pick-up can easily work around your schedule. My home is a dog-friendly zone. The backyard is large and fully fenced. I don't typically use crates. Your dog is free to roam comfortably inside and out, just like they would at home. However, if you would like me to crate them I can. My own friendly dog is part of the package, so your pup will have a built-in buddy to hang out with! I do a slow introduction to make sure the dogs hit it off. As for furniture, I follow your lead! If your dog is used to the couch, they're welcome on mine. If you'd prefer they stay off, I'll happily reinforce that (my dog has already claimed the good cushion anyway). Since I work from home, I'm around to keep an eye on things all day.

About: I've been an animal lover my entire life. Ever since I was a little girl I would bring home injured or stray animals to care for. I've raised an assortment of pets from parakeets, cats, fish, bunnies, chickens, ducks, and many dogs. Our dogs are like our children to us. It's our goal to provide the very best life we could possibly give them with lots of love, structure, exercise, a good healthy diet, and medical attention when required. Any animal that comes in our presence will experience the same treatment. I work full-time remotely. While we don't have a yard per se, we live in the mountains bumped up against BLM land with lots of hiking trails and areas to walk. Our dogs get exercised daily on the trails surrounding our home. With my at-home work schedule, I have the flexibility to take walks for my breaks and lunch hour and to get up and take care of things as needed through out the day. We get up early and go outside immediately so our dogs can relieve themselves then we go in and have breakfast. After breakfast, I start work while the dogs tend to relax on the bed behind me. I will take them out to potty again on my first break then on my lunch hour, we go for a walk through the forest behind the house. They get another potty break on my second break and then another short walk after I sign out of work for the day in the evening time. We free-feed our dogs but if we have other dogs in the house we will adjust the feeding and schedule to the visiting dog(s). We are normally in bed around 10 pm and our dogs are fully on our schedule for sleeping. If we need to step out for a bit, our dogs are good being left alone in the house but we do have a crate if needed for dogs that aren't good being left alone.

Not only that, but I grew up spending every summer on my grandparent's farm where I learned to take care of all manners of animals and their specific needs. Dog walks or short visits during the day can be arranged as long as they are done so well in advance. I have two relatively high energy dogs who need a lot of attention. Generally, I take them to an open fenced in space in the mornings to play fetch then go for a walk. We then go for a shorter walk in the evenings. We have a small fenced garden that we let them out in to do their business when they need to 2-3 times per day. As our dogs have gotten older and more mellow/better behaved we've relaxed a number of rules such going on furniture or sleeping in our room at night.
About: I have been around dogs since the day I was born. Always living with at least two in my house. Most have been rescues but I have had the opportunity to train some from 8 weeks old. I watch both of my best friends dogs when they go out of town usually for a couple of nights. I love dogs with all my heart. I always walk and care for them no matter whose they are. About: I am 18 and I graduated highschool may 2026. I have a lot of experience with dogs and other animals. When I was younger I participated in dog training 4-h where I would take my dog and train him surrounded by a lot of other dogs. I also worked at a doggy daycare where I would watch many dogs at once and keep them all calm, fed, and happy. I have four dogs of my own, two Dalmatians and two chiawawa mixes. So I have a lot of experience in handling all types of dog sizes and breeds. As for other animals, I have the most experience with fish and guinea pigs as I used to care for fish at my job and my little sister had a guinea pig so I know everything about how to care for one. I have a dog mat in my car so can take your pets for rides if that is something you would like. If I am at your home I will keep up on the house, and use anything for the dog that you need, and keep up on any house chores necessary while you are away.
