About: We share our home with a 15 years young, grumpy old-man Chihuahua, a 7-year old Chihuahua mix, and a new Husky-mix puppy. Dogs provide us with so much love and kindness on a daily basis, that's why I believe we should offer that same kindness back to them! Rochelle has been caring for dogs for well over a decade, from totally healthy to those needing special care (medicine, slower walks, special feeding requirements). In general, our pups get along great with low-energy dogs and low-energy dogs are ideal clients! Though, the puppy can also help us with higher energy pups. Rochelle works from home full time. We REQUIRE a meet and greet prior to booking new clients, no exceptions. Due to medical concerns, Rochelle is only able to care for small to medium size dogs for the safety of your dog(s) and my own safety. Willing to consider dogs who are larger in size only if they have completed intensive behavioral training (such as therapy dog training or hunting dog training) in which your dog will respond to commands 100% of the time. Thank you for your understanding. Note: I had a name change in 2024 from Caitlyn to Rochelle. Ben was added to the account in 2026. We’re happy to share our home with pups!
“We have been traveling for a week and changing plans due to the lack of snow so we made a very last minute request and Emma was super flexible and communicative. She took great care of Minnie! Minnie can be anxious when away from home but was much calmer than usual when we picked her up. When Minnie needed space from Emma’s playful dogs, Emma gave Minnie her own space in the house. We got updates and photos during the day too. We highly recommend Emma and would use her again if we’re traveling in this area again.”

About: My husband and I dearly miss the company and compassion of our golden retriever and collie. So, missing having a pet around, we have joined Rover as a to be able to extend our warmth to other people's pets. We like to express ourselves to a dog/puppy through cuddling, brushing, belly rubs, and active walks that delight them. We have a third-of-an-acre, fully fenced-in backyard (see our pics!) as well as an array of large public parks within a mile of our house. And we have to mention the nice doggy pool we have added! We are well accustomed to attending to feeding schedules, walking schedules, and hugging time (always). As my husband and I are both at home 24/7, we keep a close eye and ear on the barking and tail wagging, and we don't leave the pet unattended for a minute. We are a couple in midlife who have oodles of time to spend attending to a pet. We have a large fenced-in yard (1/3 acre), a large doggy pool, and multiple city parks within walking distance. Over the past 12 years, we have had our two loving dogs together, and they have trained us well to be attentive to potty breaks, exercise and romping, meal times, occasional snacks, and cuddles.

I have open availability for whatever you have in mind - for the same cost of a kennel or less, your dog can stay in his environment while you are away, with plenty of company/outside time/exercise as you see fit. Happy to take long walks if needed. Your pup is also welcome to stay in my home if you’d prefer as long they are ok with other dogs/cats! Open availability, full time care. If housesitting I’m happy to spend majority of day with your pets, however will need to leave a few hours of day to take care of my own. About: I've been an animal lover my entire life. Ever since I was a little girl I would bring home injured or stray animals to care for. I've raised an assortment of pets from parakeets, cats, fish, bunnies, chickens, ducks, and many dogs. Our dogs are like our children to us. It's our goal to provide the very best life we could possibly give them with lots of love, structure, exercise, a good healthy diet, and medical attention when required. Any animal that comes in our presence will experience the same treatment. I work full-time remotely. While we don't have a yard per se, we live in the mountains bumped up against BLM land with lots of hiking trails and areas to walk. Our dogs get exercised daily on the trails surrounding our home. With my at-home work schedule, I have the flexibility to take walks for my breaks and lunch hour and to get up and take care of things as needed through out the day. We get up early and go outside immediately so our dogs can relieve themselves then we go in and have breakfast. After breakfast, I start work while the dogs tend to relax on the bed behind me. I will take them out to potty again on my first break then on my lunch hour, we go for a walk through the forest behind the house. They get another potty break on my second break and then another short walk after I sign out of work for the day in the evening time. We free-feed our dogs but if we have other dogs in the house we will adjust the feeding and schedule to the visiting dog(s). We are normally in bed around 10 pm and our dogs are fully on our schedule for sleeping. If we need to step out for a bit, our dogs are good being left alone in the house but we do have a crate if needed for dogs that aren't good being left alone.

From bathroom breaks to water breaks Shawn handled it. If the doggies were low on food/water he took care of it. He walked the dogs on various routes within the neighborhood to keep them interested. About: I come from an animal loving family and have had a wide range of pets my entire life. From dogs, to cats, to fish, and rats! We always had some sort of pet at all times and I always had a hand in caring for them all. I recently moved to the Denver area and am amazed at the amount of people who own a dog! About: I grew up around dogs. At just 10 years old, my mom involved me in dog sitting for a neighbor. I worked for her until I turned 18, cleaning kennels, walking the dogs, and dog sitting when she traveled. “We are from WI and went to Denver for a wedding. Jamie is a very personable sitter. The dogs were very happy to see us obviously but I think they really enjoyed their stay. Jamie has a beautiful yard that is fenced in with lots of trees for shade and grass for comfort. She explained her history with dog sitting and genuinely seemed to enjoy the dogs. I wld definitely take the dogs back to her if we need a multi day stay in the future. Wld highly recommend.”

“We weren’t able to book our normal sitter for our dog reactive pup and thought we’d have to miss a family trip until we met with Chris. Chris met with us and our pup a couple times very close to the date of the trip a to make sure our dog was comfortable in the new environment with new person. Once it seemed like he was, we talked through our dogs reactivity with Chris who was very attentive and understanding. He even went out of his way to let his neighbor (who has a dog) know he’d have a reactive pup there which was very thoughtful. During the trip, Chris gave us great updates and we felt good knowing he was in good hands. If we need a sitter again for any period of time, Chris will definitely be top of mind. Thanks Chris!”

She went to the park daily and had plenty of walks. We were updated throughout or vacation with pictures and videos.
