After the first boarding (not with Charles and Rachael), my dog was visibly anxious and distressed. He slept for almost two days after getting back. I could tell Gunner had a much better time. He was the same dog coming out of the service as he was going in. Gunner got a ton of walks and even went out to breakfast with Charles and Rachael. Rachael was excellent in handling all the daily ritual quirks of my dog. Communication and scheduled was absolutely easy. I would 100% recommend Charles and Rachael to anyone. We have a room set aside for acclimating them, and a large fenced backyard for them to wander around. I care for your pets as though they were my own. About: I’ve been dog sitting since I was 14 years . I’ve pet sit family friends, family,etc. I’ve watched animals up to weeks and treat them like my own. The dogs I watched come in different sizes and breeds. I’ve also watched cats and kittens! I walk the dogs at least two times a day and let them out about 3 to 4 times a day in the backyard. I ask the pet owner there food routine and walking routine if they have one. Pets are allowed on couch and bed. If owner has trained dog to not get on furniture I will respect there rules and not allow it while under my care. I brush and I can wash owner pet if recommended or needed with owners permission.

About: I have cared for pets since I was a young child. My life wouldn’t be complete without them. I’ve owned, fostered, and now sit for all kinds of pets. We have a room set aside for acclimating them, and a large fenced backyard for them to wander around. I care for your pets as though they were my own. While being a stay at home with my two littles, I have lots of time to play, watch, walk, and more. We are always happy to share our home or let your family run around the fenced in backyard. We have a small kitten that is half in and half outside so we can always accommodate. There is a great walking path for us or running around in the backyard.

“First off, I apologize for this LONG OVERDUE review. So I do apologize for that. The whole reason I reached out to John and Elena is that I am constantly on the road and working over 60 hours a week. When I first reached out to John he was very quick to respond and wanted to set up a meet and greet. I think this is so important because you get the chance to see how your furry friend will interact with their caretaker, and determine if it's the right fit. Immediately upon exiting my car, Lacie was wagging her tail, and could tell that she was in good hands. Lacie is very in tune with her surroundings and took to John rather quickly. John took her around the block to get acquainted with Lacie and myself. He asked questions that would best help understand her needs and I could tell he paid attention to every detail about my furry best friend. John and Elana decided to take Lacie in and I honestly don't think she wanted to leave! I received pictures and videos daily, and any time I would reach out I would get an immediate update. Lacie is certainly a momma's girl, but I was so relieved to know she was in good hands. Lacie and the other house dogs got along great, and she was smiling in every picture that was sent my way. Something else that I appreciated was that John extended Lacie's stay at my request with no hesitation. For someone like me with an unpredictable schedule, things are always up in the air, it was a breath of fresh air to have great people like these two to care for my girl.
