After the first boarding (not with Charles and Rachael), my dog was visibly anxious and distressed. He slept for almost two days after getting back. I could tell Gunner had a much better time. He was the same dog coming out of the service as he was going in. Gunner got a ton of walks and even went out to breakfast with Charles and Rachael. Rachael was excellent in handling all the daily ritual quirks of my dog. Communication and scheduled was absolutely easy. I would 100% recommend Charles and Rachael to anyone. We did our meet & greet and first stay yesterday, and it was honestly my best experience on Rover so far, especially because of how great a time Rocco had and how comfortable I felt. Danielle knows I love receiving Rocco pics, and she sent more than a few, which made me smile more than couple times. I could see how relaxed and happy he was, even though he has separation anxiety. She was very thorough with all information she would need for Maya to include medications, feeding schedule, pet insurance, routine vet locations and local 24/7 emergency vet services prior to me dropping Maya off. She truly loved and cared for Maya as if it was her own dog. 10/10 would book boarding with heather again. Plus, she has a good sized backyard for your pup to play in!”
