“We first met Mariela last year but ended up changing our plans when our cat got sick. Now, a year later, he is doing great and we need to head out of town. I reached back out and she remembered us! Because our cat needs an insulin shot twice daily, she came over to learn how to give the shot and then came another day to practice giving the shot. Mariela communicates well and always let us know when she was on her way. She did great and we headed out of town. She always checked in on time and sent us 4-5 pictures from every visit. I can’t express enough how much we all enjoyed the photos of our cat! She gave clear written reports from each visit. We already booked for this Saturday and will be booking another time soon. About: I grew up on a farm with many animals. We have raised our girls with many pets including: chickens, bunnies, several foster and adopted dogs, and rescuing cats that would have been euthanized to live on our farm. We have 1 acre of fully fenced yard in a cozy community. We recently had to put down our sweet pit bull and are looking to opening up our homes to care for others pets at this time. When it comes to walking your dogs, or dropping in on your cats, I always make sure to bring their leash, some treats if allowed, poop bags and to be SAFE, we will cross from other animals, children or adults. You have to be prepared! Exploring the routes is a great way to bond and keep them active! I will definitely know the signs of your furbaby wanting relax or be given space. If you have a set feeding schedule, you would like me use before or after walks I will provide that service.
