About: I did start taking care of pets when I was in junior high! I grew up with beagles; I think I’m a fourth generation beagle owner, and my dog Lear is truly a wonderful host . He adores everybody, and they all seem to love him, too. My backyard is essentially for the pups , several lounging areas for the perfect noon time sunbath. We also love the dog park. I’m a senior who spends majority of my time at home with my pups. Lots of attention and interaction , and backyard breaks . Pup heaven! I have a lovely fenced in backyard, and my own pups love sunning themselves all times of the day. I’m normally always home except for quick trips to the grocery store or an occasional lunch out ; otherwise I’m here , hands-on!

“Today was Termie’s first doggie day care visit with Stephen. Even though I had a really nice meet and greet with him last week, I was still a little nervous about leaving my baby with any new person. But with Stephen I felt good because he’s had a few Toy Poodles himself and we shared pictures of our Toy Poodles with each other. When I dropped Termie off very early this morning (6am), Stephen welcomed me and Termie and reassured me all would be fine. And when I came back at the end of the day to pick him up, Stephen and I shared some more stories about Toy Poodles for about 20 minutes… and sure enough, my dog was actually ignoring me and sitting in his lap the whole time we chatted. At that moment, seeing my dog stay by his side instead of mine, I knew Stephen and Termie had bonded and that Termie must have been well cared for. I can’t express how relieved I am to have found somebody who knows and appreciates Toy Poodles, but also a sitter who is very kind and friendly. It was just a great first day experience and I am so happy my dog will be staying with him a couple days each week. Thank you again Stephen for being so nice to both me and Termie. Dogs under 1 year and/or "bully breeds" will be accepted on a case-by-case basis. By booking with me, you acknowledge that if your puppo damages property, you are responsible for any cost of repairs or replacement. When damage occurs, it is usually caused by pets that do not crate or have high anxiety when left alone for even short periods. My policy on dog breeds and sizes is in place because of two separate incidents. First, I lost a beloved pet to a boarded Rover doggo on Christmas morning, 2020. Having to put my little pig Minnie in the freezer after being attacked on Christmas morning was a horribly traumatic experience. In June 2023 I was attacked by a 110lb Rover dog at a meet and greet and had to go to the hospital. If the owner had not been present, I would have been killed. These are incidents that I will not risk repeating. Thank you so much for understanding!

I have a pretty open schedule, I work part time so I have plenty of time to play with your pets while you are away. I can come multiple times a day for feedings and bathroom breaks. For my fellow cat parents litter boxes are no problem as well, at whatever schedule you need that taken care of as well. When I am in your home I strive take care for your fur babies the same way you would. Matching your schedule and style of care so while you are away it still feels like you are there. My goal is they do not notice any difference in their routines or daily lives.
About: I’ve had dogs and cats all my life, I’ve taken care of my grandmas dogs, my friends animals, house sat for my sister and her dog, I’ve even house sat for 4 big dogs at one time! It was fun! Feel free to trust me with your fur babies! I’m working part time, so my availability varies each week but I have a pretty open schedule, just message me for more info and if I get info ahead of time I can schedule myself off. If I am unable to get the days off I can still watch your pet, just be understanding that I have to work still but will be back as soon as my shift is over. At the moment I have 3 dogs, i have two pugs a male and a female and a puppy German Shepard who’s a bit crazy but so well behaved for his age. My cat lives here as well and she is my cuddle buddy.
About: I’ve worked with all types of pets, small and big, I 'm compassionate about animals and the unconditional love they bring to our lives. Whether it was a shi tzu to a german shepard to a lab, to a horse, I'm a true animal lover. Additionally, I took care of a friend until the end, he got Long-Term Covid in 2019 and died in Feb 2024. About: I did start taking care of pets when I was in junior high! I grew up with beagles; I think I’m a fourth generation beagle owner, and my dog Lear is truly a wonderful host . He adores everybody, and they all seem to love him, too. My backyard is essentially for the pups , several lounging areas for the perfect noon time sunbath. We also love the dog park. I’m a senior who spends majority of my time at home with my pups. Lots of attention and interaction , and backyard breaks . Pup heaven! I have a lovely fenced in backyard, and my own pups love sunning themselves all times of the day. I’m normally always home except for quick trips to the grocery store or an occasional lunch out ; otherwise I’m here , hands-on!

We got daily updates and pictures and felt at ease that Preston was well taken care of while we were away. They let them have free roam of the house and are always home so your baby is never alone.
