About: I’ve grown up with both dogs and cats, and have been a huge animal lover my whole life. I’ve always been a sitter for friends and family in need and figured I might as well expand my services. I have a big home and yard, with plenty of grass and room to run. Our home is very pet friendly, and they pretty much are free to roam as they please. My husband and I keep the home clean, but cozy. We have kids, cats, and dogs and everyone gets along. We keep the upstairs blocked off so the cats have their own space to play and relax. There are tile floors for a cool place to nap, dog beds, cat trees, and plenty of toys. I’m a nurse and CPR certified, so your fur baby is safe with me. I only ask that your pet is friendly, and if you have a dog that they are a minimal barker as we like to keep our neighbors happy. I can help with potty training, bathing, and medicines too…whatever your pet needs. All you need to provide is your pets favorite food. I’ll take care of the rest. I work part time as a nurse, usually during the nights and my husband is a stay at home dad. I have plenty of time and energy to devote to your fur baby. I have a large home and yard with plenty of grass. There are also several dog parks within our community for your fur baby to play.

“Mike and his dad Stephan are the best Rover sitter’s we have ever used! Located in Palm Springs they have a dog friendly home with a large, enclosed wrap around yard with a pool. There is plenty of space for the dogs to run and play. We received updates and photos from Mike several times a day and it was clear that he enjoyed playing with our pups and they enjoyed him. I mistakenly miscalculated the food , but it was no problem as Mike made up for my shortfall. Although we offered to reimburse him, he politely declined. If you want someone to pay attention to your dogs, to play and alive them up, Mike is your guy! Our two labradoodles probably wore him out! Lucky them!”
“I contacted Matthew at the very last minute to see if he could board my dog starting that very same day - 3 hours notice. My husband and I were at a pet friendly vrbo with our two dogs and found out that they would only allow one. He got back to me right away and was able to accommodate me. He and his partner took in our rambunctious rescue Dachshund Hans and took excellent care of him all weekend. Hans has high energy and separation anxiety and they were undaunted by that. They have a lovely home with a big back yard and two adorable dogs of their own who were great playmates. Photos they sent showed fun times and some good cuddling with the humans. I can't recommend these gents enough and will always get in touch with them when we come to the Palm Springs area with our pooches.”

If they like walks, I go on one daily for about an hour. If I need to, I can split that walk in two, no worries. Spending time with them at a dog park. Throwing the ball or playing outside with their favorite toy is also something that I would enjoy doing. I am happy to find what each furbaby needs and to meet it. I love getting to know animals and their specific qualities/likes/dislikes and meeting their needs and having fun. The whole idea to me is that if their humans are out of town. having fun, they should have an equal amount of fun too!

If you can't pick up your pet before 7pm, one additional day of boarding or doggy daycare will be added to your booking. An additional fee will be added for dogs over 40 pounds. Dogs under 1 year and/or "bully breeds" will be accepted on a case-by-case basis. By booking with me, you acknowledge that if your puppo damages property, you are responsible for any cost of repairs or replacement. When damage occurs, it is usually caused by pets that do not crate or have high anxiety when left alone for even short periods. My policy on dog breeds and sizes is in place because of two separate incidents. First, I lost a beloved pet to a boarded Rover doggo on Christmas morning, 2020. Having to put my little pig Minnie in the freezer after being attacked on Christmas morning was a horribly traumatic experience. In June 2023 I was attacked by a 110lb Rover dog at a meet and greet and had to go to the hospital. If the owner had not been present, I would have been killed. These are incidents that I will not risk repeating. Thank you so much for understanding!

Not to mention, her patience when one of our dogs decided to growl and hide from her when she came to walk them. She was able to eventually get them both out and even spent some extra time with them to make them more comfortable. Can't say enough nice things! Would definitely recommend!”

About: I have had a Yorkie my whole life and he is now 16 and has many health issues and has gone from fun and playful to slowly moving, providing the best diet and movement is necessary to allow pets of all ages to live their best lives. I have also taken care of all of my family pets from horses to dogs to cats. I have done many side jobs dealing with small chihuahuas to big boxers with big personalities. I ultimately love animals and want to be around them. I currently work full time but only work 5 hours max a day. I like to workout but can incorporate daily walks into this. I have wednesdays and Thursdays off every week. I can easily crate the dog if needed and have the beautiful las Palmas in my backyard for walks, I also have room for toys and for them to roam.

I now work from home and have a house with a doggy door and two side yards that are all accessible and fully enclosed with a brick wall. I do have an older dog who is friendly with others and keeps to herself. I am fully capable of administering any medications and/or injecting insulin as needed. I am very attentive and passionate with the animals and have professional references to attest to that. I now work full time from home so I have ample time to keep your four legged friends company while I’m working. There won’t be a dull moment! About: I’ve grown up with both dogs and cats, and have been a huge animal lover my whole life. I’ve always been a sitter for friends and family in need and figured I might as well expand my services. I have a big home and yard, with plenty of grass and room to run. Our home is very pet friendly, and they pretty much are free to roam as they please. My husband and I keep the home clean, but cozy. We have kids, cats, and dogs and everyone gets along. We keep the upstairs blocked off so the cats have their own space to play and relax. There are tile floors for a cool place to nap, dog beds, cat trees, and plenty of toys. I’m a nurse and CPR certified, so your fur baby is safe with me. I only ask that your pet is friendly, and if you have a dog that they are a minimal barker as we like to keep our neighbors happy. I can help with potty training, bathing, and medicines too…whatever your pet needs. All you need to provide is your pets favorite food. I’ll take care of the rest. I work part time as a nurse, usually during the nights and my husband is a stay at home dad. I have plenty of time and energy to devote to your fur baby. I have a large home and yard with plenty of grass. There are also several dog parks within our community for your fur baby to play.

“Mike and his dad Stephan are the best Rover sitter’s we have ever used! Located in Palm Springs they have a dog friendly home with a large, enclosed wrap around yard with a pool. There is plenty of space for the dogs to run and play. We received updates and photos from Mike several times a day and it was clear that he enjoyed playing with our pups and they enjoyed him. I mistakenly miscalculated the food , but it was no problem as Mike made up for my shortfall. Although we offered to reimburse him, he politely declined. If you want someone to pay attention to your dogs, to play and alive them up, Mike is your guy! Our two labradoodles probably wore him out! Lucky them!”

“My Bernedoodle- Hattie had the best time with “Bo” the sitter, and Oreo the dog! I had my dog groomed before dropping her off, and they split her nail when trimming it. Bo, immediately put a clear cone of shame on her. And kept cleaning the area up and applied bedydine on the area. I picked her up last night, she was happy but limping. Took her to her Vet this afternoon, the Vet said, everything he did helped with a great outcome! Thank you Bo & Oreo! We will see you soon!”
