About: Been raised around cats, dogs, and farm atmosphere my whole life, raised my first dog at 8 years old. Have been watching pets for friends, family, and acquaintances for almost a decade. I can watch any day of the week, Monday - Friday I can’t stay all day. I have no problem with being at the house for majority of the day. I live on a 5 acre land with plenty of space for pets to roam. There is also BLM land right behind the house with a trail by the creek to walk. Along with a spacious home. When house sitting I stay with the pets according to rules and instructions set by the owner.

About: I have had a dog since I was born. I started caring for my dog by the age of five. Then, I did overnights with a diabetic dog, with whom I had to administer medicine. Now, I have two dogs of my own who are very special. I currently work from home, so pet care fits in seamlessly with my routine. I also have a fenced-in yard, so potty breaks can be taken frequently. I am very attentive with care for pets in my home, and I’m my clients home. I always ensure there is fresh food and water. I make sure they have toys or chew toys to keep them occupied. About: I have been an animal lover my whole life, but I have a special place in my heart for dogs. I have been volunteering at a local animal shelter for the past 6 months doing dog walking and socialization, and I have been trained in how to handle dogs with anxiety and aggressive dogs. I am also certified through Red Cross in cat and dog first aid. As an animal shelter volunteer I have gained valuable experience with dogs from all walks of life and new furry friends. I have been pet sitting for over 20 years, and when I moved to Redding for ministry school, pet sitting was part of how I helped support myself through school. I had 4 dogs growing up, the last of which was a family dog we had for 11 years (black standard poodle). I work 2 part time jobs throughout the week, and my schedule is such that I am looking to walk dogs, do house sitting, drop-ins, baths, etc. My condominium and apartment complex is pet friendly, but the apartment I rent out is not. I’m able to walk pets around the neighborhood but I’m not able to do boarding at this time.

I firmly believe pets are full-fledged members of the family and I treat them with the associated attention and care. It's my mission to provide the safest and most enjoyable place to leave your dog/dogs when you're in need of day care or boarding! I'm available to supervise all day and completely flexible to the needs of your pet! Your doggos will have full access to a shaded yard designed from the ground up specifically for dogs! Meet and greet and pick up/drop off times are between 3pm-6pm 7 days per week. Pick up/drop off times can be more flexible if necessary. Areas available to the doggies can be seen on photos 26 through 30! Must be provided by client: Dog food and treats Dog collar Dog leash Dog harness Daily activity included with your purchase: Supervised free reign of shade and rain covered backyard (see profile photos). 2 meals per day unless otherwise specified (food and treats must be provided by client as to avoid stomach upset) NOTE: If no food, or not enough food is provided, I will happily feed your dog what I feed my dogs, however I am not responsible for any digestive issues that may result. I have large and extra-large crates dedicated to clients' dogs. NOTE: I always recommend supplying a blanket, sweater or something with familiar scents to your dog for the sake of their acclimation and comfort during their stay. 1 photo update (around 2pm) of your happy fur baby per day! If more frequent photos are desired, please don't hesitate to ask! Photo update includes a picture and any relevant information about your dog's health and wellness (are they eating/drinking normally, did they get a cut on their foot during play and how did I treat it, etc.). Disclaimers: It is required that your pup/pups be on flea/tick medication at the time of boarding/daycare. In the event of a health emergency, there are animal hospitals close to me, however they have conventional hours of operation. As a result, outside conventional hours, I would be required to take a trip to Chico, CA where there is a 24-hour animal hospital. NOTE: An emergency contact is required. About: As a child I grew up with Great Danes, along with pit bulls, Rottweilers, Lhasa apsos, pugs, and many more. Animals have always had the biggest spot in my heart and always will. This included caring for horses, goats, sheep and other common farm animals. I have also cared for and owned pets at home my entire life including dogs, cats, chickens, horses, goats and sheep. My wife and I have recently raised two puppies and a kitten from 6-8 weeks old to their ages now, so we have recent experience with puppies and kittens. My wife also grew up with rescue dogs and has helped with farm animals when visiting my family. Additionally we have a year of experience pet boarding through Rover. Dog Walking: I am available on Mondays and Fridays from 11 am - 4 pm. I am available on Tuesdays-Wednesdays-Thuesdays from 9 am - 4 pm. I offer dog walking in your neighborhood, or I can take them to a trail by the river or a hike in the Shata mountain area. Our vehicle has a platform and seat belt clips for saftey if you would like me to take them on a trail/hike. We are not able to offer pet istting at our current home. However, for dog walking, we have a platform in the back seat of our SUV that includes deat belt clips to add extra space and security if you pet needs to be transported for the walk.

About: I have been a petsitter for 16 years and this is my most favorite thing to do! I have experience with pot belly pigs, hedgehogs, cats, dogs, reptiles, farm animals, aquatic life, small animals. Also professionally trained with many more kinds of creatures including medication management of birds, turtles, etc. My ultimate goal is to become an animal therapist. Your pet (s) will receive almost non stop attention with me because I can’t have my own animals at this time so I love making the most of it! My housesitting minimum outside of holidays is 3 nights. Minimum during holidays is 4 nights. I have been called an animal whisperer on several occasions and I am grateful to have such a special connection with animals. I also provide “Whole Tones” music for stressed pets free of charge.
“Beau immediately liked Shannon when she came over for a meet and greet. I booked her for that following Saturday for a walk. I let her know Beau doesn't like to walk when it's hot out and so she came later in the day which was perfect. She sent me a few pictures of Beau while they were out on their walk. I will be booking Shannon again!”
About: I was raised with Dogs my whole life! My aunt was a groomer so I've been around all sorts of animals. I've personally owned/fostered, 2 labs, a pit/boxer, a french bull dog, 2 Chihuahuas and more. I've even trained a bit too. I've decided that this is something I'd like to do full time,or as much as possible, I love dogs and if I can help their owners out as well, I think it's a win win I have a huge back yard, high fences, and plenty of running room, all tho they might get a bit dirty(not currently accepting at my house). About: Hi, I’m Grace! I love all animals and grew up surrounded by them and have many of my own at home! I currently have 3 dogs,3 cats, parrots, and chickens who I take care of. I have even volunteered at Haven Humane many times, so I have lots of experience with feeding, walking, playing, and grooming! I also learned how to read pet body language and manage animals with different temperaments as a volunteer. I’m good with both young pets and older ones, and am even comfortable with administering medicine if needed, as I have pets that need regular medications. Whether you have an energetic pet who needs lots of attention and walks, or one who just wants to cuddle and needs someone to sit around at home with, I will take the best possible care of them! I’m currently working part-time usually Thursday through Sunday, though my schedule varies. I’m typically available in the afternoons or evenings on these days, so I can do walks or play dates. I’m free to house sit Mondays through Wednesdays and can even stay all day if needed. When staying at your home, I always make sure to never leave pets unattended for long periods of time, always keep them leashed while on walks, will send updates and often as possible, and carefully follow all instructions including feeding or medication instructions. I will also treat your home with the most care, and make sure everything is kept clean and secure.

Losing our family members has been very hard. Taking care of pets has filled my heart with healing love and energy. Pet care is a full time job. I schedule my weeks accordingly. I keep my calendar flexible and I can usually meet anyone's pet needs for the day. I will schedule to meet you and we can walk through the routine your pet needs in your home. I am flexible and can take pets in my car if needed. I'll follow instructions as given and make sure safety is my first choice.

About: Been raised around cats, dogs, and farm atmosphere my whole life, raised my first dog at 8 years old. Have been watching pets for friends, family, and acquaintances for almost a decade. I can watch any day of the week, Monday - Friday I can’t stay all day. I have no problem with being at the house for majority of the day. I live on a 5 acre land with plenty of space for pets to roam. There is also BLM land right behind the house with a trail by the creek to walk. Along with a spacious home. When house sitting I stay with the pets according to rules and instructions set by the owner.

But with Lorrie's calming effect and the dogs' friendly attitude he learned that not all big dogs are scary. I’m comfortable adapting to each pet’s unique needs and routines. I work remotely, which means your pet will have constant supervision, and attention throughout the day. I treat every pet how I would want mine treated and strive to provide a calm, loving environment while you’re away. I work from home and have for over 5 years. This allowed the time to really watch over your pet and being able to handle anything they need. I have a fenced in small back yard. My apartment also offers locations to walk dogs and allow them to poop and get some extra room.
