About: I grew up with dogs. I have been living in a house now with 4 Shih Tzus ranging from 1.5 years old up to 16. I've gone through potty training all the way to eye drops. I am also owned by 5 cats so I am well versed in litter boxes and finicky eaters. I work full time Saturday through Wednesdays from 7am to 3pm. My housemate and partner works Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. There is almost always someone home to take care of the dogs. It is no issue for me to stop by before and after work for potties and so on. I am pretty much a low key person so hanging with the fur kids is about as exciting as I get. When I am sitting in someone's house I like to spend time with the pet. I make sure that when I leave the house I secure the doors, windows, etc. I am respectful of belongings and space. I like to make the fur kids feel like nothing is all that different as much as possible. If I'm just dropping in for walks/potty time I like to spend time with them for their comfort and stimulation. I'll make sure water is refreshed and food is full and boxes are emptied.
“Genae was amazing with Winnie! She sent pictures, kept me updated and was so patient with her the first few days as she was nervous and acclimating to her new environment. This gave Winnie a chance to socialize with a bunch of other dogs and I can tell she was well taken care of while I was gone!”

“I feel so blessed to have found Carley! My pup Faith has special needs and I never leave her with anyone but Carley.. it's so wonderful to know that she is being taken care of just like she's at home with me, so I'm not worried and I can have fun. Faith loves her time when she gets to stay with Carley and her friends!”

“Our dogs love staying with Ashley and her sweet family. It really takes the worry out of travel knowing your dogs are being spoiled and loved. They even received Christmas toys. Thank you thank you!!”

“Nancy and Don were extremely nice and accommodating. Bean had a great time playing and staying with them. I would highly recommend boarding or any other dog care with them.”

About: I have years of experience with my personal animals along with friends, I care for animals as if they were my own. They get the rule of the roost, and sleep in my bed! I often work 4 days a week so I have the long weekends to pet sit. If you need during the week it’s possible, as I have a doggy door and a 6 foot-dug into the ground fence, but would need to be the right fit while I’m at work, I have cameras to check on them too. Pets will get ample play time, walk/run and couch time too. The dog door is helpful once they figure it out, they can come and go as they please.

“Aimee and her family were amazing! They took in our pup on short notice and he had a wonderful time playing with Flynn and the family. They were very responsive and sent daily updates. Looking forward to using them again!”

“Jennifer is really nice and accommodating. She even took care of our pit Jada with short notice. She provided daily updates for Jada including photos of their activities. We found the perfect dogsitter for Jada in the Redding area, and we look forward to her dogsitting Jada in the near future. Thanks again Jennifer!”

“Thank you so much, Jean, for coming to our rescue during a last-minute emergency, and caring for our two very spoiled pups for three days in a row! Our dogs are not used to being away from us, but Jean is such a natural that they settled in right away. The photos she sent throughout the day showed their quick comfort and the sweetest moments of them cuddling with Jean and her husband, as well as gradually bonding with her own friendly dogs. On the third day, when an unexpected situation kept us out much later than planned, Jean was incredibly flexible and understanding, making the whole experience completely stress-free for us. She truly went above and beyond, and we honestly feel like she saved us. We’ve found our go-to sitter. No need to look anywhere else.”

“My sister and I were both hesitant to send our cats somewhere because cats are so particular and get stressed easily. We were happily surprised when we walked in and they had a room setup just for the cats and it was perfect. They had a great time and just napped when we got home. Will definitely be contacting Isaiah and Alyssa in the future!”

“We cannot recommend Jared highly enough. From our very first interaction, his attention to detail and professionalism set him apart. He took the time to ask thoughtful, specific questions about our dog’s routines, preferences, quirks, and health history—everything from feeding schedules and portion sizes to behavioral cues and comfort habits. It was clear he wasn’t just “watching a dog”; they were committed to understanding and caring for our dog. Communication was exceptional throughout. We received consistent updates—photos, positive words about our dog’s behavior and how much he enjoyed watching our dog. Every message reassured us that our dog was not only safe, but genuinely happy and engaged. His knowledge of dog care was evident in both small and significant ways. He demonstrated confidence in handling, situational awareness on walks, and an understanding of canine behavior that gave us complete peace of mind. He was proactive rather than reactive, anticipating needs before they became issues. Our dog can be particular, yet he adapted seamlessly and respected established routines while building trust. What truly stood out was his authenticity. There was nothing transactional about his care—it was thoughtful, warm, and sincere. You can tell when someone genuinely loves animals, and that sincerity showed in every interaction. If you are looking for someone who blends professionalism, knowledge, attentiveness, and heartfelt care, his is extraordinary. We feel incredibly fortunate to have found him and highly recommend Jared to anyone looking for an outstanding pet sitter.”

About: Hi! I’ve had dogs and cats my entire life and have experience caring for multiple pets at once, including different breeds, ages, and personalities. I’m comfortable adapting to each pet’s unique needs and routines. I work remotely, which means your pet will have constant supervision, and attention throughout the day. I treat every pet how I would want mine treated and strive to provide a calm, loving environment while you’re away. I work from home and have for over 5 years. This allowed the time to really watch over your pet and being able to handle anything they need. I have a fenced in small back yard. My apartment also offers locations to walk dogs and allow them to poop and get some extra room.
“Shawna and her family made our fur baby feel right at home! Our dog is a large breed and has tons of energy. Shawna handled her well and we left on our vacation feeling at ease and confident our pet was in good hands. We will be booking any future stays with Shawna for sure!”

“Lorrie is a wonderful pet sitter. She communicated with me daily and sent wonderful videos of the dogs. I highly recommend her if you want a great dog sitter. She also has 2 acres for your pups to explore and play. I can’t thank her enough for making my vacation worry free about my fur babies.”

About: I have hands‑on experience caring for both cats and dogs with a wide range of personalities, routines, and needs. My approach is calm, observant, and patient — I let each pet set the pace and make sure they feel safe and comfortable from the moment I arrive. For cats, I’m especially familiar with senior care, mobility challenges, and monitoring litter box habits. I’m comfortable supporting shy or anxious cats, administering oral medications, and keeping a clean, low‑stress environment. I also have light medical experience specifically with cats like giving prescription injections and giving subcutaneous fluids when needed and directed by a vet. For dogs, I’m experienced with structured routines, leash handling, feeding schedules, and reading body language to keep walks and visits smooth and positive. I’m attentive to energy levels, comfort cues, and any changes in behavior. I have an enclosed backyard for outside time if they like, and a great walking path in the neighborhood for walks. I’m reliable, detail‑oriented, and committed to giving every pet the same level of care and respect I give my own. You’ll receive clear updates, honest communication, and photos so you always know how your pet is doing while you’re away. I can be available for full time or part time, one time or several. Just talk to me about my availability I provide calm, attentive, and safety‑focused care whether I’m visiting your home or welcoming your pet into mine. My goal is always to create a predictable, low‑stress environment where your pet feels secure and understood. In your home: I follow your routines exactly as you describe them, feeding schedules, walking routes, litter box setup, household rules, and any special instructions. I keep doors and gates secured, double‑check that pets can’t slip out, and maintain a clean environment throughout each visit. I pay close attention to behavior, appetite, and comfort so I can spot changes early and communicate them to you. For cats: I move slowly, respect boundaries, and let them approach on their terms. I’m experienced with senior cats, mobility challenges, and monitoring litter box habits. I keep their space tidy, refresh water and food carefully, and maintain a calm atmosphere that helps shy or anxious cats feel safe. For dogs: I use steady, confident leash handling, stick to familiar walking routes, and avoid overstimulation. I watch body language closely, support positive behavior, and make sure they get the right balance of exercise, structure, and comfort. “Rionnagh was incredibly responsive, friendly, and communicative throughout our experience. She kept us updated with frequent messages and photos of our dog, which we greatly appreciated. When we needed last-minute accommodations, Ri was accommodating and made the process seamless. Though her location was a bit out of the way, we’d happily use her services again for her excellent care and reliability.”

“I was super nervous to leave my tripod pup with a stranger, but Jason really made us and our pup comfortable. We met at a local park to make sure everything was a good fit. He asked all of the right questions to make me feel he would take care of my pup. During Ollie's stay he sent tons of videos and pictures. My dog was wagging his tail in everyone. My dog was so happy and we will definitely be return visitors.”

“Jess was a wonderful host and her property is a perfect dog retreat. Jess sent regular updates and photos showing how happy my dog was. My dog got lots of exercise and attention. He loved hanging with her dog and her family. Jess also has a lot of dog experience as a breeder which I appreciated. Thank you so much Jess!”

“Stacey did a great job with Frankie and bullet and her communication was on point. She went out of her way to clean the water system at every visit and give them the LTC they needed. She also reminded me I need to take my cat to the veterinarian. We would highly recommend her and we will be use her again in November. Great Stacey”

I think they make the best of friends..more than humans sometimes I hope you can trust me with your furry friend!

“I had Courtney stop by for a drop in today, as we had a long day away. My plans changed a little and Courtney was able to come earlier than planned, which helped out a lot. Lily and Elaine were happy to see her, of course Lily still barked a bit in the beginning but it didn’t last long, which is really good for the 2nd visit. Courtney was able to get her outside for a break and a little walk. She checked everything I asked to check, it’s really nice to have her so we don’t have to worry when we need to be away.”

About: I have been around animals my whole life and always had a soft spot for cats. I understand that every cat has their own unique personality, whether they are playful and social, a little shy, or just prefer their own space. I’m comfortable providing whatever care your cat needs! My dad’s cat just recently had 4 kittens that me and my wife helped raise! We took care of them when they were four days old and had flees, and really grew to bond with all 4 of them. Watching their personalities develop was such a special experience.

About: I've had the absolute delight of caring for cats since I was 8 years old and currently share my home with two wonderfully discerning feline companions. Over the years, I've become well-versed in administering medications, tending to bandages after injuries, and providing the gentle, attentive care cats deserve. As for litter boxes, I've cleaned more than I can count—always under the intense, supervisory gaze of a cat conducting what can only be described as a meticulous quality inspection. I understand that every cat has their own unique preferences and charming eccentricities, and I take pride in making sure they feel comfortable, respected, and thoroughly pampered while you're away.

“Dylan was absolutely wonderful with Charlie. He accepted him right away during our meet‑and‑greet, which instantly put me at ease. He’s incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, attentive to details, and genuinely easy to talk to. Charlie had a great time with him and the other dogs — he came home happy and relaxed. Dylan’s home is clean, organized, and clearly set up with care. His wife Julie was also very supportive and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I’m so glad I found them. I highly recommend Dylan to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring sitter.”

“Carley is amazing. Loves our pup like her own and goes the extra mile with everything. She sends photos of all the fun they are having while she’s at her house. Will definitely rebook!”

“We are very happy to have found Rio. She has been so supportive and accommodating by visiting and practicing at home and even at her place with our puppy before our vacation. She is very knowledgeable and caring.”

About: I have had a dog since I was born. I started caring for my dog by the age of five. Then, I did overnights with a diabetic dog, with whom I had to administer medicine. Now, I have two dogs of my own who are very special. I currently work from home, so pet care fits in seamlessly with my routine. I also have a fenced-in yard, so potty breaks can be taken frequently. I am very attentive with care for pets in my home, and I’m my clients home. I always ensure there is fresh food and water. I make sure they have toys or chew toys to keep them occupied. I am always available to take time to play, and go on potty breaks.

About: My family has always been passionate about giving animals the best possible life & experience that we possibly could. I have owned multiple dogs of different sizes and owned for multiple kinds of reptiles. I have experience carrying for special needs dogs as two of our dogs needed extensive medical care and medication administered multiple times of day as they near the end of their lives. I consider myself to be very calm and respectful of people’s fur babies and home. I’m currently working part time, just 10 hours a week and I spend most of my time when I’m not working doing schoolwork. I’m a local college student and avid pet lover. Im passionate and safety oriented. I’ll spend most of my time caring for your pets and reading my textbooks. I’m a quick learner and can follow any instructions you set for me. I have experience administering medications to dogs as my previous dog required multiple bouts of different medication throughout the day during the end of her life. I also have experience with reptiles and heating requirements and general feeding schedules.
About: I have over 8 years of experience working with all sorts of animals with varying temperaments. I am able to vaccinate animals and administer medications. Most recently I've been focused on dogs, with over 2 years of professional experience at a dog boarding facility in LA where I was the manager. I am comfortable working with any dog, big or small, aggressive or total sweethearts. As I have recently moved to the area, I am looking to build a new clientelle. At the moment I am available to work any time of day, weekdays and weekends. First clients will take priority, whenever you may need me, I will be there! If in my clients home, I will closely follow their normal day to day routine and whatever else may be required of me. With professional housekeeping experience, I am able to keep your area very clean and provide your animals with the care they need and deserve. If you are interested in services at my home, I am able to transport your animals if needed. I have friendly dogs if your dog would enjoy playdates, otherwise I have a private room where your dog could stay, and also offer crates if preferred. I have 5 acres of land for your furry friends to play on. I offer walks, daily grooming, nail trims, etc with no extra charge. About: Hi, I’m Grace! I love all animals and grew up surrounded by them and have many of my own at home! I currently have 3 dogs,3 cats, parrots, and chickens who I take care of. I have even volunteered at Haven Humane many times, so I have lots of experience with feeding, walking, playing, and grooming! I also learned how to read pet body language and manage animals with different temperaments as a volunteer. I’m good with both young pets and older ones, and am even comfortable with administering medicine if needed, as I have pets that need regular medications. Whether you have an energetic pet who needs lots of attention and walks, or one who just wants to cuddle and needs someone to sit around at home with, I will take the best possible care of them! I’m currently working part-time usually Thursday through Sunday, though my schedule varies. I’m typically available in the afternoons or evenings on these days, so I can do walks or play dates. I’m free to house sit Mondays through Wednesdays and can even stay all day if needed. When staying at your home, I always make sure to never leave pets unattended for long periods of time, always keep them leashed while on walks, will send updates and often as possible, and carefully follow all instructions including feeding or medication instructions. I will also treat your home with the most care, and make sure everything is kept clean and secure.
About: As a child I grew up with Great Danes, along with pit bulls, Rottweilers, Lhasa apsos, pugs, and many more. Animals have always had the biggest spot in my heart and always will. I’ve taken care of all sorts of pets from dogs and cats to horses and cows. Choosing me to care for your pets doesn’t only help your dog feel comfortable while you are out, but it gives me an excuse to do the one thing I love most in this world. I feel especially drawn to animals and I believe they feel the same about me. I’ve never met an animal who wasn’t comfortable around me. I currently work part-time at a local outdoors store but I am happy to move my schedule to accommodate specific needs of pets and owners! I can allow pets in my home for shorter amounts of time. I have a very large fenced back yard that is fully shaded. There are also beautiful walking trails nearby my home. My house is air conditioned 24/7. In a clients home I will always respect their property and belongings. Caring for pets comes with cleaning up after them from time to time and watering plants or bringing in packages while the owner is out.

About: I have three dogs and three cats and take care of them frequently. I have dog sat several breeds and sizes for friends and family and have so much fun! I spend most my day with my animals. Playing, running, and cuddling. I adore animals more the people most the time. It involves feeding, walking, and giving baths. I always carry something to protect both me and the animals on walks. I bring treats and ropes to play with on drop ins and bring my cuddly self to lay with them for a few.
About: I grew up on a farm, so animals have always been part of my world—feeding chickens before breakfast, brushing horses after school, and getting covered in dog hair in between! I’ve looked after everything from bouncy puppies to mellow senior dogs, and I’ve always had an easy, natural connection with animals. They seem to sense that I’m one of the good ones. I’m great at picking up on their vibes—whether they’re in the mood to zoom around or just want some chill cuddle time. Taking care of animals is second nature to me, and honestly, it’s one of my favorite things to do. I live a flexible lifestyle and am fully available to care for your pets. Since I’m not tied to a traditional job or schedule, I can offer your fur babies lots of time, attention, and consistency. Whether it’s daily walks, extended stays, or last-minute needs, I’m here to help and happy to adapt to your routine. I prioritize creating a safe, nurturing environment wherever I’m staying. I care for pets in their own familiar space, which helps them feel secure and relaxed. I’m attentive to routines, respectful of your home, and can adapt to any special needs your pet may have—whether that means crating, administering medication, or extra cuddle time.
