“Monique was wonderful! We have engaged her as our sitter twice now: once for an overnight stay and once for a 13 day vacation! Monique kept in contact with us every day and sent pictures. Our girls are very used to their normal daily routine but they seemed to adapt to Monique wonderfully! A very telling moment for me was when we got back from vacation and I picked the dogs up. Got the dogs in the car and they were very glad to see me but as soon as they realized we were leaving without Monique they were like: Wait! You forgot her! They soon settled down but it was obvious they did not like leaving her. We can STRONGLY recommend Monique as a perfect sitter for your pup(s). About: When I moved from Texas to California back in 2013, I have owned, cared for, fostered and rescued pets for the past 7 years. I strive to own my own affordable doggy daycare/boarding/training facility within the great community of Lompoc so all community members can afford and feel at ease if they needed someone to watch and care for their furbabies. I have a current goal of being Vet Tech certified and attending the AHC Vet Tech program. I have past experience working at board/train facilities, vet clinics, and working with rescues. I treat all animals/pets as if they were my own, because that is I have open availability and a flexible schedule since I am becoming self-employed to have more focus on school and business planning for the future. I have a fenced and secured yard with ample of space to zoomie all around and play in. My house is also in a safe, quiet neighborhood where there isn't high traffic or a lot of outside noises to worry about. I always provide water throughout day and have it readily available. When it is cold, animals stay inside with me because I believe if I am cold then the animals are too. As for caring in clients' homes, it all depends on the home and the specific care that is needed. I will be sure that working in clients' homes that animals are always secured from getting loose when entering and leaving the premises. On walks, I make sure all leads, leashes, etc. are secured and fastened properly before heading outside on walks. I also will follow any strict feeding schedules and diets, since I already have experience with my pets.

About: I have a passion for animals, I’m loving, reliable, and knowledgeable. I can be helpful in any training needed, and have some basic grooming experience. I have a flexible schedule and can book with short notice if needed. Excited to care for your special furry family member! I am a stay at home mom of 4 and am available around my kids school and activity schedules. We can only board low shedding hypoallergenic dogs in our home but am available to walk and drop in on all breeds, including puppy care! We have one doodle at our home currently and an extra large fenced yard to run out energy. Can help with training basic commands, loose leash walking, help with create training and socializing puppies with children and other dogs. Can do some basic grooming if needed as well! Happy to spend time and love on your pet as I would my own!

About: I am a very nice, loving and caring pet owner of two cats and one dog. My fur babies are my life and I would treat your fur babies with the same love and care as I do to my own. I have owned my own animals for 4 years and I have had family pets in my family since I was born. My favorite thing to do is play with my animals. I run and walk with my German Shepherd around our huge yard. I live on a big dirt land of property so there is plenty of room for playing. I also love to snuggle with my animals. About: Hi, my name is Landon, I'm from Salinas, California and it's my second year living in Eugene. I attended the university last year and now I'm taking a gap year to get my financials in order, in state tuition, etc. so I can finish my degree. My girlfriend and I have been together 3 years and her parents have 17 and 20 years of experience in the animal field. Her dad is one of the head animal control officers for Monterey County (where we're from) and has taught both of us so much about dogs and cats. Whether it be training methods, foods that are better than others, how to recognize certain behavioral habits, or any problem we come to him with, her dad has taught us how to truly take the best care of a dog. If I were to be accepted to take care of your pet, I would use all of my tools and knowledge and my whole heart to show your furry kid love. Currently, I'm looking for any job so my schedule is wide open! Caring for your pet will be at the top of my list as soon as I hear I can take care of them. So I unfortunately would not be able to care for pets at my house for extended periods of time, as my place doesn't allow ownership of pets, but one night wouldn't hurt at all. Any pet I encounter I treat as if it were my own, and with that comes smothering them with love, and caring to meet their needs as a pup while to a certain degree, spoiling them!
