“It’s a match! I was having a little trouble finding a good sitter for my dog, but I think I’ve found the one with Heather and Calob. Starting off, communication was excellent and many photos were sent. They greeted us in a low stress manner and we were able to chat for a while. I can’t actually ask Dallas how he liked the stay but from what I can tell he did fine. He got to go on lots of walks, socialize with other small dogs, and sleep in fuzzy blankets and beds. Life was good.”

“I started using Brandi when I got my boxer puppy (Tonka) about 5 months ago. And I am absolutely thrilled to have found her. It can be worrisome and stressful to leave your precious pet with what is essentially a stranger. But from his first stay, it was clear Tonka adored Brandi and her family. He is thrilled every time he see’s them, and Brandi never fails to send me pictures of his adventures with her canine crew, or tell me stories of him snuggling on the couch with her husband, or playing with another beloved boxer. Her set up is wonderful; her backyard and living spaces designed for dogs to be safely, and happily integrated. Her house is clean and organized and her commitment to running a dog care business you can rely on and feel your pet is getting attentive and stellar care, is obvious. And I like that her kids and husband participate in the dogs care. The dogs get to be in a family getting attention from multiple people. Very well looked after by everyone. I'm comfortable around all animals, and I absolutely adore them all! I go to school full time, but I do not have classes on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. About: Hello animal lovers - I have benefitted from Rover for dog sitting and realize it's something I'd love to do myself. My husband (a social worker) and I are both dog lovers and have a dog (a Frenchie) as well. I work from home (I run a marketing agency I started 12 year ago) and alas much of typical day I'm on zoom, and treasure the breaks for walking and loving on the dogs. While new to Rover, if been helping out friends and neighbors with dog care and logistics and sharing the love for years I'm reliable, work from home, and would love to know how you could use some help. About: I’ve had cats my entire life and understand them well. My sweet kitty just passed away at 20 years old and I’d love to help take care of yours. I frequently travel for work for weeks on end, but when I am home and able to cat-sit, my schedule can be completely flexible. Day / night. Since I only offer cat-sitting, I doubt that this section about my own house will matter much. Cats don’t like to be relocated for temporary purposes.
About: I specialize in care for senior kitties and/or ones need special attention through medications, subcutaneous fluids, etc. My last kitty lived to be 22 yrs old, I believe because of my care from specialized homeopathic remedies to chiropractic adjustments. My pets are family.

About: I have cared for dogs since I was ten years old and I got my first puppy. After my college graduation I wanted another dog so bad but because of my travel for work I was always the one to just visit and baby sit my parents dogs for about the past 7 years. However, I'm changing careers now to be home more and have my very own puppy and luckily the chance to look after some other cute dogs as well! I live on a 7 acre property and have experience taking care of goats and chickens as well! I'm currently going back to school, mostly online so I have lots of time to drive to and play with your dog. On some days I do have to be at the SRJC in person but never for more than 4 hours at a time. I am an outdoorsy person and I love to go on long walks. I also have a SUV so if a walk in a park further away is desired I can easily transport them. About: I had two dogs growing up and had to train them all on my own. I am not a professional trainer, but I am very patient and open to teaching your dog some new things. my work shifts are 7 days on and 14 days off. I like to take pups out first thing in the morning for a little stroll and on weekends I usually spend more time relaxing at home. I’m always checking in on them and giving them love whether that looks like playing with them or giving them a cuddle. I also check the water bowl multiple times a day to make sure they are hydrated. I try to have regular feeding times as well.
About: Currently being a stay at home mother, my hours are very flexible! Growing up with cats and dogs, my kiddos and I are currently lacking the fun presence of furry friends! Although my apartment is not the biggest, allowing only one dog at a time allows all of my attention to be focused. About: I grew up in a neighborhood my friends used to call “the farm”. We had 3 dogs, one neighbor had chickens, one neighbor had horses, and another neighbor had goats. Along with various dogs and cats at each house. Because I was the oldest kid in the neighborhood, I was the go-to person anytime a neighbor needed a house sitter or even just needed me to feed their pet dinner since they were out late. When I got older and started driving, I began dog sitting for our large group of friends, taking care of all sizes of dogs, cats, and the occasional reptile. About: I began my seriously joyous devotion to animals at the age of 11, as an SF ZOO volunteer in the barnyard, where I learned to care for a variety of animals, from miniature horses to coyotes to parrots, and more. About: I’ve taken care of all types of dogs for 30 years. I have two Pittbull mixes , one boxer Pitt and one Pitt bulldog. The Pitt Bull Dog has intervertebral disk disease and used my training in occupational therapy and massage and did physical therapy with him myself so he could use his back legs again, after being paralyzed and needing a wheelchair. He’s now able to walk without his wheelchair. I’ve also taken pittbull training classes with them and am knowledgeable about training cues. I currently work as a distribution sales executive, and work from home, so have free time in the afternoons and weekends. I have a baby and two dogs of my own and would still be able to take some time to visit other dogs in my area. I can check on pets during the day or while clients are on vacation . I can take them on walks, let them out in the yard, play fetch , feed them , snuggle them, and even give medicine.
About: I have been taking care of animals more regularly over the last few years. Staying in peoples homes in order to ensure someone is there to take care of cats and dogs. Dog walking regularly, making sure they’re always fed and watered. Cleaning litter boxes, or cleaning up after dogs. I have a heart for animals and I love spending time with them and playing or cuddling. I am currently trying to build more of a regular income in taking care of pets. I am currently available almost all the time and I am willing to stay overnight at your home. I do not currently have a home that I can take pets into my home. I cannot currently take pets into my home, but I am regularly aware of where your pets are in the home or in the yard. I will always honor your wishes as to where we walk or where the animals are allowed to go. I regularly check on each animal in my care, learning their cues, and allowing them to dictate the level of our relationship.

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life and love them all. I often watched others dogs in the neighborhood growing up while people were out of town take care of friends and families dogs when they are traveling or at work I work from home and have a golden retriever who I already take care of. He loves to play with other dogs so loves whenever we get to god sit. I have a fenced yard and take the dogs for an afternoon and night walk on my lunch and after work. I have a dog of my own so my house is kept tidy with nothing that would be unsafe for dogs.
