“Our first time using this application/service for our furr babies. I picked Kendra and asked her if she could come over so we could meet each other and she could maybe meet our furr babies. After a quick tour and us chatting, 2 of our kitties that normally hide when “strangers” are in the home came out to investigate who she was. Our dog Penelope is a people person doggie and pretty much likes everyone. Our one cat Johnni is the most curious and will want to be seen and maybe be petted. We only needed our dog fed and potty break as the cats are on auto feeders. And after having met Kendra I was very comfortable that our animals would be well cared for and I booked her for a drop in. I left her a note for feeding Penelope and where she potties. Kendra kept me in the loop with texts and pictures of the animals. Everyone got their glamour shots but 1 kitty (she was an outdoor kitty and is weary of people until she comfortable with them). We are beyond happy with Kendra’s care of our animals, our home and will definitely be using her services again. “My dog spent the day at Lupe’s today and left happy. Lupe had great hospitality. She gave me a little tour of where my dog would be spending his time and asked questions about his needs/personality when I dropped him off. The indoor area is very specious and has a gate to separate some dogs from others based on temperament. My dog was showing signs of possessiveness over his toy so she was proactive about giving him his own space away from the other dogs. She said when the dogs weren’t outside playing he chose to spend his time right next to her while she worked. Lupe sent pictures and gave a recap of how he played well outside with other dogs and was fed separately.”

Also I loved that even if they have multiple dogs they keep them separated between her and her husband so that was amazing because you never know with dogs and different personalities. If we ever return here we will def be booking with her again. Also her house is great for the dogs. She has a big fenced area in the back for dogs to sniff around and get used to the new area. 10/10.”

“Anthony is top-notch! He took great care of our King Charles Cavalier for four days. Anthony sent lots of pictures and videos of our dog playing with his dog, Kai. He took our dog on many walks to the local park and played fetch with the dogs his backyard. Anthony was very flexible with pickup/drop off times and had everything ready to go when it was time to take our dog home. I highly recommend Anthony for dog boarding and we will be rebooking with him in a few weeks.”

“Biswas was amazing and took great care of my goldendoodle! I boarded Snoopy for 3 weeks during my holiday vacation in Asia and Biswas kept me up-to-date with pictures and videos of how Snoopy was doing. This was also my first time boarding with someone from Rover, and I'm very glad I found Biswas as he made this a great experience and treated my dog with respect and care. Just from connecting with him on our first video call, I can tell that he loves dogs and is a very nice person. When I came over to pick Snoopy up on the last day, it seems that Snoopy wanted to stay longer lol. I cannot recommend him enough and will definitely be booking with him for any future boarding!”
“We found Ms. Olivia when looking for a new sitter for our 14 year old pitbull. We wanted to arrange for a short term stay before a longer term stay later this month. We made our decision based on Olivia’s experience with anxious dogs as our seasoned pet does experience anxiety and restlessness sometimes. As a pet owner, we too have anxiety when leaving our pet with a new sitter. Olivia was very welcoming when we arrived. She assured us that he would be fine. She kept us updated with photos to show how comfortable he was and she communicated and responded promptly with any questions we had after drop off. Olivia’s respectful personality was clear. She was prompt and ready for the drop off and had him ready for the pickup as well.
