About: I’ve raised puppies, kittens, baby birds, chickens and various other animals, I’ve also had experience working on a dog farm and groomed various types of breeds. I’m available for part-time work and am flexible when it comes to scheduling. I am open to working Monday-Sun as long as it’s planned at least a week in advance. I have a fenced large yard with two separate deck areas, I am open to bringing the pets over and housing them or going to a clients house and pet sitting, walking or even bathing if needed in a comfortable and familiar place for the pet.

“I know my dog had an amazing time. She looked happy and relaxed when I picked her up. My baby Roxie did well her dog and think they may have horsed around quite a bit since when we got home she just napped like she does after having park time. We got pictures and updates of Roxie and we could tell she was tended to and being loved as well. We were late to pick her up due to flight delays and eventually cancelations. Sylvia was easy to coordinate with for the extra unexpected day. Also, my dog was bitten by a dog the day before we dropped her off and she had meds and special instructions to which I know she kept a good eye on her as the wound/bite had healed and was looking good even 2days after the incident. I would totally recommend her as she is attentive and caring. Roxie is our baby girl and she can be timid but with Sylvia my doggie felt right at home!! That is priceless to know while we were so far away from our little girl.”

About: I have always had pets growing up as a child and my love for them has grown into my adulthood even more. I have a passion for learning and understanding all different types of animals. My experience in Pet Care is from having my own pets and caring for family, friends and volunteering over the years. I was relied on to take care of them with feeding them, walking, bathing them and training them. Etc. I’m currently not working but I am a stay at home mom , So I’m able to have time to play with pets and make sure to do anything necessary to help out, I’m able to house sit, boarding, and foster. We do have a small male dog in the house that we can keep separate from the dogs/cats. I always check fence gates before letting a dog outside. Always lock the doors, and make sure I don't step outside without the key incase I get locked out. Providing pets with food and fresh water. Administering medication to pets according to the instructions provided by pet owners. Cleaning out litter boxes and crates. We do prefer the animal to have a crate we can put them in or we can provide one too.

About: The area I provide for a kitty being boarded with me is a kitty suite. It has room to play, climb, rest, hide and look out a window, that can be opened when fresh air is needed, without the worry of escape. One and up to five kitties can fit in this kitty suite, but only one family at a time. The suite has the window area which can serve as a sectioned off area when one of the fur babies would prefer some alone time. I have taken care of several hundred cats over the last decade and I have extensive experience in caring for cats of all ages. I am lucky to have the support and aid of my husband, who is often the nurse and provides the administration of medications when needed and practically anything I need assistance with. My top priorities, when taking care of the kitties are safety, cleanliness, a consistent schedule and playtime and of course love and attention 💝 I have seven cats of my own, so I know how important it is for my kitty parents to be reassured that their babies are happy and safe while they are in my care. Lucky took shine to her right away. We had a couple hiccups ( we forgot to leave her pack with Crystal) it had her ball and food and blanket. We apologized and felt horrible, but Crystal reassured us that it wasn't a problem and she had plenty of food and toys to keep her occupied. Cuddles and positive reinforcement are very important to me. Since 2013 I have had the pleasure of being professionally involved in caring for several animals and reptiles (some with special needs). I began nannying and housekeeping for a wonderful family in Seattle, and my duties included the regular care of two high energy pups, and one had special needs toward the last year of her life, requiring daily medications. When that family stopped needing full-time care, I began working for a local company as a dog walker and sitter. “I asked Cassy to walk my dogs last minute and she was awesome. I have two rambunctious lil dogs, one is recently adopted and usually scared of strangers and I even thought Cassy might not be able to walk her, but she sent so many pictures of two happy pups on a walk. I will say though, senior dogs have a way at pulling at my heartstrings the most. ❤️ I have experience administering medication for dogs and cats, even the ones who would rather not be getting medication from a stranger. I will absolutely let you know if I think I am incapable to meet your needs, to not risk anything. The safety and happiness of your beloved pet is the top priority. Photos, videos, updates galore - I will be sure to update you as much as you need to know that your furry friend is in safe hands! What sets me aside from other sitters is the attention to detail I care about in making sure your space is respected while I'm there. I will make my best effort to make it look like I wasn't even there, despite staying with your furry friend(s) the whole time! My schedule changes around often so I'll try to fit you in wherever I can! I'm newer to Rover, but not new to sitting/drop-ins. I'm currently marking my booked days as "unavailable" since I have clients I work with outside of Rover. Regardless of what the calender says, please feel free to reach out to me and I'll see if I can make things work! I will not be offering my own home for pet sitting, but I am willing to pet sit at yours! I believe in keeping your pets routine as close as possible to normalcy, so they can get comfortable with me in their space while you're gone. I require a visit beforehand before any service to meet you and your pet(s) and to discuss their routine! If you want any training/walks, please express that and we will talk and I will be sure to meet your expectations!
About: I have had many years of housesitting experience with came with caring for pets. I have also worked at a pet store and handled bathing dogs. I am free weekdays and weekends and am open to staying at a home for multiple days. On Tuesdays and Thursdays I will be attending class 9:40 a.m. to 2:25 p.m. I have a friendly dog, a kitten and two outdoor cats as well as a fenced yard with tons of dog toys, treats and a small kennel. I make sure any hazardous things such as cleaning products and other harmful substances are out of the pet’s way and give frequent potty breaks. I take into account their feeding schedule and any medicine they may need.

About: I have owned dogs, horses, chickens and pigs my entire life. Prior to having my twins, I worked at a vet office for three years as a receptionist and vet assistant. While working at the vet office, I pet sat for clients dogs and cats when they went out of town. I also worked at a pet boarding facility before the vet, but at both places I cared for all the animals as if they were my own.
