Rafi was with them for 2 wks., and when I picked her up I witnessed her seek attention and affection from them, she interacted well with their dogs, and had no initial interest in my return. “We were so lucky to have Madison take care of our dog over our 13 day vacation. Duke suffers from "only-dog" syndrome and doesn't socialize with other dogs much, so he gets anxious and doesn't always have the best manners at first. Madison and Moses took the time to work with him and teach him how to be part of the pack. She stayed in contact with us with regular updates and pictures and always reassured us that he was meeting the expectations they were setting for him. We were confident that he was safe, well cared for, and in the very best hands that he could be in while we were away. Hana can be very anxious and temperamental, but Lori exceeded our expectations and was able to form a bond with her quickly. We usually avoid boarding Hana at larger facilities because she becomes overwhelmed and overly anxious. However, Lori was able to provide Hana with much more intimate care where she felt safer. Lori provided daily updates showing us that Hana was active and well taken care of. This made it much easier to feel at ease while we are on vacation. We will certainly be using her again.”

I’m originally from San Diego and am home for a few months after finishing my masters degree at Columbia University. About: I’ve had about 13 dogs of different breeds in my lifetime. Every dog that I’ve had in my life still carry on in my heart. I was responsible for all of my dogs and made sure to attend to their needs in a safe manner. I’m able to work any day of the week as long as it’s 8-3pm. I’m just not available around 4-6, but I am able to care for them in my home if necessary. We have a screen door and our parking lot is gated, so there is no way for them to get through. There is also a park nearby that is great for walking.

“Brooke and her husband, Steven, were amazing! (I hope I got his name right, my dog was rather excited when he introduced himself). My stay was very last minute as I was coming down from LA, so they didn't have a chance to meet my dog before his stay with them. They were SUPER accommodating in taking him in really early in the morning and late at night (9:30 pm), so I could go do touristy things in SD. My dog is an excited barker when he meets people, and bright at 8:30 am, the two of them came out to greet him extremely cheerful and thankfully very nice and understanding while I apologized for his barking. They have a great house with a backyard. They were super chill about Marty hanging out with them on the couch and it seemed like they had a mellow day. Since it was only a day, I mentioned they didn't have to take photos of him, but throughout the day, they sent me adorable selfies of them having fun with my pup and it made my day! Their positivity and enthusiasm made me feel so at ease and I highly recommend them. I will definitely contact them when I'm back in town again.”
About: I've had the pleasure of caring for all kinds of animals big and small. Seizure disorder, elderly, puppies, high-energy dogs are all welcome! I am able to administer medicine and follow any particular rules you'd like. Between my husband and I we both are home Monday thru Sunday. Always home with our pups and yours! About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a kid, so I have plenty of experience. I also own a 5 month old mini aussiedoodle who is great with other small/medium sized dogs. She is crate trained, sleep trained, potty trained, and leash trained. I have lots of experience with dog training and have done a lot of research on it! I work from home full time, so I will be able to give potty breaks as often as I need to. I typically take Callie (my dog) to the park 2-3x a day and out to go potty every couple hours. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a kid, so I have plenty of experience. I also own a 5 month old mini aussiedoodle who is great with other small/medium sized dogs. She is crate trained, sleep trained, potty trained, and leash trained. I have lots of experience with dog training and have done a lot of research on it! I work from home full time, so I will be able to give potty breaks as often as I need to. I typically take Callie (my dog) to the park 2-3x a day and out to go potty every couple hours. About: I have taken care of a wide veriaty of animals since I was very young! I personally have two dogs and a cat that I love, and I love taking care of my friends and family’s pets because I think every animal deserves the love and the care that they deserve.
