Our usual dog care fell through right before a long out-of-state trip, and we were genuinely considering postponing because our senior dog, Indi, has recently been diagnosed with IBD and needs a specialized diet, daily meds, and a calm, attentive environment. She can get stressed easily in new places, which has previously led to tummy issues and even skin flare-ups — so we were very nervous about leaving her with someone new. About: Since I started caring for loved ones' cats and adopted one of my own, I've learned what special creatures they are. Friends and family trust me with their care and I fall in love with their unique personalities every time. I clean litter boxes at least once a day, provide fresh water and food, keep track of food intake and frequency/quality of bathroom breaks, make sure they get lots of play time, and administer topical and oral medication as needed. About: I am a loving and friendly dog sitter! I grew up with two dogs, a poodle and a Chihuahua. My family currently has a bull terrier that I love very much. I also take care of my best friend's dog when she is out of town. I love dogs and going on walks so this combination is perfect for me. “I have an anxious senior pup who hasn't spent much time apart from my partner and I since adopting him a few months ago (in large part due to his anxiety). I did a pre-meeting with Zoe to make sure it would be a good fit for the pup and then we completed the booking. While my pup still let me know later in the day he was mad I left him, when I picked him up he was happy and bouncing around, but also perfectly happy to go back and hang with her. I think this was the most positive experience possible for Rick and am hopeful the positive experience might help him towards being less anxious when we leave him in the future (every positive experience helps I hope!). I would and will definitely book again with her as long as she's available and accepts him again! Also to note, she was very flexible with our pick up time which I appreciated - I had mentioned I might be able to pick the dog up early, and then when I was able to I messaged her that day and picked him up 3 hours early to hopefully make it easier on Rick. That for sure saved me some time instead of needing to pick him up and hitting rush hour on my way home. She was also very helpful and provided feedback to me on Rick's behavior at my request so I have a good handle on how his anxiety and overall behavior is progressing as we try to work through it. About: Our family loves four-legged friends! As doggie parents for 20 years, we have also taken care of dogs of all sizes and ages from puppies to seniors. We do have a 2.5 year old Beagle and ask that your dog is well-socialized and ready to interact with our dog. That said, we only board one dog at time, so we can shower love and care on your dog. If our home sounds like a good fit, please contact us! My husband and I both work from home and have flexible schedules. We can easily fit in morning and evening walks dependent on your dog's routine. Our home has a doggie door to a fenced backyard, so your dog has easy access to the bathroom and a play area. We are also less than 5 minutes from our neighborhood dog park, so there are opportunities to exercise and run your dog as needed. If your dog eats a raw or cooked food diet, we can also accommodate those dietary needs. Should you dog need continued training or administering medicine, we can do that too!

“Kushram and Family are a wonderful find for dog sitting or doggy day care. Give the initial booking request a bit of lead time, as the confirmation that the day/time works may take up to a day to come through. This time I put in a request 9:30pm on a Saturday, and got confirmation Sunday evening. (I suspect requests are processed daily). The initial booking request was the largest gap we experienced in communication, scheduling the meet and greet by messages was easy - they were very responsive and want to ensure you and your pup will be comfortable with their set up and go over any special needs of the dog. Our elder pup Rick was drawn to Kushram and the whole family even on the meet and greet (I think just his wife and adult nephew), as well the drop off day of, and they were able to make him comfortable enough to eat even on a short visit. Given our short booking (only about 3 hrs) we can't really comment on long term pictures/communication during the visit, but I can say I feel pretty happy that I found some place local where I feel comfortable leaving my dog when I need to go somewhere. They also have some experience with some dog special needs, but can help best when they know about it ahead of time. They were not concerned or put off in the slightest by our pups needs (mostly that he's pretty clingy, can get cold easily, and only has 3 teeth and will only eat small pieces of food, and doesn't love hanging out with other dogs), and described other dogs they had watched with similar or more challenging needs such as dog-sitting a blind dog in a new space. Thank you for taking good care of our pup!”

About: I'm super reliable, very patient and attentive when left in care of your fur babies I like to chill and lounge on the couch with them or go on long walks or spend time at the park P.s will follow special instructions if there is any needed to follow :)) For days that I have available for pet sittings I like to know if they will have a schedule to follow or not so I usually go by that but I have most days off with just gardening to do or stuff to do around the house/lounging or hiking/ running errands. About: I have over 10 years of pet boarding experience. In my home are 2 cats, 1 pug and 1 turtle. My babies love when we have guests and truly enjoy the company as much as I do. I work great hours and not too long which leaves me with plenty of play time and 2 long walks a day. I spend most of my time at home which gives us plenty of quality time to hangout. There is a large patio on the second floor for sunbathing during the day while looking at a great view of the water.
