“Our Luna girl stayed with Adam and Julie for over a week and this was herfirst stay with them. We did do a meet and greet a couple months before the actual stay so we had an idea if Luna liked Adam and Julie. Luna is normally a fairly reactive young puppy like adolescent with frequent barking and lungeing at people and dogs that distress her which can be many people and dogs. We went to their home for the meet and greet and Luna was fairly comfortable with Adam and Julie right off the bat. That was definitely a good sign. Two months later and Luna now 2 months older and more mellow has her stay with Adam and Julie. We picked Luna up after our trip and she was happy, playful, and reacted like she had a good stay. Julie and Adam gave us a full report and it seems everything went well. We got a daily picture of Luna sent via text which made us very happy to connect with her. Thanks to Adam and Julie for taking good care of our girl while we were on vacation.”

Our usual dog care fell through right before a long out-of-state trip, and we were genuinely considering postponing because our senior dog, Indi, has recently been diagnosed with IBD and needs a specialized diet, daily meds, and a calm, attentive environment. She can get stressed easily in new places, which has previously led to tummy issues and even skin flare-ups — so we were very nervous about leaving her with someone new. From the very first message, Luna was incredibly warm, proactive, and thoughtful. She even offered to set up a meet-and-greet right away before we could ask, which immediately put us at ease. Once we dropped Indi off, it was clear Luna treats animals like family. Her own dog, Jim, also has IBD, so she had first-hand experience and comfort caring for a pup with similar needs. Throughout the two weeks, Luna provided detailed updates every single day — including meals, meds, walks, and yes, digestion reports (very appreciated 😂). She took so many adorable photos and videos that we could see how happy and relaxed Indi was. Our dog walker also commented on how noticeably happier and healthier Indi seemed while staying at Luna’s — her stools even improved (a true win for IBD dog parents!). Communication was flawless, kind, and reassuring the whole time. We felt completely at ease, which is priceless. We would absolutely book with Luna again and recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a sitter who is caring, attentive, and truly exceptional. We were understandably nervous about leaving Wizzy with an unfamiliar family for an extended 17-day stay, especially since it was her first time being boarded. “Asatur is just great! We’ve used him twice for boarding and as we live a bit far away we hire his son to pick up and drop off our dog Rosie. Rosie always greets Davit eagerly and hops right into his car - always a great sign, as Rosie is discerning and doesn’t like everyone! It shows she’s having a good experience at Asatur’s place. He has a huge grassy back yard where the dogs play all day. I actually like that he doesn’t walk the dogs as I think it’s sometimes unsafe when dog walkers walk multiple dogs, plus these dogs get tons of freeform exercise and socializing! Asatur himself is lovely and very good with dogs - Rosie likes him. Highly recommended!”

“I have an anxious senior pup who hasn't spent much time apart from my partner and I since adopting him a few months ago (in large part due to his anxiety). I did a pre-meeting with Zoe to make sure it would be a good fit for the pup and then we completed the booking. While my pup still let me know later in the day he was mad I left him, when I picked him up he was happy and bouncing around, but also perfectly happy to go back and hang with her. I think this was the most positive experience possible for Rick and am hopeful the positive experience might help him towards being less anxious when we leave him in the future (every positive experience helps I hope!). I would and will definitely book again with her as long as she's available and accepts him again! Also to note, she was very flexible with our pick up time which I appreciated - I had mentioned I might be able to pick the dog up early, and then when I was able to I messaged her that day and picked him up 3 hours early to hopefully make it easier on Rick. That for sure saved me some time instead of needing to pick him up and hitting rush hour on my way home. She was also very helpful and provided feedback to me on Rick's behavior at my request so I have a good handle on how his anxiety and overall behavior is progressing as we try to work through it. “Kushram and Family are a wonderful find for dog sitting or doggy day care. Give the initial booking request a bit of lead time, as the confirmation that the day/time works may take up to a day to come through. This time I put in a request 9:30pm on a Saturday, and got confirmation Sunday evening. (I suspect requests are processed daily). The initial booking request was the largest gap we experienced in communication, scheduling the meet and greet by messages was easy - they were very responsive and want to ensure you and your pup will be comfortable with their set up and go over any special needs of the dog. Our elder pup Rick was drawn to Kushram and the whole family even on the meet and greet (I think just his wife and adult nephew), as well the drop off day of, and they were able to make him comfortable enough to eat even on a short visit. Given our short booking (only about 3 hrs) we can't really comment on long term pictures/communication during the visit, but I can say I feel pretty happy that I found some place local where I feel comfortable leaving my dog when I need to go somewhere. They also have some experience with some dog special needs, but can help best when they know about it ahead of time. They were not concerned or put off in the slightest by our pups needs (mostly that he's pretty clingy, can get cold easily, and only has 3 teeth and will only eat small pieces of food, and doesn't love hanging out with other dogs), and described other dogs they had watched with similar or more challenging needs such as dog-sitting a blind dog in a new space. Thank you for taking good care of our pup!”

I've found there is less stress if they stay in their own familiar surroundings with your smells; especially if they are blind or deaf or have elderly med needs.. “Our Luna girl stayed with Adam and Julie for over a week and this was herfirst stay with them. We did do a meet and greet a couple months before the actual stay so we had an idea if Luna liked Adam and Julie. Luna is normally a fairly reactive young puppy like adolescent with frequent barking and lungeing at people and dogs that distress her which can be many people and dogs. We went to their home for the meet and greet and Luna was fairly comfortable with Adam and Julie right off the bat. That was definitely a good sign. Two months later and Luna now 2 months older and more mellow has her stay with Adam and Julie. We picked Luna up after our trip and she was happy, playful, and reacted like she had a good stay. Julie and Adam gave us a full report and it seems everything went well. We got a daily picture of Luna sent via text which made us very happy to connect with her. Thanks to Adam and Julie for taking good care of our girl while we were on vacation.”

“Asatur is just great! We’ve used him twice for boarding and as we live a bit far away we hire his son to pick up and drop off our dog Rosie. Rosie always greets Davit eagerly and hops right into his car - always a great sign, as Rosie is discerning and doesn’t like everyone! It shows she’s having a good experience at Asatur’s place. He has a huge grassy back yard where the dogs play all day. I actually like that he doesn’t walk the dogs as I think it’s sometimes unsafe when dog walkers walk multiple dogs, plus these dogs get tons of freeform exercise and socializing! Asatur himself is lovely and very good with dogs - Rosie likes him. Highly recommended!”
