All around my neighborhoods I have taken care of dogs. One of my favourite things to do is go on a hike with a pup! I have flexible hours and would love to help out and take care of some pups! As stated above I am extremely flexible. No commitments as it is summer! I love being in nature and have had a lot of free time. Overall pretty open! Because I am such a dog lover I love spending time with them either on walks or inside the home. If a dog needs to be watched more carefully I have no problem with that! My backyard is free range with a fence where they can roam at all hours and overall i’m very gentle and loving with them.

He can have a little separation anxiety. Within the first day into my trip I felt 100% at ease and reassured. Melissa was very accommodating and made Thor welcome in her home. She stayed in contact and sent pictures and even a video. Thor was well exercised, going on long walks, and to Mt Tam for trail walk with her husband was great. My big boy came home tired and happy. About: I'm the friend who everyone asks to take care of their dog (including senior dogs). I love our furry friends—and appreciate every families trust. I raised a Bichon puppy and later cared for her as a 12 year old senior dog. I have fostered and helped to train 4 rescue dogs through the Milo Foundation and frequently pop by to volunteer walk Milo dogs. I am an executive who works from home so I am at the dog's side non-stop and have the flexibility to take several walks a day. I'm also a 5 minute drive to Blackie's Pasture for longer walks. I have a super clean home. The dogs are allowed everywhere. I have a very clean, safe home. I also have access to popular dog parks/walks. I pay close attention to dietary restrictions, etc. And when it comes to passing another dog on leash I always ask if the dog is friendly. I'm a mom to an 11 year old—I care for dogs like they are kiddos.

She stayed in contact and sent pictures and even a video. Thor was well exercised, going on long walks, and to Mt Tam for trail walk with her husband was great. My big boy came home tired and happy. About: Hello! I have cared for animals of every kind since I was able to hold a leash, brush a cat, and collect chicken eggs. I'm a Mill Valley mom, educator, and current owner of two sweet Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. I have owned cats, dogs, chickens, rodents and birds. I keep bees as an active beekeeper. I am experienced with medically fragile animals and am comfortable giving all meds, including subcutaneous fluids. My home is warm, safe, child and animal friendly. My yard is fenced and my children (ages 8 and 14) love share in the caring of animals. We would love to have your dogs join our pack for awhile! I am an educator and off for the summer. I have plenty of time to care for your pets along with my own. My kids and I stay local and have adventures and relaxing downtime all summer long. I have a large, fenced yard. My house is warm, cozy, pet and kid friendly. My dogs sleep on my bed and I'm fine if yours want to also. We love neighborhood walks and throwing balls in the backyard.
“Betty was a fantastic dog sitter and we recommend her highly. We were a little nervous to leave our dog for a long two week stay given our dog has a bit of stranger danger and it was their first time staying with a sitter in the sitter’s home. Thus, we wanted a sitter who was familiar with dog body language and had a lot of experience. Betty fit those criteria perfectly, was extremely communicative, and sent us frequent updates with pictures everyday. Even though he’s older, he still has plenty of energy, and they balanced his need for comfort and activity. They made sure he was cozy in his bed at night, let him enjoy their lovely backyard for breaks, and took him on a fun “sniff-rari” walk in the morning. When we picked him up, he looked happy, relaxed, and well cared-for. I really appreciate the thoughtful attention they gave him during his short stay!”
