We are very selective in who we have watch our boys while we are gone (typically family or friends would come to our home and stay with them)… but we moved from Southern to Northern California so need to figure out an alternative. “Patti and Joe are very nice and love their dogs. Rylee's stay was good and he did receive lots of activity, attention and made a new friend in Buttons! The only issue was when Rylee returned home, he had stomach (throwing up) and potty (diarrhea) issues. I believe this was due to extra food/treats/kibble that he received outside of the instructed daily recommended kibble plan that he is accustomed to. He has a very sensitive stomach and is typically not given any people food or alternate dog food and has to follow the instructed meal schedule. Once he gets back on track he will be ok and otherwise all was well. Thank you!”

About: I have been around breeds of all kinda. I have even taken care of a neighbor 3 dogs. They had a basset hound, boxer and an american bull dog. I currently do have pets but it doesnt give me the option to list since they are not cats or dogs. I have 2 geese, 6 ducks, and 5 chickens I love being around animals. It will be able to work with me and be able to be home for my daughter when she gets home from school. She loves dogs and cats. About: Hi, I grew up around several different animals of all sizes from rodents/reptiles to livestock/dogs. I have always had at least one dog in my life at all times. The more the merrier. I love all animals big and small. I worked at a kennel where I learned about boarding and training dogs for about a year and I have pet sat for about 15 years in grand total. I currently work at a pet store in Sutter Creek. I love being around dogs and training or even just hanging out and playing. I am a outdoorsy person. I have experience with livestock animals also. Horses, cattle, chickens, Lhamas, mini animals, donkeys. I have references also if you would like them. Our home is completely fenced and sits on 3 acres. We have two friendly german shepherds. I work part time so some days I am gone at work. But our 17 year old daughter is always home. We also go to church Sunday morning so we would be gone for a couple hours but otherwise we are always home. I care for pets in my home as I would my own. I have 3 German Shepherds. 10 months to 7 years old. As for in home pet sitting I would follow whatever routine you have set for your fur babies already so it would be easier on them.
About: I have always been in love with animals, and so from a young age I have always been the one to help a person babysit there fur babies if needed, and what better way to spend time making money, taking care of different amazing animals. It brings me pure joy!:) I am pretty flexible and could do it any day of the week, but I prefer not to do over nights unless you are gone for long periods of time. “Michelle was great with my dog Oakley! I was so thankful she was able to take him on short notice and accommodate whatever we needed... Her house is on a large property that's fully enclosed and in a beautiful gated community in the hills. Whether you have a big dog that loves to run around and interact with other friendly animals or a small dog that prefers to spend time inside close to people, Michelle's house is an awesome place for pets! My dog has major separation anxiety, but instead of stressing out like he normally does when he knows I'm leaving him, Oakley immediately settled in and started exploring the property with one of her dogs right after we got there! I could tell from Michelle's updates and photos that Oakley was really enjoying his time there and felt comfortable he would be well taken care of if he needed to stay even longer in the future. The location of her house turned out to be really convenient and close to where I was going, but even if I'm further away the next time I'm in town and need a sitter, I know that Michelle will be our first choice for sure!”

They are very communicative and reliable and make sure they understand your dog’s personality and care needs so they can make it a comfortable and positive stay. We had a meet and greet with their dog Rufus prior to setting up daycare and Bodhi and Rufus play very well together. They always send a Rover card documenting how the day went with photos and potty breaks. They even go above and beyond and give Bodhi mental enrichment with puzzles and healthy treats. “On June 28th, my super pregnant wife and I did maternity photos about 30 minutes away for a few hours and we had the absolute pleasure (and Oso's) of having Abraham and his lovely family look after Oso. This was our 2nd time leaving our energetic pup with him, his family, and 2 dogs. We know Oso always has the best time because we receive updates/pics of what he's up to and he's always smiling from ear to floppy ear. Whether it's playing with his 2 furry friends, going on walks, or shopping at Whole Foods while riding in a shopping cart, my wife and I were grateful that Oso was in the best hands. They watched him for about 6.5 hours and when we picked him up, he looked like he had the best day and was ready to come home and rest up! (Which is a welcome bonus for us). About: Hi, I grew up around several different animals of all sizes from rodents/reptiles to livestock/dogs. I have always had at least one dog in my life at all times. The more the merrier. I love all animals big and small. I worked at a kennel where I learned about boarding and training dogs for about a year and I have pet sat for about 15 years in grand total. I currently work at a pet store in Sutter Creek. I love being around dogs and training or even just hanging out and playing. I am a outdoorsy person. I have experience with livestock animals also. Horses, cattle, chickens, Lhamas, mini animals, donkeys. I have references also if you would like them. Our home is completely fenced and sits on 3 acres. We have two friendly german shepherds. I work part time so some days I am gone at work. But our 17 year old daughter is always home. We also go to church Sunday morning so we would be gone for a couple hours but otherwise we are always home. I care for pets in my home as I would my own. I have 3 German Shepherds. 10 months to 7 years old. As for in home pet sitting I would follow whatever routine you have set for your fur babies already so it would be easier on them.

About: I have been owned by cats and dogs in the past. I recently transferred with my job from the East Coast to Utah, and now reside in Northern California and currently frequent the Humane Society to visit with the cats and dogs waiting for homes. Pet Sitting - I am able to walk them/feed in the mornings and after 5 p.m. Monday-Wednesday and Thursday - Sundays more frequently. I do prefer overnight pet sitting. I am reliable, responsible and have a "knack" with most pets. I do need to know about any behavioral issues (likes to chew on things that aren't their toys for example). About: My experience comes from owning not just dogs (XL-XS) and cats, but many animals in my lifetime. To me, living with these animals is the best way to gain experience. I have also done many house sitting jobs for people with lots of pets, and it’s something I genuinely enjoy doing. To me, the most important thing is establishing trust with your sitter, and I am a guaranteed safe person to trust any animal with. I’m great at reading animal body language and typically do well with all pets. I work at Panera, so my hours are not crazy, and never are usually longer than 4 hours, so pet sitting works great with my schedule. My college is also online so that doesn’t effect my schedule for the most part. In a clients home, it’s important to follow all of the instructions they provide, while also making their pets feel as if the owners never left.

About: Owner Away? I’ll Sit and Stay. I am willing to take care of your dog at my house or yours and have been an avid lover of our furry friends for as long as I can remember. Besides caring for dogs, cats, birds, fish and gerbils of my own in the past, I have been declared the animal whisperer in my family. I am currently a third-year student studying to create prosthetics for animals at Cal Poly University and volunteer with Guide Dogs for the Blind as well as two other organizations that foster and rehouse animals to their furrrever homes. I would love nothing more than the opportunity to meet with you and your pet to give them the best level of care while you're away and to help you feel confident in trusting to leave your fur baby with me. I am currently taking this quarter off of school to focus on work and so I have quite a bit of free time as my job only requires that I work from home. That being said, whatever availability is required to fit your needs, that is a department I am more than flexible to appease. Ideally, I would like to offer care in the client's home, whether that be pet/house sitting or just walking the dog. In that situation, I would be more than happy to take care of upkeeping the household if need be (i.e. water plants, take out the trash, pick up the mail, etc.) I live in an apartment complex where smaller animals are allowed so depending on the client's case, I can try to accommodate housing arrangements in my home instead.
