About: I grew up with dogs and have always considered them essential members of the family. We always had large breed dogs, and while they could be a lot of work, it was worth it to be able to go through life with these amazing creatures. I’m happy to spend time with your furry friend, whatever their energy level or particularities. I am a writer who works from home, so I can commit to spending plenty of quality time with your pup, going on walks or hanging out at home. I’m also happily to take them to the dog park once in a while if that’s something your pup enjoys. I have a fenced yard and a dog of my own. Bhalu is a 14-year-old lab mix who will be overjoyed to meet your pup for approximate 5 minutes, after which he will lose interest and go off to do his own thing.

About: I have always been an animal lover. Since my teenage years we had dogs and cats in the house. Over the last 20 years I have lived with and cared for 2 dogs and two cats. Sadly at this point they have all passed on of old age, so I would be especially happy to spend time caring for your animals. I am only employed on a very part time basis, so I have a fairly open and flexible schedule for dog walking, home visits and boarding on most weekdays, and some weekends. I have a fenced back yard perfect for pets to hang out in, and there is also a covered area in the back yard if the weather is rainy. I studied pre-veterinary biology for two years, so I know about the science behind animals as well as understanding their basic care and needs. I take care of my cats every day with assistance from my mom when I'm out of the house; I also do Petsitting and dog walking on a weekly basis. I work full time and do this as a supplement to my income, and to spend time getting to know your pets! I follow instructions carefully, including medication administration needs; I introduce myself to animals slowly and with lots of positive reinforcement to create a healthy relationship. I listen to owner's needs regarding their animal and do my best to be flexible.

I ran my own dog walking business as a sole proprietor for many years, and also have worked as an independent contractor for other dog walking & pet sitting companies. About: Offering boarding for small farm animal(s)/dogs in Humboldt , Carlotta area. Fenced in pasture plus small undercover area. Must provide your own food, I can feed/provide fresh water. Boarding price depends on animal(s)/services needed. We have chickens, ducks, turkeys, dogs and a couple cows on our property, if you have a dog, it must be okay being around these animals and a small child. Please reach out with any questions.
