“If there is anyone that I would want to watch my dog while I was out of town it would be Chris (she’s also a local Vet tech). She took great care of my child/dog Aldo while I was gone for a few days. She always sent me pics of him having a great time at her house playing with the all the toys and her 2 dogs, always took him for walks, and gave him treats. He usually sleeps on his bed on the floor but when I came back he was sleeping on Chris’ bed... Now he sleeps in my bed every night since I picked Him up!! 5/5 stars and a great person too!”

About: I’ve grown up around cats my entire life, so caring for them comes very naturally to me. I currently live with four cats, including one of my own, and my sisters have cats as well, so I’m around different cat personalities every day. I’ve cared for cats of different ages and temperaments, from playful kittens to older, more independent cats. I also have experience bottle-feeding young kittens and helping stray cats in need, which has taught me to be patient, gentle, and really attentive to their behavior. I know cats have their own boundaries, some want cuddles and attention right away, while others need their space and time to warm up. I’m completely comfortable letting them come to me when they’re ready. I’m experienced with feeding, fresh water, litter box cleaning, playtime, keeping their space tidy, and following their normal routines. Currently, I am a oart-time care giver for a 12 Year old cat, feeding, and also caring for An outdoor cat, who was has been fixed. About: Ive been an animal lover since I was little, Ive had all types of animals growing up and absolutely love caring for all pets. My roommates travel often and I take care of their senior dog Riley, he is deaf and blind so he needs a lot of extra TLC. I am local to south salinas, I have my own business and make my own schedule. About: I have had dogs all of my life, all breeds and all ages. We are a family of 6, Mom, Dad, our 12 yr old daughter and our 3 fur babies. We dedicate our time to making them happy and live a full life. We have volunteered to foster puppies through the SPCA and pet sit for family as well. Our home is cozy with a good size backyard. All dogs would sleep indoors and have someone with them at all times since We work from home. We currently work from home so there will always be someone home with your pet. We can go for short or long walks a couple times per day and they have full access to to indoor and outdoor throughout the day. We have a fenced backyard and can separate rooms with baby gates if needed. There’s a doggy door in the garage to the backyard and two separate runners. We have a soon to be 5 yr old German shepherd, a 9 yr old rescue chihuahua and our old man a 10 yr old Shih Tzu. They are spayed/neutered and get along great with other dogs. You will have the option to have your pet sleep in the living room alongside our dogs or in a separate room.
“Hemmingway has been staying with Gabriel for a couple on months now. Gabriel and his son Lucas spend the entire days playing with Hemi, Titan and Almond. The back yard is completely fixed up for dogs to be outside and playing. When he has errands to run Delia and their two older kids help out. The team is very flexible as my work hours are all over the map. They were even able to keep Hemi overnight on short notice while I had a family member at a local ED. The pictures and updates make my day ! Gabriel has taught Hemi to sit, platz,up or jump and are working on heeling. I make sure my pets get a healthy balance of play, structure, and rest. With my dog, I focus on plenty of playtime and ongoing training, which helps her burn energy and settle into naps while I work. My cat prefers a calmer routine and spends most of her day relaxing in her own space, but I always make time for snuggles and connection so she feels loved and secure. I’m very attentive to each pet’s needs and energy levels. If a dog becomes tired or overstimulated, I’m happy to crate them for a peaceful reset if that’s part of their routine. For cats, I create a cozy, quiet space where they can feel safe and comfortable throughout the day. There is plenty of room in our house and yard to create separate spaces for pets to have their own areas (for sleep, food, play, etc.) if that is what they prefer. ❤️
About: I’ve had a dog since I was 10 he was older so I had to learn to be patient with him.Now with a newer puppy I had to find ways to train and help him not be so shy around other dogs As a college student I have my weekends open and I stay at school for holidays! During the week I have a lot of time in between class in order to take care of your loving pet! I always make sure to keep an eye on the pets when outside the back yard or just in the house just to make sure they’re okay. During walks when walking pass other dogs I try to walk across the street from other dog or stray off to the side and wait for the dog to pass us.
