“Truly the best dog sitter we’ve ever had! Cookie (our corgi) stayed with Katherine for two days and one night during a heat wave, and somehow he still came home relaxed, happy, and totally himself. She made sure he got the exercise he needs—even in the heat—and it really showed. Katherine’s home is beautiful—so warm, clean, and inviting—and her garden is just as lovely. It’s clear she puts care into everything she does, and that includes how she takes care of the dogs she watches. When I picked Cookie up, he was calm and content, like he’d had his own little vacation. It’s not easy to wear out a corgi, but Katherine managed it with total thoughtfulness. “Sandra was an excellent caregiver. This was the first time I have ever boarded my cat and I should have done it for a shorter time or a trial. Sandra was very tuned in to my cats needs and kept us updated on how he was doing. We did pick him up early but not because of anything Sandra did, it was all me and my cats broken heart because I just left him. Thank you to Sandra for noticing our baby missed us. Next time I board him it will only be for a weekend or in my home where he is used to, but I would use Sandra again.”

About: I love dogs! I’ve grown up around dogs all my life. I currently have a lazy English Bulldog, and a high energy Retriever mix! Long hikes are a hobby of mine, so we do lots of walking on our own. I have developed a skill of listening to my pets when they are tired or hot and ready to call it quits on a walk. I can walk more heat-sensitive dogs while listening to their needs, and I can walk high energy dogs until they’re ready for a nap. About: Hello my name is Aléna, I’ve been taking care of animals since I was little. Animals are so amazing to me and I love their personality’s. Looking forward to meeting you pet. My availability is really open, don’t have any dogs of my own, but grew up with them. I miss the connection. So I thought, I would put myself out there, to help service them. In my home I care for my cat Bella by giving her lots of love and making sure to keep her litter box cleaned and let her have her outside time around the yard. My cat Toby, I give him treats and try to teach him some tricks. Give lots of attention and time to play with his toys. He’s a little monster but I love him. Having a clean environment is not only necessary for your animals but yourself. I do the litter box multiple times a week.

About: I've taken care of animals for the last 5 years and love pet sitting when I can. I'm great at reinforcing recall and working with all kinds of dogs, from independent off-leash to dogs that are prone to separation anxiety. I'd love a chance to care for your furry friend. I am currently working from home and part time at that so I have plenty of energy to devote to making sure your furry friend is well taken care of. I'm fairly active and get at least 2 walks in a day and enjoy hiking as well. I usually take dogs on walks 2x daily unless otherwise instructed. I am home for most of the day and am typically not gone from the home for more than a couple hours at a time. Love having the pets sleep with me and venture out to hiking spots or day trips if that is something that suits them.

He took our dog on many walks to the local park and played fetch with the dogs his backyard. I highly recommend Anthony for dog boarding and we will be rebooking with him in a few weeks.”

About: I’ve grown up around animals my entire life. From cats, to smaller dogs, to large golden doodles, I’ve had the pleasure of watching a variety of animals. I’ve watched animals overnight while administering medicine, so I have experience with both boarding and taking care of the animal’s health. That includes senior animals that need extra love in diapers or extra medicine. I also am pursuing an animals degree, so I understand the basic functions of animals. I work part time 3 days a week, but go home every two hours so I would be able to regularly check on your animal. The rest of my week is free and I would dedicate plenty of time to your pet. I have a fenced backyard with a doggie door that can be opened or closed. This allows animals to either have unlimited access to the outside or controlled access depending on the animal and owner’s preference. I have no resident animals in the house so your pet will receive all my attention! Two other adults in the house to give extra love!
